My complaint has nothing to do with this location in particular, but rather with corporate who told me we could pay with a purchase order at this location only to find out that that was not the case. I don't like to leave a poor review for something that isn't this location's fault but I have no other recourse to review this.Nicolle S.

Installation took 2 hours and 45 minutes because the installer was also the owner/manager of the facility and he kept getting called away from the installation job to tend to other issues that arose.James W.

Driver side mirror was not working properly when I picked up. I had to constantly move it back into position while driving in order to see properly. When I returned the vehicle it was discovered that it was broken and I had to pay for it. The vehicle itself was dated and in need of an upgrade. One of the employees was very rude and condescending asking â€œwhat the hell did I do to mess the vehicle upâ€ or â€œwhat did I hitâ€. This was the best moving experience ever. Dropped off and picked up when they said they would. Only thing that could have been better was they gave us an arrival date of 14 days from pick-up and it was really 3 days. We could have had more time to pack (to stay within the 30 day window) with a closer quote. Overall would 100% recommend to anyone!Debbie M.

I am owed money back and need a refund for the Ubox delivery and moving help transactions of $804. These people showed up with one box at a time, no equipment, pads (which I paid for ) and didn't properly wrap my stuff. I have scratches on almost all my furniture, a broken tv, water damage, and soiled mattress. They also charged me additional mileage for them having to go get the boxes one at a time. I ended up canceling the last ubox, renting a uhaul 20 ft truck and moving the rest of my things by myself, which took me two days and costs me extra money. Aaron was very friendly and helpful but the facility was not clean. There were disgusting mattresses left in the halls near the front and while loading my things I had to walk back and forth passing these filthy items. There was a bag of spilled coffee beans in the hall right after I passed the nasty mattresses. Then there were dead bugs in the halls. It seemed like no one cared to clean up because during my hours moving my things, one or two workers came by and saw the mess and no one bothered to clean up. This particular facility had a flood event occur by another tenant and it caused water damage to my entire unit. They threw away my furniture, clothes, important documents and everything else that was ruined without notifying me. They then provided me a claim number to make a claim which was eventually denied due to me not having coverage (after renting for a year). I was definitely upset because over $10K worth of belongings of mine were never replaced. Aaron, the manager, showed sympathy for me and offered me two months free, which was a total of $250. It was no where near the amount of what my personal belongings cost, but I did appreciate it. Needless to say, if you rent a storage be sure to get insurance because if not, you’ll definitely be screwed!Christy S. | Overall Experience
