Make sure you measure the actual fuel level and miles before the car goes to the customer. 1. I rented the truck and looked at mileage before leaving and when I came back: it was 24 miles, but you said it was 26. This is not possible unless you round down the miles before giving the car to the customer and round up upon return. The cost difference is less than a $1, but why do this? 2. I was told the fuel tank is full and to return the car with the same fuel level. I entered the car and gauge was on full, but there is no way to tell how if some gas was already gone from the tank. I went 24 miles and filled up to full tank at a gas station across the facility. Total fuel I filled up: 3.7 gallons! For 24 miles of light duty driving in your smaller pickup that is rated for 15 miles/gallon. That means my usage was closer to 6.5 miles per gallon. Or the other possibility is that the tank wasn't truly full, yet I had to fill up all the way or be charged for the remainder. Make sure the staff measures the truck right before the customer leaves and make it right. Don't make the customer feel cheated over $5-$10: it makes for a bad experience and you can easily make it better.Veniamin F.
Sticky and dirty cupholders and floor. Staff passed but didn't offer to help. When I told them I reserved a 15 footer, I was told to wait and that they didn't know why the truck would be rented to me. The truck was still being cleaned and it was dirty (don't Uhaul owes me $50 for not having my reservations ready??).Touxhue V.

Close to my house and I use it multiple times a year. Just need to reserve in advance if you want a specific trailer. Otherwise you are going up the road.Louis O.

The 6x12 trailer was on 4'9â€. The Manager did refund my money but did so after I provided a reminder a week later. I would recommend this location and the Manager did remedy the issue. U-Haul needs to correct their advertising.DAVID G.

I made a reservation for 6:30AM the morning before my pickup, we clicked the mobile check in/pickup. it said there was plenty of inventory for the truck we needed. got there the next morning tried to check in where it told us I had to wait till the store opened because something was wrong with my order. Irritated, we waited until store open. We explained the situation to the guy who said it was just because the crew the day before didn't get the truck ready. The only problem I had and it was a big one was I had no idea it wouldn't be a normal sized pick up truck. I had to get into a truck whose floor was the ht of my hip. Maybe if there's a way to differentiate it would help the next short senior. A step up would have been awesome, but there wasn't one and should have been. It was like trying to climb into a semi with no step, at least to me.KATHERINE H.

I want to thank your manager/owner. Upon returning they noticed some damage to the tailgate. It didn't look fresh and I was certain it was not caused by me. 2 employees stated I should be charged $150 for the damage. They called over Mr Whitehead and he agreed with me. I rent vehicles regularly and want you to know you have a customer for life. In the future I will video the entire vehicle before leaving with it. I had a reservation for Sunday morning, 8/29/2021, checked in online, and arrived just after 9:00 am. Unfortunately, the customer had not yet returned the trailer I had rented. I understand that is out of the company's control and the staff had already called the customer about their late return. I was told "he was 5 minutes away" and then at 9:30 pm I was told "he was at the stoplight nearest the location." It wasn't until 9:45 am that the trailer was available. It took another 15 minutes to confirm my reservation and hook up the trailer so I was exactly one hour late, which set me back for the day. Again, no fault of this staff or this location, but I was disappointed in the experience, especially when I went to load the trailer and it hadn't been swept out by the previous renter.Troy L.

Difficult to pick up vehicle. The van keys were missing. We ended up wanting for the clerk to change the reservation and that alone took an hour. The box car was rented was messy and the gas was under. It was old and smelled. My quote was double of what I wanted to rent. Manager did not apologize for any of the mix up.
