Cedric B. | First ImpressionsRat feces in our unit multiple times.We did complain to the front office once we noticed the rodent droppings.The issue was addressed but not completely fixed.The 2nd time we approached your employees about this issue,we were ignored by all 3 employees that were in the office that day.We immediately looked for another storage facility and will never do business with Uhaul again.Our monthly storage rent increased 2x's and there has been no updates,upgrades,or anything done to this rundown storage facility.
