Drove out and checked in at the front desk with a lady named Taylor, who described space and operating procedures, then took me onsite to see the space. AUDREY L | Overall ExperienceI took the day off work to move into my unit and found out after arriving that the elevator was out of service and had been for three weeks. I had a lot of heavy items that I had to haul up the stairs in multiple trips far exceeding the time I had allotted. Then upon arriving at my unit, I open it to find there is no lock that was offered in my rental agreement. I had to leave my valuables unattended and unsecured to find a lock. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and certainly would not recommend my experience to anyone else.

Mary T | Overall ExperienceThis unit was not our original request but we need to move here because the elevator at the main facility was broken and no estimate for when repair would happen. We are from out of town and had hired mover to move us into the other unit. They were working on door of this unit and we had to work around them to unload. They then left the door off the unit next to us. From the street you could see the neighbor unit was empty and looked easy to cut between the wooden wall if you wanted to. We felt not secure. We called the main office the next day and asked them to put the door back on and they did, but with a different style lock and the door ajar. Still not very secure looking from the street. We didn't have any other choice at this time.
