The first location apparently gave us an in town truck rather than a one-way. We did not know this, since we had scheduled a one way. And even told the pick up location where we were dropping off. It took a whileâ€¦. Long whileâ€¦ but this location finally worked with us and accepted the uhual. But they were not accepting it at first and did not believe us and wanted us to pay extra or drive it back 1hr away. How were we to know the other location gave us the wrong truck?!? lots of stress and hassle added to a already busy and tiring day of moving. I want to get the 50.00 guarantee credited to my account and lodge a complaint. My original reservation df070ccb83 was cancelled after I sent all of my info via the link. I took a pic, sent a pic of the front/back of my license, confirmed my credit card received the # to the cargo van got in adjusted everything only to be humiliated and told that was someone else's . The people that I gave as contact received 2 calls which mean that one did go through. I had to go inside and deal with Miss Chuckles. She said she cancelled mine because someone else needed it for 24 hours. It was initially made to seem that it didnt go through, even though I received a pic and the car #. If you roll the footage you can see I didnt think it was funny at all. I did get into a cargo van for 1pm when I scheduled for 1230. The 50.00 won't begin to cover how that experience made me feel. Then when I brought it back Miss Chuckles was rude and dismissive. I did all of that online just to have to go into the facility. To add insult to injury she had the nerve to say someone else was next and made me stand in line after I was booted from the van. If she wasnt laughing in my face like it was a joke an simply apologized I would still be upset but not pissed off.Lisa P.

Moving is already stressful. At the very least, you should not have a problem getting the sized truck you need especially reserved in adequate timing. I had to get a much smaller truck. I reserved in one place, was sent to another location a few days before pickup, and the customer who had the big truck didn't return it. I was told while on my way to get the truck. 2nd mishap with Uhaul, different location. I may look elsewhere for any other moving experience. I'm dissappointed.Shajuana K.

You have so staff members that are friendly & have great customer service skills. Then there are the ones who talk impolite or dismiss you as if you're second rate & not as a paying customer. Other than that the facility is very clean & convenient. I have to compliment, the associate who assisted me, Brandy is awesome, professional, knowledgeable amd courteous! All though the equipment was hooked and ready for me to leave. The inside of the unit smell like cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming and I have asthma! I literally road with the windows down and it was not warm enough for that. It came out of the vents as I used the heat, awful! I did inform Brandy when I returned it just a few hours later, because of the odor. I arrived to the store at my point of time. It was 2 women at the counter talking amongst themselves never gave me a acknowledgement or anything. By this time a second customer came in the store,The lady sitting at the window then told the other lady you take one of them and I'll take 1 of them. -Fix the fuel gauge. I have no idea if it was full or not, I have a picture of it telling me it was full. -I need a major credit card? I need it? I have more history in my debit card, more money than my credit limit. One card isn't as good as another? They're both Visa. -Um, I paid for six hours and it says I was only given five. I called the location and was in touch with a representative who sold me on renting a pickup from this Douglasville location for six hours. I was a little late returning, but I hope that's taken into consideration. I wouldn't really recommend this location, but I wouldn't steer people away.alec K.

Was given a trailer to travel completely cross country with (GA to Montana) with an expired tag. When brought to the attention of the location we received it from (while just down the road and not yet loaded), they wouldn't swap it out. Made for an unpleasant trip with unnecessary concerns every time we were being followed by law enforcement. Should never have been put on the road, especially after being brought to their attention. Hindsight 20/20 I believe it was intentional to clear it from their inventory and pass it on to another location. Otherwise, was a very pleasant transaction and experience.William L.

I would have made a better de ion regarding move out. As it turns out I am paying for 3 weeks of rental that I am not using. I think that is bad business and I should be refunded those 3 weeks.
