Update website for drop offs in Stephenville, Texas. The storage place does not take trucks. Had to drive an extra 10-15 miles to Morgan Mills to drop off.STEVEN W.

The Women at the front desk is very rude she needs to Learn how to speak to customers. My experience was very poor if i could give no starts i would this is exactly why i move my items to another storage facility due to her rudeness. This is not a complaint. Unsure if the attendant who helped me was having a difficult day, or if her attitude is her norm. The customer service was unpleasant. I would simply ask questions to gain an understanding of the fees and rental contract, and her response was as I'm bothering her.RICKEY B.

No hay suficientes camiones de 26 pies. Rente una traila pague casi 30 dÃ³lares la regrese al siguiente dia me cobraron un dÃa mÃ¡s. Eso lo entiendo pero despuÃ©s me cobraron otros 20 dolares. Exige una explicaciÃ³n y recibÃ como respuesta que no sabÃan de porquÃ© el cargo y que twnia que llamar a uhual. Entonces por un dÃa y medio de renta de una traila pequeÃ±a cerrada pague casi 80 dolares. Digo esta bie. Office was fine. The storage itself is old and Very much needs some maintenance! My units' door was Extremely difficult to open, rusty rails/etc. are likely the cause. A lady, older person, someone with average strength would Not be able to open/raise the door by themselves. The Main entrance gate Very rarely opens with the access card they give you. Overall- You REALLY need to spend some time and money on Maintaining the old facility, would make for a better Customer Experience.Richard S. | Overall Experience

The truck was so dusty/dirty that I could write my name. I came in on a Wednesday eve to get all the paperwork out of the way but told the manager I will pick it up Thursday & return on Friday. So they had plenty of time to go inspect & clean.DEANA M.

When you return a vehicle at the specified closing time you should be helped instead of having the clerk hastily clean and tell you to â€œjust complete the self check in, unless you want to be charged extraâ€.BRANDON B.

During my reservation, another employee came in on her Bluetooth, talking loud, as she tossed her phone, and keys down on the counter, (very loud sound) as we had to listen to her phone conversation. Then she opens up her chicken basket and starts to eat at the counter, in front of customers. Very, very, very unprofessional. And ghetto. One complaint that is directed at the company website. I originally got a 4x8 trailer because the website said you could put a queen size mattress in it, which was true. But if your mattress has box springs forget it. There is no way you can get a queen size box spring into a 4x8 trailer. I had to upgrade to a 5x8 which I would have gotten originally if the website did not led me astray. It all worked out but I lost 1.5 hours driving home then driving back to Uhaul to exchange trailers.Michael B.

I didnt store there. I was given a unit that was smaller than my truck therefore could not utilize the storage because it was too small. Had to go to the next city over. What an inconvenience! My trip from up north was a nightmare. Once I got to Dallas I was so done with U-haul. Had a hard time getting my U-haul and auto transport from Minnesota Uhaul . Inside the truck was dirty trash everywhere and big price jump which was almost doubled from my last rental in February. Once I walked into DeSoto location Wykethia was helping 3 different customers at the same time and with a co- working needing her assistances at the same time . The line was out the door as I walked in she greeted me and said she would be with me as soon as she could . My first thought was where is her help at . You talk about multiple tasking she took it to another level. Once she got to me after all the customers we’re watching her amazing ability to multitask at that high level and answer the phone at the same time. Wykethia Answered all my questions and informed me of the company’s policies and pricing and fees . Wykethia could sense I was concerned at the big price difference. She offed me a storage and stated they have storages as well which I did not know and could definitely use and she eased my concerns I had about the prices difference. Wykethia went above and beyond in efforts to ensure I left happy, For that reason and that reason alone I will use Uhaul again. If not for Wykethia great customer service I do not think I would have returned to Uhaul again . I think as consumers we are ready to complain about bad things but not ever great customer service. Reserved a 10 x 10 storage unit. When I got there they said they didn’t have any. Had to take a 20 x 20 Because I didn’t have any alternative to unload my trailer.
