I placed my order for another location which was so close to my home. But just 1 hour before picking-up the truck, I was called that your truck is not available for that location. I was completly nervous and it was like a shock and made much inconvenience for me. I am not satisfy with your service and the stress that you had made for me.

They charged me wrong. It was fixed by a customer service agent in Vancouver that was very rude. Terrible experience overall.


During C-19, it would be better to have a route 'in' and circle around for the 'out' foot traffic. Staff were all good for pickup and dropoff.


Not sure of the young ladies name but she greeted with a great attitude and was extremely nice. Easy drop off and again a great asset to your company.

it would be better if U-HAUL adopted a policy of always giving a vehicle with FULL tank of fuel, and have the customer return the vehicle with a FULL tank of fuel, instead of marking the fraction of fuel tank level. Many of the other rental companies follow the FULL TANK OF FUEL policy and it is very CONVENIENT AND FAIR for everyone. Thanks.

I rent 26 feet truck last week was in bad condition. Every time turn left make big noise out of engine like something dragging on the ground and truck wont start first attempt due to weak batteries. I have to try at least 4 or 5 time self to start the truck. Batteries sign show up every attempt. I reported to front desk the issues i had so they can fix ASAP but response was Management already know about those issues and never been fixed and never pull out this truck out of service to repair properly. Its really dangerous to drive and could cause big accident need to fix the issues ASAP

Tried to use the APP but it couldn't go through. I needed to call the customer service to learn that for this location I needed to use the browser. This could be better communicated.

Great staff! She was friendly, efficient and understanding. However, I do have a complaint for UHaul as a company. It's absolutely ridiculous for a large corporation to staff a single person during a weekend morning with a steady flow of equipment coming in and going out; it's too much work for 1 person to accomplish in a timely manner - which results in corners being cut and long delays (shotty way to run a business, no?). Considering UHaul is so greatly rooted in the customer service industry- would it not be beneficial to staff at least two people per shift?! For everyone's sake... including your staff! 30 minutes in a line up is too long. And I wasn't the only customer waiting. #firstworldproblems Besides the impact this has on the customer, it's totally unfair to your staff. Especially when I'm confident their wage doesn't cover their job expectations.

Customer Service was excellent they definately went above and beyond. I had initially placed an online order for a 10" foot truck and got got confirmation right after. Unfortunately i received a call telling me that no longer available. So they offered a 15" at a discount price. I initially declined and opted for a Cargo Van instead because if date. A few hours before pick-up I decided to visit them in store at the Vancouver Marine Drive location and asked if any other location could still honour the 15" footer. It took a while but yes, they were ableto coordinate and communicate perfectly with the Delta location. Bemiela and Brad over the phone assured me the best possible wait and made me feel like a VIP. And the front staff along with the owner Michelle in Delta provided excellent service as well. Never have I seen a company coordinate between individually owned and operated locations so perfectly, not only that, it was their effort and pefessionalism that made them stand them stand out. The inly concern I had was the advertised price versus what is charged. E.g., In-town Vs Round Trip which I understand perfectly now, however, that should be reviewed as in this region, in a space of a 40 Km radius I can count 7 or 8 "locations" Vancouver, Burnaby, New West, Coquitlam, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley Should all be the same. I would recommend reviewing as it doesn't make sense to have 3 central locations considered out-of-town all within 20km -Vancouver-Richmond-Delta are all very close. But once again, service was exceptional.


The self serve pick up did not work, very complicated. I kept getting a message that I had no reservation.
