I had a storage space for over 2 years at the nearby location by the grand prairie outlet mall. I went there to get the uhaul since I was vacating my unit. They refused to let me pay with cash even being a long time customer. It cost me more to go to the next location. That location had a worker who wasnt well versed in customer service. I stood waiting for help over 20 minutes. I wasnt greeted or ask to wait. I had to walk the facility to find the worker who then said he was alone. As if that wait wasnt bad enough, they wouldnt help me and sent me to the next location. I will never rent a truck or a storage ever again. Thank God the young man at the other location was wonderful and gave me a discount for the bad service the other store provided. Unfortunately it was that workers last day with the company. They need to find more like him and teach how important customer service really is.

Waited 10 minutes for an employee because nobody was at the desk. They didn’t have the truck available that I reserved. When I returned the truck they tried to tell me that I used $20 in gas to go 9 miles. The employee tried to say that these are big trucks and they use alot of gas! LMAO....You do the math, $20 gas.....9 miles. Worst facility ever! Never going back. Uhaul always scams customers when it comes to furl usage. This also happened at another location.

My truck got poor gas mileage. Computer even said. Lowest mileage even when empty. Parking break didn’t work.

The Website for reservations was not in sync with the pick up point. Had two reservations, but the CSR figured it all out for us.

Have more employees available during peak times. The company could also look into having a check-in/check-out kiosk.

Well tell them ahead of time about the 100 dollar deposit if using cash and also let them know they won't get it back at drop off if it's in a different city.

Work on giving the customers there money the same day instead of the customer having to wait 5 to 7 days for their money, when your company takes there deposit from the customer right then and there, and I don’t feel like that is right.. Everything else was great besides that

but the last two times we reserved, when we got to the location the one we needed was not available. we had to get a bigger one for the same amount but we spend more gas hauling it.

This location and owner was great. Uhaul had Messed up my online order and pickup time so I had to go to three places to finally pick up my unit. Very disorganized and terrible communication. Cost me extra to cover loading labor due to delays.
