Service was ok, I had to go to two different locations one for the truck the other for the trailer and got charged twice on the tax. The trailer I got was horrible almost wrecked. The whole ride what's very intense. I paid $500 for a horrible experience and almost died because of y'all's equipment

Have the equipment on the truck that the customer paid for (Dolly) and make sure the gas tank is on full if you mark full on the Contract. Walk to the Uhaul with the customer to do an overview to make sure everything you are asking the customer to sign for is indeed correct.

Truck was good. CSR was good. Location was good. After hours truck turn in web thing was not good. Location share wouldn’t cooperate. Had to call customer service

I tried doing online return equipment and keep giving me an error about the mileage i put in..i called the 1800 number and spoke to someone about the issue and was told to put .0 at the end that didnt work. Mind you it was raining and ihad my daughter in the car while i was in the truck trying to take pictures of this damn mileage. After trying serval times i called again. First thing uhaul she says after i explained and had to give my information once again is put .0 at the end i told i just called and already tried that not working . So she transfers my call and i had to explain to another person my issue i was having returning the truck & giving her my information once again. She seems to try and help..she said she would put it in my notes send/ forward me and email to send in the photo of the mileage etc...and she would get it back to the uhaul location. Long story short i still got charge extra money for not using to online return method because yall system wasn't taken the information i was giving it. No apologies no help no nothing

This was my first u-haul experience. Although I have driven u-haul trucks before, they were always company rentals, and I had never actually rented one personally. The girl that I rented from was named Peyton. She was courteous, friendly, and professional. I would give her a big thumbs up! And you should give her a raise, a bonus, or something. She is a credit to your business, and deserves to be recognized for the good job that she is doing.

This was my second time using U-Haul within a week's time. I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. Andre assisted with my rental and answered all of my questions and concerns. Believe there were a lot of them. He was very polite, informative and made sure I had everything needed for my transition. I must say Andre is a great addition to your team and I will use your company again in the near future as well as refer my friends.

The reservation process was quick and easy. When I arrived Brandon patiently walked me through the process and made sure I had everything I needed to make my transition as smooth as possible. Mattress bags, covers etc. Added bonus is that you get a free month of storage with 15’ foot equipment rental ($79.95-$119.95 or more savings). (Happy Dance) This was important for me because I am moving and my home is not quite ready. You also get a free lock with mobile sign up ($11.95 savings). I also like this location because even though I returned my rental at closing, Andre still patiently explained the after hours process and how to navigate the website and where to drop the key. I definitely will rent from uhaul if I ever do need to move again.... oh and did I mention that they have a take one leave one program where if a customer buys too many boxes and doesn’t use them the next customer is given the option to use the boxes for FREE. This company is full of perks and smiling faces. I am totally one happy camper. They have climate controlled units available in an array of sizes.

I only wanted to rent a appliance dolly and had to go through an act of congress to rent it. I would not recommend this to anyone. I tried to pay cash, $10, and was told I had to give a $60 deposit. Never again.

There should be a ramp on the smaller trucks instead of having to purchase on of the big trucks just to use the ramp. Or get a small ramp just for the smaller trucks!

When I went to drop off on Sunday I was told that it would be open until 5 (both by the manager and online), however when I went to drop off the doors were already locked at 4:35. The garage was open, but no one was in there. I looked in the windows didn't see anyone at the counter. I had to call the location and ask them to come out, which took a few minutes. If they were closed, I would understand, but when a place is advertised to be open until 5 I don't expect them to lock up 30 minutes early.

rented us a truck and tow dolly and didnt give us the truck with the tow/ haul pkg so the transmission overheated and left us stranded on the road for almost 3 hours while they sent a mechanic from OK to help us on the side of the road in TX. the mechanic took almost 3 hours to get to us. also truck was filthy covered with mud. Will never rent a Uhaul for another movie again

This place was amazing! Courtney and her staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. One of the staff helped me with my stuff since I was by myself and needed help. I didn't even ask for help and they were there. I've never been to a U-haul facility with this level of customer service. They really care about their customers! Overall Outstanding.

Warning! U- haul will hold a trailer for you at a location that doesn't even have trailers. Their computer doesn't check. Added 2 hours to a very long trip!

I was not told about a $30 fuel fee. Only that it would be $4.00 per gallon for gas. Since I used only 3 gallons and there was no station around where I was at I choose to return the van without replacing the 3 gallons. I was very shocked when I got the invoice that I would be charged the $30 fee. I will not make that mistake again but your people should be upfront and let customers know about it. So, was totally satisfied with everything until I got hit with that!

CS was top notch. I had reserved and paid online and scheduled pick up for the earliest possible time. Courtney had the dolly waiting by the door, the blankets and mattress cover were by the counter and the trailer was clean and ready. We were in a time crunch and didn't want to worry about paperwork that morning so I checked in the night before. The website and app were easy to use and allowing me to upload my license through the app was awesome! If it is possible to modify orders after the fact, it was not immediately clear how to do that. I wound up placing a second order (and cancelling the first) to add the blankets and mattress cover.

The U haul was in perfect running condition I really enjoyed how it drove. and the experience that I had with that vehicle. The vehicle was not clean, it was full of cat or dog hair in my wife is very logic to Animal Hare it makes her choke up.

Truck smelled like vomit !!! Shreveport, La., reservations\dispatch need HELP in this area, ex. the only 26ft truck available to rent one-way to Austin was not available for my reservation time, had to wait 24hrs until another location had one the ONLY one in the entire area for "who knows when" (as I was told) HOWEVER THE DROP OFF LOCATION IN BUDA (Dollar Tile U-Haul) HAD FIVE !!! U-Haul Corporate should do a better job of equipment distribution to better customer service and the CORPORATE $$$ BOTTOM LINE !!!!!

It was all fine. Wish the ceiling had been solid instead of mesh wires. I worried about rodents and roaches but everything was fine and no problems when I picked up my things. Staff were helpful.
