The staff was very nice. I paid for a climate controlled storage but when the movers got there to unload the storage the unit I paid for had a lock on it from a previous renter. I then had to wait for them to find me another storage which was a storage outside and one of the workers said they they apologized but it was not their fault. Well who fault is it??? As an employee you should check every storage before renting it out.

From the beginning I had issues at another location...I called this location and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. One of his female employees helped me a lot during my visits...I forgot her name, but she is very nice and helpful, and very knowledgeable. Michael helped me get my truck and assisted with my move out of the storage facility. He has excellent customer service and he made my process so easy. The entire staff are very warm and welcoming and definitely deserve recognition for running things so well over there! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
