Better customer service with emphasis on explaining return options and after hours charges. I have used this location many times and never had a issue till this last experience. Employee hung up on the phone and told me they don't need my business. This employee needs to get fired for this behavior.

I was greeted and taken care of by an employee named Peyton. He was excellent. The guy can multitask like a machine! So impressed with the way this location runs. Efficient and employees with a great attitudes!!

I was there before 9 am. Just by a few minutes. The crew were all outside moving equipment around, and didn't even approach me or say ill be right with you. It was more than 5 minutes that I just watched them look my way and not say a thing.

Make your customers return the vehicle with a full tank of gas so you don't have to return it with a 1/4 or 1/2 full just makes the most sense

You all took charges from 2 different cards one over the phone and one in person and then tried to charge the wrong card for 2 different incorrect amounts. I do not appreciate being railroaded and don't plan to use uhaul anymore.

Reserving the truck and picking up the equipment was easy. The woman who helped me was very helpful and told me I could pay for the truck with my credit card even though I wouldn't physically be there because a friend would be picking up and dropping off the truck. When it came to returning the truck, the guy at the counter was not helpful and said he needed the card to pay for the rental. My friend who couldn't afford the rental was forced to pay. Not sure if this was a misunderstanding between the woman who took my reservation and the guy who took the final payment, but it's the difference between a great experience and not so good experience. The difference between 5 stars and 3 stars. This location needs to have an easier way to pay remotely or just have better communication between employees. Other than checking out, the experience was nice and easy.

Misplacing our contract Duplicating our contract Not communicating that a location was not staffed... but yes we could pick up supplies like boxes...??? Having to alter pickup location <-- thank goodness we checked to verify All not good Then giving us a bare bones truck... at least it made the trip, thank you. But was it properly maintained? IDK. 1 reverse indicator light was out. Had I insisted, we would have been delayed while y'all found a different truck at a different location. Do I need that headache? So if the light was inoperable, what else was not checked? Oil? Tire pressure? I was rudely honked at by one of your employees in another truck trying to back out of a space while checking my truck. So was I able to complete my check? No. But then you send me a link to go online and review my contract and truck. Nobody told me I would be getting such a link. Nobody even told me to verify everything on my truck so that there was no dispute about our contract. So again the behind the counter help is a little bit lacking in customer service.

When I talked to staff at this location, I told them what I was told from the uhaul service center, and that I felt that things weren't clear, in spite of the original drop off location being closed and no one being there. A and all, this was a very disappointing experience.

Kevin was fantastic and legitimately saved the day. I actually work for a subsidiary of AvisBudget and had an employee rental set up across the street for my move across states. They didn't have a vehicle available for me and Kevin came through with one, allowing me to get out to CA just in time to grab my stuff and get out before our last day.

I actually wanted to review the great customer service of Harvest Lumpkins who works at 2947 E Main Street in Mesa. We ordered a 5x9 open utility trailer in error and it wouldn't work for our 2 motorcycles to be transported to NM from AZ. We called the call-center and ordered a 6x12 open trailer but when we got to 2947 E Main, Harvest informed us we were unable to take a 6x12 open trailer to another state. She found a 6x12 closed trailer in a nearby location and saved the day. This review would be a BAD one except for her help. Our 26 foot truck that we had rented from her location was given away and the night before pick up we had to drive 45 minutes one way to get another truck and we were ANGRY. Harvest made things "right" in my book! Thanks

I was charged an additional $41.87 after I checked my credit card transaction with this location the day after I dropped off. I called customer service and I hope I get credited. The truck was filthy, I cleaned before I left Mesa. Low air warning in rear tire. Staff filled before I left.

The manager is a complete JERK!!!! He accused me of steeling and called the police. Police determined I was in the right and now the manager is upset so he charged me $330 more than what my VIP price was stated on my contract ($20). I will NEVER recommend this location until this manager is not there. Everyone else at this location were helpful.
