My lock on storage unit #12 and #153 has been cut suspiciously. With the break in on unit #12 not being documented on file as my lock being cut. But I recieve a call saying it was cut and the lady assured me nothing was missing as if shes aware of when and why it was cut. I visited uhaul a few days lady to have it documented on my file by management. That made the second time my unit lock was cut and unit opened and no one new how or why. They have cameras and I made a call to Desoto police department. I pay for security and thats what I expect. Not to have an in-house break-in.

Storages are too high they take out even though you've moved from your storage they take out of your account and takes too long to get your money back so overall I have a bad experience with you U-Haul
