We didn’t have a reservation this time and the guy that had to stop what he was doing to take the time to type in everything made a big deal about not having a reservation as he was training a girl! And his job is???? Wanted to make us feel bad but it really pissed us off??

There were some items left in the truck like a bottled water in the passenger side door and I few rappers in the middle piece We are like the book and step those I left them in there upon Return I am being charged by cleaning be this is not right

We initially rented 120 pads for our move but after we packed our truck, we realized we only needed half that amount of 60... we called the store and they said "no problem", bring back the 60 and they would refund the $50 for it. When I returned with the 60 pads, they took possession of them BUT could NOT get "the computer system" to refund my credit card (after several attempts to change the rental contract)... so they said "no worries" when I check-in the truck, just tell them there to refund the $50 and have them transfer the 60 back to their store... well that did NOT work when I dropped off the truck. The receiving store said it HAD TO BE DONE at the selling store... they could NOT help me! He recommended I call the 800# to get this resolved at this point in time. UGH! Sounds like the "computer system" is not very flexible for making changes once the order has been initially processed.

Equipment reserved should be right by the office, not at the back of the facility. It was hard to go back into traffic and get around to the back to pick it up. Drop off was much easier with the equipment return lane by the office.

Problem is with customer service, not location of uboxes. Multiple billing errors and horrible communication, if any, between general customer service and daytona location. I am being threatened to auction my goods from general, while location tells me my two auto-pay boxes are paid in full! If you go early they still make you wait to until they open at 7 am. Inside staff are not morning people. Outside staff are excellent they go over everything you need to know about the equipment you rent. Great location as always you can never beat UHaul. Thank you

I called to ask if I could pick up my ubox on Sunday and the man who I spoke to was very rude and then hung up on me. I called back and then no one would answer. The young lady who finally called me back was very helpful and told me I could pick it up, the only thing I had wait due to they had not put it on a trailer like they were going to but took care of me in about hour did not let me wait to long.

I forgot to get the man's name who checked me out, but he went over and above what I expected. After he unhooked the trailer, I mentioned that my trailer ball was loose. He offered to take it up front and tighten it so that it hopefully wouldn't come loose in the future. He also recommended that I switch from the Reese version that I had to a U-Haul version that has a cotter pin that prevents the nut from loosening.

The facility was clean, However I was told it’s kept at 74degrees in the climate control so I rented a unit. When I went back 2 days later I noticed it was very hot inside I was told they made a mistake and it’s kept at between 78-80 degrees. It’s so hot in there it makes the experience to move painful. I can barely stay and organize my stuff for longer then 10mins. I thought climate control was much cooler than this. Luckily it’s short term, we’re in Florida where it’s already hot.

When I called the facility to find out if I would be charged if I couldn't unload my Ubox on the specified date, the agent didn't know. I was able to change the unload date twice and was not charged.

I didn't go to the u-haul facility, everything was handled by phone, I had a U-Box not a moving truck, we packed it and U-haul shipped it. Few miscommunications but was able to resolve issues quickly.

Cannot rate the above. Had a UHaul Bix delivered. I know the location from having lived in the area since 1984. Have never been at the property. Only driven by numerous times.
