I was hesitant at first to rent from this location because of the reviews. But due to the size truck I needed it was the location available. I'm glad I did. Clean, clean and curtious service. We were in and out in 10-15 mins. I will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Staff inside was friendly. Truck wasn't full on gas(needle barely at F). Used masks were inside of truck, and back bed was dirty. I accepted it as is and returned it fueled, and the woman who took care of my return was extremely rude claiming I made the truck dirty. Moreover, my bill was 108, yet I have 110$ in charges now ? I have reported the fraudulent charges to my credit card company and will never do business with you guys again.

At first, when I dropped off the truck they did not want to except it from another location. They refused and said I needed to return the truck to my initial pick up location. Once I Showed them the paperwork that stated drop off was at East Brunswick and they looked over the paperwork then they excepted the truck.

The person who took care of my return was really rude and racist. Rather than talking nicely to a customer, she said some really bad things and said some racist things as well. I would never rent another U-Haul or recommend anyone to rent from this location.

No one ever walked out to the truck and did an inspection with me when I brought the vehicle back a young woman that was there while the gentleman was in the driver seat walked around the truck and pointed out a dent I said the dent was there she goes why wasn't it written down this morning I brought the truck back a little bit over half a tank I was told his dad half a tank and was charged 890 and change $8.90 for 2 gallons of gas which I wasn't going to argue with the gentleman about but I thought the tank was a little bit over half and he said it was at half and when I finally left the little oriental girl that works there told meThat I signed the contract and I should read it next time. I think your staff needs a little bit of etiquette

I was rear ended while waiting at a red light. I filled a police report, have the insurance informal to the uhaul location, and provided every bit of information to be documented. All the information that was sent in uhauls email back to me was incorrect.  If I am to submit this to my insurance company for reimbursement, I can not submit incorrect documents.  I was explicit in how it was to be documented, yet it was completely wrong.  Additionally, when I walked out of the uhaul location, we had agreed on one thing, and something completely different was charged, amounting to fraud, as it was not authorized by me. Furthermore, you are charging for things that were not damaged in the accident and are not related to my contract with uhaul.  I would like and appreciate a call back to go over these charges and to correct the information in the attached documents. I would also like a refund of the amount charged that was not authorized or I will be contacting an attorney to handle this matter in court.

Before I exited the location, I told both the customer rep and the manager that the 'Out' mileage on the rental contract was incorrect and didn't match the odometer reading . They told me they would annotate/correct the contract in the system. However, when I received the final bill via email. the mileage was not corrected. Also, upon return, I sat in the vehicle for 10 minutes waiting to be checked out. No service rep ever greeted me. I searched outside and in the office but could not find any employees. However, I heard 2 or more employees laughing and joking somewhere in the back of the office. Only when I hollered for help did some one come out front to check me out.

Was supposed to be a one way trip. Made me take it round trip last minute. Had to have someone drive 60 miles to get me. transmission was starting to go. Wouldnt change gears properly. Front seat cushion was bad. Very uncomfortable. Felt like sitting on the bottom. Another customer was there and she was supposed to pick up the day before and the didnt have her rental sent her to delaware and the didnt have it so she was back.

It was not clear when I rented the space that only the second floor was climate control. The entire contents of my unit were damaged wild mold and mildew. The response from the manager was basically, "...tough luck..." The counter help was however helpful.

The bucket compartment had debris in it from a previous user. Staff at location is slow. Also, I left a popsocket holder in the vehicle. I tried calling 4 different times and couldn't get a hold of any employee. The line kept disconnecting after staying on hold for several minutes.

The truck was clean when we received it however there is a leak and my boxes got wet during transit! In addition, we were told that we could pick up our truck either an hour before or Up to an hour after our scheduled timeslot but we' we're not informed that if we had the 7 AM pick up time that we could not come earlier than that!

Disaster !!!! Absolute Disaster !!!! I arrived to a Lei Yeung and my nightmare started I was asked to download the APP for safety then the Credit Card machine was like right next to her she kept asking to grab my phone so she can download the APP WTF then I got the key and she pointed me to wrong truck the other worker outside on his smoking break for his second time in 10 minutes was yelling to look at the number on the truck and correspond it with the key I couldn't find the secret code number on the truck then I finally found it above the cab after all that they gave me the wrong truck with no gas compared to my receipt and 10,000 more miles than what my receipt said What a freek show disaster Customer service training needed !!!! I returned the truck to Colleen Ryan and told ger what happened and she said she was crazy too WTF ? Terribly unprofessional fro A to Z

Put some AIR in the trailer tires, please. Yeah, i know i'm supposed to check and obviously i did, but 19 psi and 36 psi are much too low. Are you just going to wait for me to rent everything? Everyone seems busy whenever i am there, so maybe you need to hire more maintenance people or hand out some nice DeWalt air pumps. I'd also like to see a nice large label above the tire listing the air pressure. The existing label with direction to the 1/16" high label on the tire just isn't cutting it.

The u-haul storage facility is the best. It took the pressure off our neck after bringing our stuff from Boston u-haul provided us with storage of about 20 days for free. I think this is really remarkable. Thank you u-haul.

The staff at this store was negligent and rude. The store Manager was present and co-signs on this behavior . I am totally dissatisfied with the experience and should have spent my money elsewhere. In these times we are in when you spend your money and time with a business courtesy and professionalism is a must.

So, the setup of the actual office / desk is very strange. You walk in and all you see is boxes but cannot see the desk. So you cannot tell if there is anyone there. Re the truck it had a 1/2 a tank of gas. Not a big issue but strange. The windshield was very dirty and cloudy on the inside. There was cigarette butts and ashes in the ash try. The passenger seat was very dirty.

$22.50 for 6 gallons of gas, plus another $30 fee for about $3 worth of gas. Was on 1/4 when I got it and just below the 1/4 line after. I drove 28 miles and was charged $176??? No way I'd recommend. Other than that, it was a good transaction.

Make sure that if additional equipment is ordered along with the van/truck rental that the additionally ordered equipment (i.e dollies, handtruck, etc.) are in the vehicle as stated in the contract.

I will not be using your company ever again and will encourage all others not to as well. The experience was horrible. First tyk switch the location of my truck over 30 miles away the day before a move after a 2.5 month reservation. Then the wrong key is in the lock box which caused an hour delay and still ended up with the wrong truck. And then at drop off I was unable to return because although I was told the new truck would be switched to my account it wasn't. Terrible experience. You take advantage of customers.

For 6 years every month on time I paid my bill. I lost the key I was given because I never went to the unit. When I asked to get in you told me to hire a locksmith. That cost me another $120 because you refused to let me in. Yet if I stopped paying for the unit I’m sure the magical extra key would have appeared. So unfair and unethical. We are living in a time right now that requires extra kindness to people not creating more stress and de stress. Yeah you’re facility is ok but as people you fail miserably.

I would recommend checking units prior to sending threatening letters about liens. We clearly informed you the unit was vacant however your office staff needs to pay more attention and close accounts.
