Better, more coordinate checkout process amongst site employees: After we completed the paperwork for a 1-day rental and were walking out the door we were stopped because one of the employees (an older blonde female) stated they needed the truck we were scheduled to utilize for another customer the next day (Saturday) which made no sense to me because we were scheduled for Friday (12 hours). We were given a larger truck (no extra charge) which we didn't need, confusion on keys for vehicles, blankets and hand truck had to be moved between vehicles, etc. We were delayed for about 30 minutes at departure. The product that was reserved was not available upon my arrival. The manager knew this ahead of time and didn't call me to let me know. Overall the exoerience was excellent. My only minor complaints were: 1. Some of the furniture pads I rented were wet from condensation. 2. The steering wheel of the truck was crooked to the left but it was still drivable. Other than that, I'd definitely use uHaul again for any moving or hauling needs.Carlos G.

Hello, First I received call from Mike offering $.59 per mile because he needed to modify my drop off location to be as the pickup location, but at the location I had to pay $.99 per mile. Secondly, I dropped off the truck at 7pm and called customer service because when Attempted to checkout online, the share my location wasn't working, so I spoke with representative and they annotated my account that I returned the truck at 7pm sameday. Despite that I found contract email saying that truck was returned next day 7am!! Really!!!Ahmed A.
The 5x9 trailer I rented had some debris left over from the prior renter. Not too much but enough requiring a sweeping when I got home. The trailer was also "dragging" at times and I can feel it from the car. Fortunately I only needed for a short local trip, so not a huge problem.EDDY L.

I only needed a van for a few hours and everything went well. There was a discrepancy in the mileage on my contract and did have to go into the shop to tell them. That got fixed in a few minutes by taking a cell phone photo and sending it and contract got changed.DAVID S.

The truck did not start multiple times when trying to leave the drop off location and again when leaving the gas station to the point that we almost had to be towed away but while calling the truck service number we were finally able to start the car again. The windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I scheduled for pickup at 9:00 am and I didn't get the truck until past 9:30 after waiting in line and doing the check-in process even though I did the whole process online beforehand to save time. When I dropped off the truck and asked what to do the employee at the desk simply said he didn't know and to ask the worker that was outside cleaning the cars. Not sure if this is how all UHaul experiences are, but as my first time using their services I was very disappointed.COREY D.

Very disappointed in the manager of this uhaul location . I spoke to her to tell her I replaced the gas I used AND was still charged. She told me I should have taken a picture of the gas gauge. I sent her proof/ copy of my crust card statement showing the gas charge . It's a pandemic people !!! And this is how you are treating people. I revived a text message that my truck needed to be returned at 3 when I had left the facility and uploaded photo of mileage and inspection it was 11:43 . I got to the Uhaul at 11 but by the time I was checked in and completed upload of photos for mileage it was 11:43. The clock for the rental should start after you upload your photos of the mileage and inspected veh . This is the only thing I would change . I did not get charged extra but was worried I would not make it in the 4 hour window that started at 11HECTOR T.

Ordered a furniture dolly to rent. When I went to the store I was told they do not have any furniture dollys to rent but do have ones to buy. Doesn't make any sense. Staff inside was friendly. Truck wasn't full on gas(needle barely at F). Used masks were inside of truck, and back bed was dirty. I accepted it as is and returned it fueled, and the woman who took care of my return was extremely rude claiming I made the truck dirty. Moreover, my bill was 108, yet I have 110$ in charges now ? For 6 years every month on time I paid my bill. I lost the key I was given because I never went to the unit. When I asked to get in you told me to hire a locksmith. That cost me another $120 because you refused to let me in. Yet if I stopped paying for the unit I’m sure the magical extra key would have appeared. So unfair and unethical. We are living in a time right now that requires extra kindness to people not creating more stress and de stress.
