DIMITRA JThe wait time to rent was almost 1 hour. Upon returning I entered the way I was instructed and immediately discovered there was no room to drop, it took forever to turn around and I found an alternate area. Very difficult return for me.

Robert SI have to ridiculous charges that have shown up on my account that have no notation and are absurdly high. I did a in town rental for 19.95 and drove no more than 10 miles and days later you guys got me with a 95 charge and another 65 dollar charge. Never using again!!!

MATTHEW CThis location is conveniently located and the drop off area was clearly marked. A U-Haul agent greeted me as soon as I drove up to return my truck rental. The only glitch was that U-Haul’s online system wasn’t working so the rep couldn’t send me my invoice as promised until much later in the evening. When I received it everything appeared correct except for the drop off time. The receipt said that I dropped off the truck in the late afternoon, when in reality I dropped it off in the morning. Repeated calls to U-Haul Customer Service all yielded the same response; wide spread system outage.

mike WWhen we dropped off the truck the two girls at the front were not helpful, not attentive, just talking amongst themselves without even looking at us. I returned equipment around 3 pm 5/16/2026.

Larry PTruck was in terrible condition. Front right tire had to be replaced after we limped up from Daytona. I tried to exchange the truck because it was not safe to drive. I was told by two different U-Haul employees they could not exchange the truck because it was to be returned to Daytona. That detail should not have been my responsibility. Pathetic service. We rent a truck every year for our meeting. I have recommended we no longer rent from U-Haul again as a result of this issue.

Daniel JOnly suggestion: Faster check-in if since I reserved on line, a repeat customer and all my information is in your system. I should pull in, scan barcode reservation, be directed to equipment, . This would help everyone involved, including next customers waiting in line that need more personal service.complete checklist with customer/rep, review safety info, review return process, etc. Overall this location by far exceeds others. They almost need a newer, larger location.
Michael BLet customers know that there may be long waits in line. I waited over an hour standing in line. There was no close parking and I had to move my vehicle and walk a distance in order to stand in line even though I had a reservation.
Dean PFacility is overstocked with trucks. Storage facilities are blocked by 6-7 trucks. Had to maneuver around trucks to get to unit/facility.

I was referred the very FRIST time with courtesy complementary from U-Haul during the hurricane Milton. They were so friendly and helpful. With my other storage closed due to the hurricane very early . And I rented a U-Haul van . And I had to keep your ba. Over nite . But your U-Haul company SAVE ME 😀. And I will NEVER . Forget that . Moving our stuff to storage was a simple process, although I wish Uhaul had more storage units at our Location Daytona Beach. It was a challenge to fit into the only unit left! Tetris masters, fit things in like puzzle pieces! Overall I can not complain.
Payton M | First ImpressionsI was given the truck 24 miles to go for empty. I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with. I was still charged an additional $30 for fuel. Even though I had already spent $30 on fuel. I was never given any copies of the paperwork, I had to ask. I find this to be very wrong. They said they gave me a $30 fuel credit to begin with, which I see see, but it is not reflected in the original bill or anywhere. Never again with uhaul unless I feel getting ripped off again.

Today they charged my bank account for November payment which over draft my account. Obviously I should not have been charged since this very survey says I left.
