I had insurance on my storage someone broke in and cut the locks and things were stolen dishes were broken but was denied for no evidence of breaking there cameras didn't reach my storage unit directly so hmmmm

Frank BThe staff was very nice. I paid for a climate controlled storage but when the movers got there to unload the storage the unit I paid for had a lock on it from a previous renter. I then had to wait for them to find me another storage which was a storage outside and one of the workers said they they apologized but it was not their fault. Well who fault is it??? As an employee you should check every storage before renting it out.

From the beginning I had issues at another location...I called this location and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. One of his female employees helped me a lot during my visits...I forgot her name, but she is very nice and helpful, and very knowledgeable. Michael helped me get my truck and assisted with my move out of the storage facility. He has excellent customer service and he made my process so easy. The entire staff are very warm and welcoming and definitely deserve recognition for running things so well over there! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

EDWARD GI reported several issues regarding my rental Saturday. It made an already frustrating experience even more stressful unnecessarily. From the rude representative that checked us out, the filthy truck, missing dolly and 1/4 of gas it was all downhill after that A ticket was created supposedly, notes were taken. I was told I would be contacted, reimbursed and/or compensated for the inconvenience and poor customer experience. I haven't heard from anyone yet. However I did receive this survey So I'm using it as my platform to express my disappointment. What can you do to improve? Take into consideration that we are people, families some of which are having to do something extremely hard. Uproot our lives. Literally pack up everything that we own. Not just tangible our memories, childhoods, aspirations, former selves. You never know what situation we're leaving or moving towards. So do what you can to make sure that when we come to you for your SERVICES that you help facilitate an easy transition.
ANGEL MThe truck that I rented wasn't very poor condition he gave me a bad ride and beside it ate up a bunch of gas I don't know if you need to check your transmission but it definitely wasn't giving the right ride and again it ate up too much gas
Andra GWhen you told a live representative will be there at pickup time to assist with check in process on your home. The person who dropped off truck was rude and did not acknowledge me. I was asking question the man keep on walking and saying I don’t know throwing up his hand and saying I ‘m not working. He said to walk down beauty supply store. I went there to ask for help again! He was very rude and saying I don’t know! I will never go to that location again.

wanda hI bought my U-Haul back a day early that Tuesday and the tank was half filled like I received it when I check my card it said I was charged for fuel when I had already put gas in it the people at that location used the truck and then took a picture and said I didn’t bring the truck back at a half of tank then put it as if I bought the truck back Wednesday when in fact I bought it back Tuesday around 2 you just don’t do things like that and customer service said a supervisors was going to call me about my dispute to put my money back on my card but i have yet for a supervisor to reach out to me I’m never using U-Haul again i hate that this person even did something like that i hate a liar

Rudy FIt was hard to locate the drop box and they have 2, one is damaged so I was unsure of where to leave the key. The worker accused me of damaging the van, which I didn’t and had insurance on the rental. The front desk clerk was very rude and very unprofessional. She is not qualified to deal with customers they way she behaved today.
Adrian TMade a reservation over the phone and the person that placed it from corporate booked me for the biggest u-hual and I request 2 dolly rentals. When I got to the location that I was assigned, they only had the 20' available and no dollies. Not her fault, but the agent who booked me could of done better. I really hope I was charged accurately.

Dimitra MMy reservation was changed to Truck Share. I had poor cell service at the location and had to go inside to ask for WiFi. The employees inside were nice and helpful. I didn’t recall being told about the possibility of needing my passport or lease as verification. I don’t like that I ended up having to be dependent on someone else answering a phone call. Next, I had connectivity issues at drop off forcing me to contact customer service. Lastly, I had to search for the key drop off. I thought that should be indicated during the apps return process. Truck was great. Employees at the store were great.

It is also awesome that in the two years I needed a space, U-Haul only increased the rent once and it was still affordable - kudos for not "sticking it to folks" at a time when obviously, they don't need any additional challenges. The only complaint is that sometimes, there is an onslaught of customers and due to the nature of the business, the wait time can get a little long. THANK YOU!

I failed into a financial issue and was unable retrieve my items. I was more than happy to find out that a program was put in place for people like me. so I was able to get everything out without any charge. My only issue was that once entering the unit I found a dead rat and several droppings on my bags and boxes . My items was torn from the rats. That was not a pleasant sight to see. I spoke to the person that was in charge at the time and they assure me that it they was working on the issue. Once that is taking care of. it will be a great place to store your precious items.
