The people I encountered were fantastic in helping me with my reservation. However, they had not marked prior damage on the vehicle and I had to take extensive photographs. Plus, the truck could not have been more uncomfortable. I've rented many U-Hauls over the years but this was by far the worst "bouncing cab" I've ever experienced. I had reserved two storage units well in advance of my trip knowing I had to unload a 26 foot truck once arriving. When I showed up to unload my truck, they did not have storage units to fill my reservation. I had no where to unload my truck. I had to scramble to find storage space. This was a textbook example of how business should be conducted. The staff was knowledgeable, patient (with a first-time renter), and made my responsibilities clear in a way that didn't imply they expected me to wreck the vehicle. My only issue with the vehicle was the "do not dent, or you pay for it" stickers on the interior of the wheel wells. There was no indication of what it took to dent one of those things, and I had no idea how fragile they were. The person who checked us in was not very friendly and did not even listen to us. No direction. Just gave us the key and on our way we went. The last time I had to deal with a moving truck the lady walked out with us and made sure everything was good to go. Different location. Next time we may just go to that location. It would have been more helpful if the hours ended at 10pm. I don’t get off work till 6pm. That made it impossible to get to your facility and look through the boxes for what I needed. I reserved a 26' U-Haul online and went to the store to pick it up. The store is understaffed so it took over an hour to get the U-Haul. Once I received the U-Haul I went to my storage facility and began loading. About 1.5 hours I was about 1/4 loaded and the rental store called me to inform they had given me the wrong vehicle and I needed to switch it out. I spent over an hour unloading it and then went to the store and waited another hour before they rented me my new truck. It was a very unpleasant interaction this time.TYLER O.

Not so much this location, but U-haul over all. I reserved my truck and trailer rental well in advance. I got a call the day before my scheduled pickup saying that I could not get my truck on time and it would be a day later. So instead of having 2 days pack I had 1 and it caused me to miss my movers to unload. On top of that, the car hauler was not there, so instead of transporting a vehicle, I now have to make an extra trip to bring it to my new home.CLINTON DONNELL K.
Ubox was 3 days late - which can be excepted when dealing with logistics of cross country travel. the real hiccup came when closing out my order. I returned my Box on May 13th - I thought I was done, transaction finished. May 27 I get a bill for a late payment notice, I call and try and close it out, sometimes when i call it would ring me right through to Cheyenne sometimes it would put me on hold and I would get national representation. This "closing" process leaked into the next day. Fast forward to June 26th and I receive the same late notice! I called yesterday, and got tossed around the customer service call tree. I have been told this is being worked on but I have not received communication that the transaction is indeed closed.Nathan S.

How about have a truck for someone who ordered and paid in full for one next time. Literally the worst customer service experience ive EVER had. Someone called and left a voicemail on my phone less than 48 hours from my move date to tell me my entire order had been canceled. When i called to ask what the issue was i was told that there were no more trucks in the entire state and id have to just call a competitor. Meanwhile the 2300$ i had paid for my truck didnt get refunded for over a week and a half. I had to sell my bed, mattress, box spring, grill, and patio furniture because when i did wake up at 5am to drive to another state to get a truck, they only had a 10' truck. I have traveled cross country 5 times in healthcare. Moved with healthcare 10 times since 2017. This has been the best location. Though a little smaller, the exceeds any geographic issues (parking). From the general manager to the anyone else were superb. One of the fastest service if not the fastest service ever. I was on a time constraint to start at a clinic and if I could hire them at the clinic I would. Their knowledge was top notch, quick and safe. The workers are rude and gave me false info they said it would be cheaper to get a uhaul from them and bring it back to the same location. They ended up charging me 900 dollars for everything when i could have got a one way for half that price ! The elevators and hallways are not large enough for some items. I was trying to store a boat (not a large one, but long) and it would not fit in the elevator so it had to be carried up to the third floor. I reserved a 10×20 storage unit to hold the contents of my home while renovating. After 6 hours of loading a 26 ft uhaul, I arrived at the storage place to retrieve my RESERVED 10×20 unit. I was informed that they don't have 10×20 units (contrary to their website which let me reserve on FROM THEM) and that I'd have to take a 10×15. At 4 p.m. on a Saturday with a 26 ft truck containing my entire life outside, I had no other choice but to take it. Big mistake. After 6 more hours of unloading (to the second floor, no less), I realized that I would have a to find somewhere to unload the remaining contents that would not fit...but would have if the unit was the correct size...at 10 pm on a Saturday night...when the uhual was due back.
