You mention the price for the truck and the per mile charge. Then you draw a fat line on the gas gauge, hard to determine if accurate. You are not honest about the gas. So I traveled 10 miles and you charged me for 2 gals of gas, $7.50. Highway robbery. This truck must use 5 gals per mile. I said the equipment was not well maintained bc it gets 5 miles to the gallon.

I picked up the truck and the only reminder I was given was to drop the keys off in a lock box if I came in after 5pm. Being new to truck rentals to me that said I had until around 5pm to drop off the truck. When I dropped it off at 5:30, I was charged an extra day and insurance in top of that. A $40 charge I could have avoided had it been better explained. I spoke to Donna a manager in customer service (#860703) and she was completely unsympathetic and unbudging to make any adjustments. Won't recommend uhaul to anyone.

Fast and friendly service. Jesus explained that the trailer was not as clean as it could be, but still did not charge the cleaning fee...and I was almost 2 hs late and did not get any penalty. Flexible and reasonable customer service is very welcomed.

The young guy who "helped" me outside was incredibly difficult and unwilling to actually help or deal with me. He was literally not answering me when I'd ask him a question. Simply stonewalling me and incredibly annoyed that I'd ask him a clarifying question about my hitch. Needless to say I got nowhere with him. That part was a horrible experience, other than that, the facility, the staff inside, the older gentleman who seemed to be the boss outside was all great.

I asked about after hours drop of and the representative explained to me how it worked but he never told me about the $20 fee associated with after hours drop off so when I saw that I was charged this fee I was caught off guard. Not a huge deal but it did catch me by surprise. Other than that, all went to plan. I can't say enough about the guy in the yard that hooked me up. Good man......

I returned the rental at 5pm on Sunday, and was told to leave the equipment on the lot and they would take care of it. On Monday morning, I got an electronic bill that included an extra charge for the late return, an extra charge for fuel (which IO did fill and verified the indicator was at the restored level 9plus have the gas station and gallonage receipt), and an extra charge for cleaning. I called the location and requested that the equipment be checked again, and verified for time return (via the cameras), re-check the fuel gauge and verify the charge for cleaning. I have not heard back form them, and the customer service rep was not very caring on the phone.

If a customer pre-pays, it would be nice if the truck was ready to go with the equipment inside. I am not sure what time was saved by pre-paying?

I have rented from this facility several times. Everyone is nice and friendly unfortunately the vehicles are not serviced. It took them three times to find me a truck that did not have the check engine light on. The guy outside told us the trucks were just overdue for an oil change but I refused to take a truck that was not in perfect mechanical condition. It doesn't matter if the truck is clean if you are just going to break down on the road.

Failed to mention that the gate to storage was broken and would not be able to access after hours which I specifically requested multiple times. Lied to customer multiple times. When moving in I was not given a lock or key and told they would open the unit when I returned. When attempting to move out I was told that I should’ve received one and a lock. I was told I’d have to pay $50 to get my things out. Horrible service and I was not able to get my belongings until my dad drive up to speak to the employee. Will not be using this company ever again and will tell others not to go here.

While removing my items from storage, I saw 2 roaches that I could not have previously had. Same roaches I saw dead in the hallway. The lady who set me up with the storage unit was extremely rude. The guys in the back near the storage were great! Always kind and helpful. They are the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars and not 1.
