You had called in advance of any changes and still came through--we are a corporation where we don't have the luxury of rebooking if something is not rights with a vehicle so we appreciate that.
NICHOLAS B.A sign is on the door stating that mask are required and yet I saw two employees not wearing mask inside the building. Why are masks required for customers, but not employees?

HECTOR DANIEL Q.The employees were super busy but super rude as well. I explained my situation to the person that was helping me and needed to change my reservation due to a theft of my wallet. I didn't feel the need to explain but when I said I'm here to change my reservation the lady that was helping someone else looked over the counter with a very rude look. I asked the employee that was helping me “why did I just get looked at like I'm crazy.†She was soo loud and rude to even the customer that she was helping. She does not work well under pressure and I would like to talk to manager. A moving experience is tough already and they just added the cherry on top for me. My first uhaul experience and now my last.
Mauricio M.When I dropped the truck off I made sure that it had the same amount of fuel in it that it had when I picked it up and was told there was no additional charge but when I got the email receipt there was an additional charge for 3 gallons of fuel for $11.48. That is not much but when you are told there is no additional charge, there shouldn't be any additional charge.

My Ubox was already a week late and when I picked up a uhaul I had to rent to pick up my ubox so it wouldnt be more days late. All in all my experience with Uhaul in general was horrible and I really expected it to be better thank you.

MYRON M.Truck should have been cleaned it was dirty when I picked it up so I wasn't going to clean the last guys mess. I obviously marked it down on pick up and drop off that it was dirty and I ended up getting charged to have it cleaned. You should be sanitizing the trucks everytime even if the last shmuck who had it just lied about it being clean especially in a pandemic.

JULIAN V.No. I mean NO! vehicle inspection. The Pickup Truck inspection or verification of gasoline also that was an Eight of a tank off!!! on the gauge in the tank by your Uhaul Rep. who worked there on March 9th 2021. The same guy that checked me in. He just pulled the truck up. Handed me the keys and walked away. TERRIBLE. Gas in the tank was at least an eighth of a tank LOWER on the gauge that what was on the paperwork so I got screw out of $15 of gas. I only put on 62 MILES on a pick up truck I rented and I had to put 10 GALLONS! of Gasoline back into the truck to return it. TERRIBLE RIP OFF BY YOUR REP. . Pick up truck cab stunk of something. Also It said the truck needed an oil change. If I did not need the truck the following day I would NOT of left the lot with the truck. Window filthy and lots of old cardboard behind the seat. TERRIBLE SERVICE. But different guy was there, March 11th 2021 when I returned the truck and he was nice and informative. He said 62 miles should be 4 to 5 gallons of gas. I put in $35, 10 Gallons of gasoline for going only 62 miles in a small Chevy Pickup Truck so U haul ripped me off and stole my gas money of about $18. TERRILBE SERVIVE!!! Fire that other rep that was there when I picked up the pick up truck. He was snippy and rude. Won't be going back to that location. TERRIBLE PICKUP SERVICE! I bet no one will call or contact me from U-Haul. ED Panich. 708-975-1673.

PABLO D.Everything on this move was great with the exception of dropping off the truck. I bearded person was a smart ass. They had the entry was blocked as they were working on the lot. I parked in the street and walked into the lot. They had trucks in parking spots and then trucks in a lot nearby. I asked a simple question. Where would you like me to park this truck. He in a smart ass way pointed to the remote lot and said over there like the other trucks a laughed. The guy that walked over to check in the truck was very nice and apologized for his co-worker. Really disappointing, zero need to an employee like that. Hire someone that wants to work with the public. To anyone renting, insist on BC a different location.

Robert G.Train your employees, the employees that went to deal with the turn in was arguing and yelling at me about the fuel level. I showed him the contract where they had marked the level and it matched. Instead of handing it professionally, he decided to argue with my and insult me. The "manager" did nothing nor did he care. Get better customer service.
