I see a need for maintaining a tiered independent maintenance program. I care much less about clean when the friggin axle breaks of my rental as actually happened. At some point or mileage the equipment should have a more in depth inspection. You aren't doing it. Tire pressure otoh should be easy to do all the time. Bottom line: You do advertise that a benefit of renting is relief from maintence. Mmm? Should I take on the maintenance?

We did have a problem when we returned the vehicle with the mileage. We weren't given any paperwork when we picked it up (our fault for not asking) and couldn't verify the mileage but uhaul wanted to charge us for 70+ miles when we only went 10. It did get resolved but it was a lengthy process when we were expecting a quick drop off. We also had to argue quite a bit to make it happen.

It was well stocked and felt safe. We used the online return option. I am glad we did because there was a line of at least 8 trucks waiting to return their vehicle.

To improve? Nope, don't think there is room for improvement. The guys on Rt 18 are always out in the yard to hook up and safety check the trailer, take off the trailer when i come back. I still see no point to buy my own trailer.

A little upset because credit card system went down on the day of pick up. I called earlier for a question on a different subject. At that point, they could have given me a heads up. Once arriving and ready to go, I was told the issue and cash was needed. NOW I had to go looking for a bank/ATM to continue renting process. At least I returned the item early, giving me $31 back.

The Asian girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my wallet in the truck and she was kind enough to call me and advise me she had my wallet. This honesty goes a long way. Moreover she was able to answer all my answers patiently. She is one of the greatest and best employee at this location. Because of her this location will have my business forever

The location was fine once I got there but 40 minutes away from me instead of the one I originally selected that was 5 minutes away. The rest of the process was good, just the flexible locations is off putting. Basically I'm doing the shuttling of trucks for you

The customer service person Devon Lorenzo (according to receipt) was not wearing a mask. I was returning uhaul ready to go boxes and as far as I saw they were not sanitized on return. I was trying to return them around the back so that they could clean them. I was told to bring them up front. Not safe. Will not use this location again.
