If there was another COMPANY to rent from I would - the online reservation system is a joke and leaves the poor folks at the branch to deal with pissed off customers because the unit you ordered is not there.Brandon D.

My trip from up north was a nightmare. Once I got to Dallas I was so done with U-haul. Had a hard time getting my U-haul and auto transport from Minnesota Uhaul . Inside the truck was dirty trash everywhere and big price jump which was almost doubled from my last rental in February. Once I walked into DeSoto location Wykethia was helping 3 different customers at the same time and with a co- working needing her assistances at the same time . The line was out the door as I walked in she greeted me and said she would be with me as soon as she could . My first thought was where is her help at . You talk about multiple tasking she took it to another level. Once she got to me after all the customers we’re watching her amazing ability to multitask at that high level and answer the phone at the same time. Wykethia Answered all my questions and informed me of the company’s policies and pricing and fees . Wykethia could sense I was concerned at the big price difference. She offed me a storage and stated they have storages as well which I did not know and could definitely use and she eased my concerns I had about the prices difference. Wykethia went above and beyond in efforts to ensure I left happy, For that reason and that reason alone I will use Uhaul again. If not for Wykethia great customer service I do not think I would have returned to Uhaul again . I think as consumers we are ready to complain about bad things but not ever great customer service. James was awesome at pickup. He explained my coverage options and ensured I was informed and good to go. Trailer was ready to go and he hooked it up and verified that everything was working properly. The GM was there at return, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. Return was a snap. She unhooked everything making it super simple and fast. I will definitely use this location again and recommend them to friends and family as it's easily the best uhaul experience I've ever had.David R.

The cab of the truck smelled like cigarettes with heavy cleaner over it and it was extremely nauseating. There was also a giant yellow SALVAGE sticker on the truck and it said "THIS TRUCK AND SHOULD NOT BE RENTED UNTIL CLEAR" and it was very worrisome.Lauren D.

I love that James your employee for the owner I'm not sure James he explains everything that needed to be done I thought when I came and brought the equipment back I was supposed to have my paperwork he took very good care of me made me understand all instructions and make sure that I know how to utilize the equipment the right corrected way I wouldn't change anything if I had to go again I would make sure I go to the same person James so that that way I can get the full 100% satisfied guarantee from him thank you so much James women don't know how to do a lot of traffic men do not teach them when it comes to equipment like this I appreciate what you have done ðŸ‘ðŸ™âœŒï¸JOYCEANNA C.

Who'll pick up and drop off locations were ok. Uhaul over pissed me off to no end. I tried to drop off at my home town. But was turned away as their lot was full. BS. I was threatened with a $300 fee if I dropped it off at my home town uhaul. Called customer service and wait oh hold forever. After being tired and sour I was getting the run around from the company. I was told to take it to de Soto for drop off, then Corp texted me a drop off location that doesn't exist. All this at $.40 a mile. I called for support and endless hold times again while lost in a bad neighborhood. To hold longer than two minutes for customer support completely unacceptable utterly unacceptable. Your words are bullshit. Corporation is demonstrating how they value the customers or in this case devalue their customers no fearful of a $300 charge for dropping off at the wrong location I started calling all nearby locations and they were closed for the day. I finally found the place and talked to the guy there I showed him the mileage and fuel gauge of when I tried to drop it off in Waxahachie vs now and he made it right on the ticket. But Waxahachie is lazy, full of shit, and rude. Corporate's behaviors do not mirror words therefor lies. .PATRICK M.

Reserved a 10 x 10 storage unit. When I got there they said they didn’t have any. Had to take a 20 x 20 Because I didn’t have any alternative to unload my trailer.
