The storage was great. It was thother stuff that happened with the rental truck that was the problem. The truck was to be picked up at 10 am but my son never got it until the afternoon. The help he had lined up couldn't help in the afternoon. We had to hire 2 men to help him load the truck which cost us over $200 more. I will never use uhaul again. We used your trucks for 2 different dates and had trouble both times.

Unfortunately their website is not honest about what is available, causing me to have to take a smaller unit than what I reserved. I was frustrated by this as I needed the space and had to rush to find somewhere to put everything that didn't fit.
