Special thank you to the owner. She really helped me out a lot!
JORDAN MPerfect location for renting anything I needed! The store is very clean and displayed beautifully!
JERRY HShari and her team provided excellent quality service. They were extremely kind, courteous, and transparent. They knew their products and what best fit our needs. From the moment that I made contact with Shari she eased my mind which meant a lot to me as moving can sometimes be very chaotic. Checking in and out was fast and seamless. My son was also extremely impressed with how down home everyone was. As a retired veteran I moved countless times and my experience with U-Haul of Moving & Storage of Dakota Ridge was by far my best moving experience. I don’t know what they can do better as on a scale of one to ten, hands down they were a ten. As far as stars are concerned I would give them five stars. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of moving services.
PAMELA PAlways friendly staff.
BRIAN EMorning staff wonderful in getting me hooked up and on the road. Check in good as well.
DOUGLAS SWould just recommend putting jacks on the trailers.
SPENCE WThe manager was excellent helping me check in my trailer at 5:05pm, which made it very convenient for me! Mark
MARK DPoor experience this time. Arrived at appt time and clerk was outside (understandable, she saw me come in and was assisting another customer). After she finished with that customer she proceeded to do other tasks outside (moved a truck from 1 parking spot to another). After about 10 minutes I found her in the "check-in garage". When she came in she said she had to fill the water jug. She should have done these things after the customer was taken care of (I was the only one in the store). When I brought the equipment back I waited to be checked. I was employees sitting in the breakroom. Doors were locked (in fairness it was 5:00 PM). I sounded my horn and waited a few more minutes. Finally a person came out and his attitude was less than stellar, like I was interrupting his day. Overall a poor customer service day. This is not typical of this location.
LARRY SHad to go back because they logged truck back in 5 hours after I actually returned it and charged an extra day. Required time and an extra trip to the location to resolve it.
EUGENE KEverything seemed great until about 4 miles in. I tentacled a 26’ truck and car doily. Also a 6x12 trailer to move 1000 miles one way. All loaded completely and started the drive at 9pm. By 9:05, driving downhill in the Rocky Mountain traffic, all trailer lights shutoff. My pick up warns check trailer connection. I pull over and look close to find the 4 pin wiring crushed and damaged in the middle about three inches long. Come to find out later, when you remove the trailer, it drops yo the ground off the ball and crushes the wiring. Surprised the location technician did not catch this before I rented. Called roadside service, at 1 am, wiring fixed at the crush. Left again and all was good until the next night. The trailer electrical failed at least 20 times inspected same area and underneath, no damage. That ment the problem was inside the trailer corners, but I could turn off and back on my ignition to reset my 2025 Ram computer, allowing the lights to come back on. The new truck detected a surge in the wiring and disabled the circuit. Shutting down the truck and restarting it, reset my truck’s computer allowing me to continue driving from in the middle of nowhere in the dark on a weekend. The surge was from damaged wiring inside the trailer corners, the fully loaded trailer! I had to stop over 20 times to reset because curtain bumps would cause the lights to go out in traffic. NO LIGHTS MEANS NO MARKER LIGHTS NO TAIL LIGHTS AND NO BRAKE LIGHTS WHILE MOVING AT 55 MPH WITH TRAFFIC BEHIMD ME. Sure I could pull over call again and ask for repairs in the dark. What do I do with my contents inside so the wiring can be repaired? So I continued the drive, resetting my truck’s computer each time after the lights went out. I changed my route, increasing the distance 200 miles over a weekend to reduce the traffic and hoping that prevent a semi from barreling into me when the lights went out after bumps. Don’t worry, when turning in my equipment, U-Haul app detected I drove more than thier routing and charged me $200 more because their wiring failed. What to do? What would you do? Unload your fully packed trailer in a parking lot so a roadside technician could find the wiring damage during a weekend move? Or forced to drive a safer route, resetting your computer to finish the lat 8 hours in the dark? Sure, I could pull over, stay on a hotel with my entire family and pets to wait for daylight. If they took my animals and my sized family, but that would cost several hundred dollars! Not realistic! But don’t worry, because of poor maintenance or defective equipment and my need to reach my next home over my only available weekend with my entire house contents and family, U-haul charged me even more money because I drove a different route. Thanks U-Haul! Sad that I could spend that much and then more for poorly maintained equipment and get charged a penalty in the middle of the dark

Robert WNothing !well done
WILLIAM Hkeep the team at this location. They are friendly and helpful.
TODD MExcellent service and support!
JC LOpened 20 minutes late.
HEATHER PBeautiful location and friendly, efficient staff.
Shari DI rented a car hauler. My experience with the staff and the hauler couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.
JOHN DEasy drip off.
TERRY FTruck driver side door was difficult to close. Otherwise, service from staff and availability of equipment is excellent!
MICHAEL DTruck was clean with exception of the windshield. It was filthy both inside and out.
DONALD WIt seemed like there were a lot of customers waiting for service this morning. The two attendants did a good job of staying patient and getting everyone what they needed.
Luke TOn the way the tire blew out. We had to wait for help. Luckily there wasn’t an accident.
JEFF HWhat's the deal with the fueil level in the truck? It should go out full and be returned full. I know you are charging customers big $ for gas if they don't return it full, but they you don't fill the truck ? This means the next customer is supposed to fill it back to some non-full level ? What am I supposed to do? Run the truck and the pump trying to hit the level it was given to me ? It says there is supposed to be some kind of fuel estimator under the fuel gauge picture on the rental agreement. That is not able to be found. Feels very scammy.
Timothy PSomething is wrong with the transmission on the truck I rented. It didn't smoothly change gears. I was very impressed with the service and the affordability.
SHERIE ZEverything went great. Thank you 😊
BRYAN TGreat attendant! Clean crisp location. Just one small issue for me, being an invalid, is distance to traverse from parking to service desk. Not sure what can be done short of motorized vehicle being available at front door. But overall great experience!
JOHN SDeal with this location anytime…
DEXTER GStop charging for the use of the dollie
JOSE SEasy to rent and fast to get back on the road.
PAUL BThe manager there was great!
LEONARD AManager at this location helped with the rental, hookup, return, and most of all the return of an item left in the cab. I'll be back to this location for my next rental.
DOUGLAS SThe gentleman that rented our equipment to us to begin with was extremely helpful and very personable. He unfortunately was all alone at the counter and overwhelmed with so many people in line. But kept us cool and was an awesome professional representative of Uhaul. He went above and beyond to make everything awesome for us.
JOYCE SIt was all great ! No improvements necessary. Thanks!
ROBERT DI was very satisfied.
Christy TWater coming out of the fountains. :)
ROBERT GMight want to discuss tips for pulling a trailer, not all of us pull trailers for a living. Other than that the trailer was attached safely and properly at the pickup site. The guy at the dropoff site was helpful getting me backed in. The over 700 mile journey went better than expected. I'll use you again.
EDWARD FThanks for the brilliant work diagnosing the issues with the trailer lights and generously fixing the fuse!
JOHN HI waited over 25 minutes for someone to come to the customer service desk - and this was after I used the walkie talkie to let them know I was there. Drop off required that I install the U-Haul app. When I followed the instructions on the sign they did not match the app. I had to call the 800 number and they could not check-in me in - it could only be done through the app. I was also told to take a photo of the mileage - AFTER I had locked the vehicle and dropped the keys off. I was told to call the location in the morning to ensure it was checked in so I would not be charged the extra fee.
VICKI HVery helpful and courteous staff!
JOHN SGreat experience and nice staff
ROBERT BHonestly, this truck was very difficult to drive because the steering wheel was not straight. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable the whole time. I don’t think it’s fair to pay the full price for a vehicle in this condition.
JUN ZEverybody was nice. Essy experience
Ty SThe General Manager was incredible and the staff very helpful!
ALBERT TI didn’t realize how long it was going to take and I had appointments to get to in the afternoon.
Jessie KNothing.
WILLIAM MTrailer had 12 psi in the tire, and he tire had two plugs in it
JAMES NThis place is great! I did not know it was there. Very friendly service, they had exactly what I needed, the while experience was outstanding. I will definitely return!
JENNIFER BI found the virtual check in and drop off time consuming and cumbersome. The process of uploading photos was lengthily and kept crashing forcing me to start over several times. I never was able to fully complete the return on line due to crashes and finally gave up. I hope Uhaul doesn't charge me for this.
Mike BNothing really.
RONALD KThe associates, and owner, were very friendly and helpful.
Stephen CStaff very courteous!
JOHN SGreat service when we dropped off the trailer.
RICHARD RAlways very friendly and well stocked for trailers and supplies
STEPHEN JHelpful young man, hooked everything up for me, same guy when I brought it back. He saw me pull in, stopped what he was doing. Came out to the parking lot to unhooked everything and sent me on my way.
TRAVIS Wthe 29 dollar charge for one day late, while understandable is a bit frustrating to see numerous surplus of trailers 5x8 size sitting on lot unused when returned my trailer
ROBERT LGreat customer service! Very friendly!
JOHN SExceptional service at this location, great people there, and our van was immaculate and in top condition. Highly recommend this location!
DIANNA HExcellent service! The manager (Sheri) did an excellent job.
