Realizing we are in "Busy Times" I was given a van that had not been cleaned on the exterior and the excessive amount of road dirt (mud) made it very difficult to see any exterior damage prior to accepting the van... Note: there was a 2nd van parked next to the one I was given that appeared to be very clean and serviceable. At the time (8:00 am) returned vehicles were backed up to the service entrance area (really jammed up) so it was not the best time to insist on the 2nd vehicle but it would have saved me having to wash the exterior of the van given... Fortunately there was no additional damage hidden under the mud I hosed and washed off... Seems like a minor issue but, could have been easily rectified with a little thought and concern by Uhaul service attendant... Other than that, the van performed as needed and was returned in better condition than rented...Ronald H.
Not maintained well. Everything else was great. My steering wheel locked at every stop and I had to sit there shaking the wheel and turning the key at every stop in order for it to start the car again. It sucked.Adam D.

No problem with the location, the place I was supposed to pick up my truck was half the distance. But they didn't have the truck so I had to travel almost twice as far at $1 a mile to get the truck I needed. So it cost me an extra $10David F.

Truck left us stranded as door would not shut properly and dome light wouldn't go out so the battery died. Took 3 hours for someone to come out, by which time we got a jump from neighbor so we could continue our move. When we returned truck it wouldn't start for them. When we rented truck they didn't put dolly on it and I had to make extra trip to get it. Very inconvenient. I should not be charged for this rental. Period!!Cheryl S.

The Van had Roach Bugs in it, baby ones and regular size ones. I didn't move anything in the van but noticed them crawling around in the van. One almost went into my purse but I managed to kill it before it got there. When I opened up the back doors there were baby ones. I'm assuming that someone had previously rented the van tgat had roaches in their house. I did let the employee know that checked my in.Dana M.
