The gentleman (Joshua) who helped me in the morning was alright but he very preoccupied with non work related tasks. Lynea helped me with last minute questions and turning in the truck. I appreciate her efforts and positive customer service.

Drop off inspection took 30+minutes. Just to find out we owed an additional $65. Our time was constricted around dialysis treatment and there is no way to rescheduale these treatments just to move. We had not been told about additional fees if we did not bring the truck back by 24 hours. And since we were moving the same day as treatment we picked up the truck the day before, to give ample time for resting, packing, and then another treatment. It was not the best experience with Uhaul.

Mention that there is a $20 after hours service fee when a customer has rented a truck for a late evening move and will be returning it before morning. Otherwise, all good.

Was not advised that additional mileage would be charged. I had an extra $200 fee incurred that never would have happened if I was advised there is limited mileage allowed.

Generally, I love this location, and have been using it for my business for a year. Quincey and the team have been great. I rented a 26' moving van, which shut down twice on the highway - very dangerous. The Minneapolis district manager Lucy called me this morning, and was angry at me from the beginning - insisting that the truck was fine, and I must have lied because, as Lucy said, "If it was me I would have stopped and called roadside assistance. What proof do you have?" I was astounded by her coming at me in anger from the beginning of the call, instead of showing ANY concern for me, or trying to understand what happened. I said this to her, and she acknowledged - "yes, I should have started with understanding" - does she receive no training on how to resolve conflict? My main concern is making sure that this mechanical issue does not happen to someone else, and potentially hurt them - but again Lucy was not interested in safety, she said "Our mechanics did an inspection and say the truck is fine" - I asked her if they had driven it on the highway during the inspection, and she said no. I then suggested, from my professional experience, what information would be helpful to communicate to the person doing the inspection so that they can look for the specific issue - Lucy interrupted me and said "we know how to do inspections." Her response is stunning to me. After a full year of using uhaul for my business, I will likely now find somewhere else to rent from. Still hoping you all take my experience seriously, and want to make this right. But I have low hopes for this, after my experience with your district manager.

A more customer friendly store associate

I was scheduled to return my trailer at 5pm.which is when this location closes on Sunday. Due to unplanned events, I was late returning by less than 3 hours and by using the 24/7 returns feature I was charged for a full days rental and rental coverage. I realize that I was late but maybe the rental charges could have been reduced from less than a full day and the coverage as well. There was no loss of revenue to U-HAUL since this location was closed already and the trailer could not be rented out until Monday morning.

The truck worked out great. The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The browser version of the truck check-out was little clunky (I had to enter pictures twice and the whole online process seemed completely unnecessary when the employee walked me out to where the truck was parked). The phone app probably would have worked a little better, but I don't rent trucks that often and I'm short on space on my phone. (The check engine light was on in the truck, but that really didn't impact my move).

Open on time, if the original person that is suppose to open the door is going to be 15 to 20 minutes late, maybe they should have a backup store opener,to make sure the store is open up, on time, so customer don't have to be waiting for the store to open, this caused inconvenience for several customers including myself.

I went to the storage facility first.I rented the storage unit at regular price when there was a special going on. The employees did not tell me about the special so I paid the regular price. I feel like they got me out of $150.

Everything was perfect. The van was new, clean and functioned exactly how I needed it to. The staff was friendly and very quick. Both pickup and drop off totaled about 15 minutes of my time, with 0 hassle or headache. 5/5 would recommend this location. (Lakeland Ave in crystal)

The IOS app was super slow when I tried to use it to return the trailer. Fortunately a staff member was there and wrapped it up in no time.

The workers and location itself was fine. The truck was clean but in incredibly rough state. Panel was torn, scrapes all over, the inside air vents were missing or did not work. The muffler rattled a lot (definitely separated somewhere) and the transmission was on it's last legs.

The truck was dirty, the previous person didn't clear it out. The truck engine was also revving way too high throughout the whole journey. The AC in the truck was also broken.
