Very upset. The original location I was sent to, Daytona Jeep Rental on Nova Rd, stopped taking U-haul drop offs a month ago. How are you going to send a customer to a location no longer accepts u-hauls?! After a long day of moving it was very frustrating to say the least. I was on hold with customer service for 40 min with no answer. We drove 30 min away to another location. Thankfully the worker there was very helpful and she was able to have the drop off location changed for us so we weren't charged a fee for wrong drop off location. Ridiculous!! With a company as large as U-haul you expect more. Will never use again.Rebecca S.

This was the 2nd pick up location , the 1st one, the truck I was supposed to get, had been wrecked into the building. It was a very poor reflection of uhaul, it's a convenient store that happens to handle uhaul.poor customer service, it was the stop and go store. Then rerouted to the 2nd location. Truck had been wrecked and front tires out of balance, bad vibrations.. at night, people thought I was flashing my lights at them, because headlights were flapping. Cup holder brokeMark D.

It was easy drop off very friendly staff. Paula from the Daytona U-Haul center customer service was very helpful as I was having a difficult time returning the equipment to another location in Daytona as the owner refused to except the equipment without me paying an extra fee. Paula is the person who help me locate the return location on West international Speedway. Paula and the staff at the U-Haul on West international Speedway in Daytona were very helpful and very professional. The unprofessional and unhelpful service I received at the U-Haul dealerAt 986 Orange Ave. was unsatisfactory and I wouldn't refer anyone to that particular location. You guys should seriously reconsider having a contract with this location.KETEMA A.
First I want to say the customer service is so friendly and kind ,don't ever change that.. that is never a problem LOL ..keep it, every one of you seem to have it.. fantastic ,I love it... only thing I think eventually Uhaul could consider.... I hit a deer there was no huge damage and 0 injuries ..but as far as the insurance goes for a guy like me that assumes things ,when I shouldn't. you should basically make sure I have coverage no matter what or I am not allowed to have the truck.. seriously ..because I don't want to take it if I'm responsible for the whole truck... I couldn't imagine that... But that really is what no coverage means.. I assumed there would be a skeleton type coverage that would cover acts of God. tree branch fall from Sky, dear, Etc... .with that said, the way it was handled ,was so professional so fair.. I'll be back as a customer and I will tell all others as well to use Uhaul...... I do HVAC work.. I see approximately 1500 to 2,000 couples or families every year so that definitely wouldn't hurt that many good word-of-mouths coming from me ,to them .. and that's what I'm going to do.. say all positive things especially the location in Idaho Falls Idaho unbelievable just a good group of people in their.. angel, Louise you guys are fantastic I really enjoyed the conversation as well being new to the area it was comforting talking to both of you.. godspeed to you both.. This location is over crowded. The one male team member was no nonsense and sensible. The female team member lacked customer service completely. So much so that she not only did not greet me upon entry much less acknowledge me, but when I returned my final equipment the drive was full - so I called to see if rather than blocking the drive, I could pull into the parking area or onto the ramp thing in front of the building. She instructed me to wait for trucks to be moved which means I was blocking main road traffic and if I'm completely honest - left me terribly uncomfortable as cars not only whizzed past me but also honked and had to maneuver around me. It felt like an accident waiting to happen and oversight from the lender of customer safety.Chara-Lee C.

When you return a vehicle the person checking the vehicle in needs to communicate with the person returning the vehicle I could not get the person checking my vehicle to talk to me and tell me what was going on and instead he ready The mileage wrong and charged me for 70 miles more than what was on the truck and ran the charges on my credit card before explaining to me why when I told him I did not even go over my mileage I had a credit coming in instead they charged my credit card for 70 miles over before I knew what he was doing he would not communicate with me and explain to me why I was being charged more and his arrogance and cockiness put me in an overdraft because he billed me $30 more than what I owed I will never enter that establishment again it took me hours to get it straightened out and if he would've only told me what The mileage was I could've told him that he read it wrong but he was so cocky and arrogant he just told me I have to go inside but I had to get to the bank to put more money into the account it is cockiness and arrogance overcharged done with the goddamn placeMorris B.

I believe that the person (Emily Jackson) took pictures of my license and myself with her personal cell phone, which I do not agree with. There is no reason to continually take pictures of my drivers license, as I have put it in my profile. Additionally, there is no reason to take a picture of me. Drove 300 miles to pickup a new boat on a Saturday, no hitch or ball was included with rental, both windshield fluid and oil change reminder stayed on and continued obstructing information screen entire trip... Vehicle was briefly cleaned before rental but food and trash remained inside vehicle.
