There was garbage in the cab and the inside of the windshield was disgusting. Looked like somebody threw a drink at it. Also, never receive any sort of guidance on how to estimate fuel. Looked through the emailed contract and couldn't find anything. This should honestly be post IN the vehicle.

Ensure the phone is answered in a timely manner. In my attempt to register, the computer program would not accept my vehicle for the trailer I wanted. I phoned the Nordel location, was put on hold for 15 minutes then I was cut off. When I phoned a few minutes later I did receive a person.

I'm not sure what the staffing situation was, but when I was there at 10am on the last day of the month, I only saw one employee. Seems like a lot to do for one person.

Fuel showed full on paper but when leaving it was below "f". Tim hortons wrappers in glove compartment. Mileage was inaccurate. 2 people ahead of me in line but wait time 45 min is ridiculous. What is the point of doing reservation and fast track if I have to wait in ridiculously slow lineup. This is 2020 figure out a better system. There are these things called computers... zero respect for the time of the customers. I will use a different company next time. Unacceptable level of customer service.

The customer service was very poor. She did not put the furniture dolly in the truck even though she clearly knew about it.She appeared to be angry during the whole time I had to interact with her. I had to wait over 30 minutes in the line up when I came back to pick up the dolly. The worst part was that I could not get the two wheels furniture dolly because there was none left by that time. She just gave me the four wheel dolly and that was useless in my moving.

One corporate uhaul location in Prince George instead of a multitude of franchise locations in Prince George would greatly improve the experience. The 26' truck I rented was over a decade old and in poor condition. It was outright scary to drive fully loaded on a long highway trip. Please retire old units or properly service them as a fully loaded 26' truck especially with a car hauler behind it is dangerous to others on the road especially so with relatively inexperienced drivers.

There was some confusion on pricing, good thing we had a copy of the contract, the agent was helpful but did not want the discount attributed to her billings, if we had not had the contract with us (e-mail) it would have cost us an additional +/- $500, the agent handled it well.

I placed my order for another location which was so close to my home. But just 1 hour before picking-up the truck, I was called that your truck is not available for that location. it would be better if U-HAUL adopted a policy of always giving a vehicle with FULL tank of fuel, and have the customer return the vehicle with a FULL tank of fuel, instead of marking the fraction of fuel tank level. Many of the other rental companies follow the FULL TANK OF FUEL policy and it is very CONVENIENT AND FAIR for everyone. Thanks.

I rent 26 feet truck last week was in bad condition. Every time turn left make big noise out of engine like something dragging on the ground and truck wont start first attempt due to weak batteries. I have to try at least 4 or 5 time self to start the truck. Batteries sign show up every attempt. I reported to front desk the issues i had so they can fix ASAP but response was Management already know about those issues and never been fixed and never pull out this truck out of service to repair properly. Its really dangerous to drive and could cause big accident need to fix the issues ASAP

Great staff! She was friendly, efficient and understanding. However, I do have a complaint for UHaul as a company. It's absolutely ridiculous for a large corporation to staff a single person during a weekend morning with a steady flow of equipment coming in and going out; it's too much work for 1 person to accomplish in a timely manner - which results in corners being cut and long delays (shotty way to run a business, no?). Considering UHaul is so greatly rooted in the customer service industry- would it not be beneficial to staff at least two people per shift?! For everyone's sake... including your staff! 30 minutes in a line up is too long. And I wasn't the only customer waiting. #firstworldproblems Besides the impact this has on the customer, it's totally unfair to your staff. Especially when I'm confident their wage doesn't cover their job expectations.

Customer Service was excellent they definately went above and beyond. I had initially placed an online order for a 10" foot truck and got got confirmation right after. Unfortunately i received a call telling me that no longer available. So they offered a 15" at a discount price. I initially declined and opted for a Cargo Van instead because if date. A few hours before pick-up I decided to visit them in store at the Vancouver Marine Drive location and asked if any other location could still honour the 15" footer. It took a while but yes, they were ableto coordinate and communicate perfectly with the Delta location. Bemiela and Brad over the phone assured me the best possible wait and made me feel like a VIP. And the front staff along with the owner Michelle in Delta provided excellent service as well. Never have I seen a company coordinate between individually owned and operated locations so perfectly, not only that, it was their effort and pefessionalism that made them stand them stand out. The inly concern I had was the advertised price versus what is charged. E.g., In-town Vs Round Trip which I understand perfectly now, however, that should be reviewed as in this region, in a space of a 40 Km radius I can count 7 or 8 "locations" Vancouver, Burnaby, New West, Coquitlam, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley Should all be the same. I would recommend reviewing as it doesn't make sense to have 3 central locations considered out-of-town all within 20km -Vancouver-Richmond-Delta are all very close. But once again, service was exceptional.

The online check-in process was the actual worst experience - don't do it. The in person check-in might have taken 10 minutes per person but the online check-in took three times as long as I would have stood in line to do the in-person.

I walked into your location to find two people waiting. One was just leaving, frustrated at the wait and nobody was at the desk to help them. I asked where she was and the woman in front of me said she had answered her cell phone mid conversation with the first customer and walked out of the office without excusing herself or saying what it was about. She was gone for over 10 minutes, while I was in a hurry to get my truck and meet the 10 friends and family I had helping me move. She came back briefly and we protested that she was gone a long time, she said just a few more minutes I need to speak to this other location. She left again, even though it was clear we were upset with being made to wait. Finally she helped the lady in front of me, then she helped me. She left to pull my truck up to the front after we were done the papers and she was gone another 10 minutes mysteriously. When she dropped the truck off, she left it running, walked by me and didn't say a word, just returned to office. I am a small business owner and if I had an employee with that attitude I'd fire her promptly. She's the kind who damages your reputation and brand. The only reason I give this two stars instead of one is because on return, your fellow was prompt, friendly, and got me on my way saying he was pleased with the condition I returned the truck in. That's the kind of person you want on your counter!

The uHaul system needs to allow for the splitting of the balance due. Not everyone has the room on a credit card to pay a large balance. Allow for flexibility.

The truck was modern and ran perfectly. The windshield was filthy so it would have been nice to have that clean. The girl at the counter was not in sight for the first ten minutes of my arrival (office was unstaffed). She didn't make it clear to me that a pre-trip inspection document was going to be texted to my cell so I was already driving before I received the text. Drop off was great, easy and the different girl was clear and helpful.
