People were friendly but jacks on trailers never work so I could not unhook my trailer to use truck for other purposes as long as I had trailer. Big lot but over crowded and can’t easily get around to drop or even park sone days

They are open until 7, I was there at 6:50 and they refused to help me. Literally locked the door and acted like I was stupid for expecting help. Told me to read the sign and use the app. Do better u haul, I will never use you again.

Truck Loading Door did not function properly. It would stick and it was very difficult to open/close the door. Pulled a muscle in my back trying to open it.

Easy to see from the road, easy signage to follow. Pulled in, hopped out of truck. U-Haul team member came right over. I was out in less than 5. Highly recommend.

The only problem is about the gas is did return the truck we the same gas the way they gave me and they changed me extra money for it we use the truck on for 9 or 10 miles and I put gas to returned that is my comment thank you

Truck was clean. No trash or anything and was charged a $40 cleaning fee. They also allow after hours drop off and didn’t state there was a fee of $20 for that too. Not sure why I have these charges.

Had been going to location for years however this location has been declining. When received U box had roaches in it. Will not be using this location again. Horrible experience.

The one way trailer had marker lights that did not work and that made for a very dangerous drive during a storm as I could not see where the trailer was I was unable to verify at a glance that the trailer was in the lane since the lights were out. Notified worker on site who brushed it off .

The rented vehicle did not have the appropriate tire pressure in the rear right tire. Eventhough air was put in the tire, the representative neglected to verify it had the right amount before I was told it is already to go.

We moved my mom across the country from Fl to Cal and it could not have gone smoother. From making the initial reservation to delivery, all UHaul employees were exceptionally professional and helpful. Ashley in Daytona Beach who delivered and then picked up our UBox for shipment was awesome along with the young woman who delivered it in West Sac. I will be recommending UHaul to anyone that I know that requires a moving service. The company far exceeded my expectations from the price to customer service. Job well done!

The worker at Daytona Beach did not secure my car properly which resulted in my tow dolly tire blown out. He wrap the chain, supposed to prevent dolly from swiveling, around my vehicle front axle.

We were told they couldn't take the truck back and had to drive another 25 miles to another location and had issues there but they were very helpful and took the truck

We were charged more than we should have with the fuel up of the truck. We filled the tank right on the dot where it was left for us and when we returned the truck, the gentleman charged us to fill the truck to full. How is that far? Next time we will be taking a picture of the tank before we leave. Not happy with this last rental at all about that one situation.

I love ❤️ my space and the location. And love how it’s so secured. When you have to have a card to enter . I was referred the very FRIST time with courtesy complementary from U-Haul during the hurricane Milton. They were so friendly and helpful. With my other storage closed due to the hurricane very early . And I rented a U-Haul van . And I had to keep your ba. Over nite . But your U-Haul company SAVE ME 😀. And I will NEVER . Forget that . And will very much do use you guys again. . If I have to . Without a doubt. Take care and keep up The great work !! 😊

As a longtime and frequent UHaul customer in multiple locations across the US, the Daytona Beach facility on Intl Speedway Blvd has one of the friendliest and most efficient staffs ever. I also must give Jennifer big props as she is very customer service oriented and knowledgable regarding all aspects of the rental process, and a real asset to the company.

The parking is a nightmare, about 5 spaces for customers. Facility is old/outdated, needs painted, cleaned, no lights in unit working, very bad musty smell, ceiling in unit damaged from rain, looks like it would fall in.

This is a joke. The light is out on the ceiling, floor dirty, dead bugs all over.I had to ask to have it swept out, they acted as if I had 4 heads ! NO PLACE TO PARK !! THEY NEED a complete do over,remodel,etc. A few employees were pleasant, the rest were jerks.

Lied about 24 hr access, and cost us money for a hotel due to our condo not allowing us to have a trailer on the property, so we had to get a hotel to park the uhaul trailer cause we couldn’t unload into your storage unit.

Easy process, affordable unit pricing with insurance for belongings available. Moving our stuff to storage was a simple process, although I wish Uhaul had more storage units at our Location Daytona Beach. It was a challenge to fit into the only unit left! Tetris masters, fit things in like puzzle pieces! Overall I can not complain.

I was given the truck 24 miles to go for empty. I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with. I was still charged an additional $30 for fuel. Even though I had already spent $30 on fuel. I was never given any copies of the paperwork, I had to ask. I find this to be very wrong. They said they gave me a $30 fuel credit to begin with, which I see see, but it is not reflected in the original bill or anywhere. Never again with uhaul unless I feel getting ripped off again.

The gas mileage on the rental truck was wrong, I told them before I left and they said just use the app, I’m busy. Today they charged my bank account for November payment which over draft my account. Obviously I should not have been charged since this very survey says I left. I’m beyond unhappy and would like corporate to contact me.

I didn't go to the u-haul facility, everything was handled by phone, I had a U-Box not a moving truck, we packed it and U-haul shipped it. Few miscommunications but was able to resolve issues quickly.
