JUAN BGet some yard help personnel that are capable of doing the work fitting of renting commercial equipment. When I returned my trailer rental, there was no convenient drop off option and help was slow in arriving. I was requested to back up the trailer 3 different times without a ground guide offered. Basically, the establishment wanted me to do their work by placing the trailer back in the lot. Helper said there are too many nails and screws under the tented area for me to drive through. Also, the trailer that I rented was very warn out. There was damage to the front end of my trailer, with a temporary tape and membrane fix. Also, inside the trailer, on the deck there was a very squishy spot between the axles that didn't seem safe at all. Time to retire that trailer!

TREVEON SWe were charged a fee, of $120 for a damaged dolly that never existed at the time of the charges the truck and car trailer was never turned in once we discovered through the banking account that $120 was charged for a damaged dolly or missing how can you charge for damage dolly or missing dolly when the truck was never turned in at the time of the charges we will not recommend U-Haul. MAJOR WGeorge Watson and his team went the extra distance for us. Our move was suddenly interrupted with a nasty bout of food poisoning. They shifted our schedule a couple of times to accomodate and helped us get some help finishing the move. This is a truly great and well managed facility.

LUZ RAfter using the U-Haul website to select a vehicle hauler trailer, the vehicle would not fit on the trailer. I had to immediately return it. We were unable to move the vehicle. I will now be contacting customer service to get my money back since the website failed.
ANTHONY VI did not receive my $50 reservation guarantee. My original pick up location did not have the equipment and I had to go to another location.
JOSEPH DI let customer service and the site know several times that I moved out of the facility. They continued to call, email, sent letters and harassed me and my family afterwards. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Linda L | Overall ExperienceI have never stored belongings at a facility that was so filthy. Trash along the aisle for days and a restroom that wasn’t well kept at times. Furthermore, the fact that the communication from management at this location is terrible. How do you accidentally move me from a storage in your system, when I never stated I was moving? Then, they caught their mistake and never corrected my due date which changed when they moved me back into the unit in their system. This caused a MAJOR issue when I actually moved out 2 years later, because for nearly a month and a half they’re telling me the storage has a lock on it, despite the fact I moved out and took photos to show the unit was empty and cleaned, with a date and time stamp. Not to mention I left the door up to show it was vacant and management NEVER followed up despite the three calls I had with customer service regarding this issue. And lastly, how convenient it was on three separate situations where I got a free month of rent because of some issue at the facility. But they ALWAYS would raise my rent the very next month following the free month. And I mean every single time. I will never use this facility again and I wouldn’t recommend it to a stranger nor a friend or family member.

I requested to speak to him since I moved out and he would not come to the phone to acknowledge my concerns. I’m a disabled veteran in a wheelchair and I have to have physical help to get things done. He was no help when I inquired about moving out on the 2nd of July. He still wanted to charge me $192 for an empty storage instead of closing out the account. Not happy at all with George. Thank you Patrick Daniels

Christine G | Overall ExperienceEven after swiping my entry card, the alarm on my unit would go off every single time, for 2 years. I reported it several times and it was never fixed. My lock was cut off twice. The first time it was cut off I was not notified at all and only found out when I went to get Christmas decorations out and my key no longer worked. The second time, I was contacted and told someone else was claiming the unit was theirs. The lady I spoke to was the same person that cut my lock off the previous year, and said she remembered me because she liked my Christmas decorations she had seen the year before.. I told her I was at work and couldn't come right at the moment and scheduled to meet her at my until between 2:30p and 3:00p that same day. I arrived at 2:45p to find her standing at my unit with the door open. She had cut the lock off again. When i asked why she didn't wait, she said the lady who was claiming the unit was hers was standing there waiting. I told her she knew I was coming at the designated time and asked why she couldn't honor our agreement. I was again told because the other lady was already there. She tried to tell me my name wasn't associated with that unit (even thought she remembered me from cutting the lock off the prior year). I opened the app on my phone and showed her where it had my unit number. I asked how the "system" didn't have me associated with the unit but the app did. She told me her manager told her to go ahead and cut the lock and pointed him out. He stood there the entire time and let her take the heat I was giving her and never said a word. That is extremely poor management skills and I would NEVER work for someone like that, and it isn't someone I would want working for me. Other than the above described scenarios, every time I've had to go inside the store portion, there has only been one, and on the rare occasion 2, people working the counter, and most times I could see 2-3 people sitting in the office. Service was always slow and it felt like I was inconviencing the staff by shopping there. I will never rent from this particular facility again, and more than likely will never rent a storage unit from Uhaul period. This experience has been a nightmare and I am actively discouraging friends and family from ever using your storage facilities.

When I originally set up my account I had given them my military id and they had told me my properties wouldn’t be sold if I didn’t pay if I was out of the country. I had been out of the country for work and now currently in Oklahoma on deployment . I had someone reach out to me and specifically state “Oh your military your stuff won’t be sold” then I get an email THAT ALL MY EXPENSIVE STUFF WAS SOLD FOR A MERE 100.00! I’m so hurt and disappointed and would never rent from uhaul again!

There were also roaches crawling on the outside of some units as well as the floor. Pest control needs to be better maintained. My larger unit was clean inside so that was a plus.

Staff could not provide or set up 24 hour access due to system down. I was suppose to get first month free when I set up storage due to renting a moving truck but was still charge when I got to the counter for the storage. And as of today my 24 hour PIN code still do not work for 24 hour access nor were they ever able to set up the access card. So issue has still not been resolved. Had to use the bathroom when moving stuff in storage could not use it because code did not work of course. Just a bad experience overall with U-Haul.

When I walk to the office there were this nice courtesy older Caucasian lady that told me my card said I check in cause I walk to office cause my card kept saying access denied.... I ask the other female African American lady to help me she sent me to the office and said that I had to go all the way around the building to get to the office but I found out from my moving company that I can get to the office through the building... What a stressful exhausting experience from this place.... So I kept trying to get in to my unit. And my keys wouldn't work. I ask can the lock be pop and the gm said no. Sooo I'm like how am I suppose to get into my unit he stated for me to call lock smith.... And I'm okay.... So I ask could someone come down to help me cause it want open and I have my U-Haul keys.... And the Gm which is Jeremy I believe... Came and open my unit with no problem with the set of keys he had ... My daughter said how did you unlock that so easy and he just rolled his eyes and never replied.... Like really I been asking for help and my locks was changed without my consent and without me even knowing anything about it.... So who is responsible for all of this and what's going to be done. I paid my bill faithfully and on time and sometimes a week in advance before due date..... This behavior from the Gm and team is unacceptable....... I give 0 stars. Unsatisfactory..... Never had any problems until it was time for move out..... The biggest problem I have is no one contacted me about changing my locks. Oh and I forgot to mention that the other lock was in the unit on the floor which is the original one that goes to the keys I had. Hope no one else has to go through this... Hopefully something gets done about this Mean management and team grouchy rude unprofessional.....

Wanted a climate unit so I ask the young lady to call w tarrant storage for me cause I didn’t feel like waiting any longer for her to go check to see if that unit was available. Very unhappy cause paying to rent a truck to move from my location to there and I left there went to w tarrant and then back to there cause my car was there and added gas to the truck twice. With my experience my truck rental should be free. Check in on your employee.

Moving companies charge by the hour. He man didn’t even tell us that we wouldn’t be able to get in after 7 and he locked the doors right in front of us. It was inconsiderate and shows that the employees do not care about customer service. The alarm started going off as well because we were trying to get everything through the single side exit door. I never did hear back from a manager about this and it shows that you all have predatory ways. It’s not okay to play with peoples hard earned money. On top of all of this, the girl swiped my card for $80 for a storage that was supposed to be free. She reversed it but I was out of pocket $80 dollars during the week that I needed it most! I am also having to constantly dispute the extra chargers for insurance on the one way trailer that I did not authorize. Insurance wasn’t offered to me for the extra days I kept the trailer but someone put it on there without notifying me. You all put up all of this advertisement to get peoples attention & business but choose not to provide quality services. You contributed to a very long, difficult life transition and choose not to own up to it.

After I paid and took the uhaul home I didn’t notice any problems until the morning of July 22 2022 on our way to Texas I noticed a marijuana blunt in the uhaul. Which is so dangerous because I don’t use drugs at all and what if I was to get pulled over and got caught with something that wasn’t mines but wait that’s not it I had to drive 6 hours with no air you all did not provide me with a working uhaul it is to hot to be riding with no air I paid almost $400.00. Neither was it clean the windows was very nasty we had to pull over because so much fim from people smoking in the vehicle. I’m very dissatisfied and no I would not recommend you all to anyone at this point I’m not happy.. with this service thank you..!!

I believe it was 2254, to the right of our unit and there was a water problem years ago as well. AC or roof, not sure but shouldn’t have to be concerned with water in an inside unit
RANDY A | First ImpressionsEven though I received help, someone gave my reservations away saying it's first come first serve, what's the point of reservations then? I tried to purchase my truck and I was told I have to pay on debit card instead of cash only to be charge extra since it was a prepaid card(no one mentioned), and since I had no storage I had to go to another location where their computer was malfunctioning and couldn't pay card, but couldn't pay cash because the woman working didn't have a key to the register. Then while I was moving furniture in the truck I finally got, U-Haul calls me and says they accidently gave me someone else's storage unit and by the time I got there, they were closed and I had to buy a lock to keep everything safe overnight in the truck.

There were disgusting mattresses left in the halls near the front and while loading my things I had to walk back and forth passing these filthy items. There was a bag of spilled coffee beans in the hall right after I passed the nasty mattresses. Then there were dead bugs in the halls. It seemed like no one cared to clean up because during my hours moving my things, one or two workers came by and saw the mess and no one bothered to clean up. If my month wasn't free and I didn't need to store my extra equipment and boxes, I wound have left!

Evaristo N | First ImpressionsThis particular facility had a flood event occur by another tenant and it caused water damage to my entire unit. They threw away my furniture, clothes, important documents and everything else that was ruined without notifying me. They then provided me a claim number to make a claim which was eventually denied due to me not having coverage (after renting for a year). I was definitely upset because over $10K worth of belongings of mine were never replaced. Aaron, the manager, showed sympathy for me and offered me two months free, which was a total of $250. It was no where near the amount of what my personal belongings cost, but I did appreciate it. Needless to say, if you rent a storage be sure to get insurance because if not, you’ll definitely be screwed!
