SKYE FMy uhaul broke down 3 times in one day, I had to leave the engine on the whole time as it wouldn’t start, had to be jumped, I was charged 132$ then was only refunded $50!! It was a terrible experience!! Cost me more than $300 in extra labor due to time lost and extra charges, I started with 3/8 tank of fuel and sent it back with 3/8 tank of fuel but was still charged for fuel usage even though I had to let it idle because it wouldn’t start when shut off!! Horrible!!

Epifanio OMake sure that the trucks have gas, and also that everything inside the truck is well maintained including the mirrors.
Zaccai PDon’t advertise furniture dollies to rent when you don’t have them. Don’t send 60 year old handicapped person to go find the truck, figure out how to open lock on back of truck to get ignition key out! Pull truck up for people. No knob on window crank. Tire pressure light was on, uhaul worker kicked the tire and said it was fine. I asked for a different truck. Bad customer service.

DEAN LOver all based on the person's at this location great experience. The website had crashed and what should ha e been a 4 minute transaction ended up being 50 plus minutes. The guys in the shop handled it great though.
Troy SThe customer service that U-Haul provides is second to none. I’ve used U-Haul more than a dozen times and I have never been disappointed. I would like to give a special shout out to the team where I picked up my trailer today because my truck broke down a block away from the return location and they were able to come and pick up the trailer because I wasn’t able to drop it off myself. I will always use U-Haul and recommend it to anyone that I know. Thank you so much.
STEVEN STruck was clean inside the cab and cargo area but some of the wooden rails on the walls of the box were broken and had jagged edges. The staff were very polite and professional. If it wasn’t for the broken rails I would have given an excellent rating.

JESSICA SQuit raising your prices. We are trying to get the economy under control and upper managements decision to raise prices is unacceptable. Nothing but greed and disrespect for the customer. The store was great but UHaul management does not care about keeping prices online.
