Originally I was looking for a closer location but they didn't have any available trucks, the gentleman was very polite and offered me to do a booking to a nearest location so we ended here at Nordel Ct. it added 5 more minutes not bad at all. Everything went smooth and we did our moving as planned. Thank you!

It appeared like the drop off location was at the front of the location where the sign indicated, however, the staff member han me navigate the 26' truck and car hauler through the storage facility to the back where I was asked to drop the car hauler in one parking spot and then to wedge the truck between two other ones in another spot. It felt like I should have been able to leave it at the front along the fence where the sign said to park returns.

I booked 20’ truck on August 31st for Thursday morning 9::00 on 84 th Kinggeorge location they said you pick up truck on 108 Kinggeorge location in morning I was go over there they said they don’t have 20’ truck they have only 26’ truck so said chek on delta location if they have 15’ so i go there and pickup truck this is second time with me so give reservation compensation

Morning staff is very rude and had no manners to talk to their client. I reached there at 655 PM no staff was there office was locked and it took me 30 min to do on line drop off. I unnecessary waste my time. Truck had loud noise and needs to be repaired.

The truck had major problems I left U-Haul drove 8 miles almost ran out off gas put 60 in give me 1/4 tank but yay you credited me 32 abs light came on brakes loud engine light on shook so bad couldn’t even look in mirrors told lady when I bought it back she said o well it has major problems but there is nothing I can do about it I told her it should be off the road my wife and grand children were supposed to drive it back for me but I couldn’t trust it for that but I told her about the extra gas I put in there and laughed and gave me a phone number for Angela I tried to phone Angela several times to tell her truck wasn’t road worthy and can’t get through to her I spend $90 on fuel to go 60 miles as far as I am concerned being a self employed business man it is your representatives responsibility to make customers feel respected. I am a regular customer with U-Haul and I am very disappointed you can call me to get this problem rectified at 778-233-0087 thank you John kerr

The van was not that clean. The steering wheel was dirty and sticky ( it looked like someone spilled a coffee). It wasn’t terrible and I just used it but it could have been better. The van worked as expected. Checkin was easy and fast.

The self-service option was such a hassle, took nearly 15 minutes to complete. Online processes are supposed to be easier/more convenient than going to the store associate.

New truck 3000 km. Gas tank was 3/4 full when we did walk-around, my invoice was adjusted to reflect this. I was also given an estimate for the amount of fuel need to return tank to 3/4 when retuning truck. This was handy.

I had been to this location in this location a few times. They extrem helpful and professional. It is little bit further away free my home. Otherwise it is my preferred location.

I was very frustrated with my pickup experience, though it didn't have anything to do with the location. Originally, I made my booking request for a 15' truck from Arne's grocery in New Westminster. Since that location is not open at 8:30 am, I had to select the mobile pickup option. Subsequent to that request being submitted, I was contacted by UHaul and told that the truck & location I'd selected weren't available, so I was switched to a 10' truck in North Delta instead. That was vageuly annoying, but not a huge deal. What was particularly frustrating was that even though the Delta location *was* open at the time I was scheduled to pick up my truck, I couldn't do an in-person pickup. So I had to go through the process of downloading the app, confirming my information online, and unlocking the truck via the app, all which took a significantly longer time than had i been able to check in with the employee at the UHaul office (as evidenced by the folks who did an in-person pickup at the same time). I would like to strongly suggest that UHaul permit switching pickup methods after the original one has been selected, to prevent frustrations such as this one.

I got a trainee type but was friendly and did well I pre booked but took her a bit to figure it out. But no complaints. She was learning and AOK
