Noticed two of the running lights on the trailer were not working. Reported to attendant when I returned the trailer. Otherwise it was good. Highly commend the attendant on duty Friday afternoon when I picked up the unit--great service above and beyond.

When I arrived to pick up the truck my initial experience was pleasant, the lady was very informative and nice. As I was doing the pre check online thing for the truck it did not have the correct amount of gas in it, I was told it would be at 1/4 tank and I was expected to return it at 1/4 of a tank. It only had an 1/8 of a tank of gas and I took a picture and submitted it to the website. On returning the truck I encounter 2 employees sitting on their phones completely ignoring me. One of them finally looked up from her phone, appearing to be very irritated by my presence, I told her I was returning a truck and asked about reimbursement for having to cover the difference in fuel so i didn’t get charged extra. She said that no. I asked why and she said it’s my fault for over filling and that the woman who wrote 1/4 should have wrote 1/8 of a tank and there was nothing she could do. Meanwhile she never put her phone down and I clearly saw her on Facebook. I would very much appreciate my money back for the fuel difference and highly suggest working on your employees being on their phones on the clock. Moving is stressful enough and this experience will deter me from ever going back to using this location.

Just to clarify, I rented two different trucks on two different days. The truck on Saturday was fine! The tuck I got a few days ago was not so great. The door to the storage area was incredibly difficult to get down and secured, to the point of thinking it is broken. Also the mirrors would not even budge a bit. I had to continue to move around to see through them. This was pretty concerning in heavy traffic and backing up to load and unload. Otherwise the staff was wonderful!

This was my first U- Haul rental and I must say it was wonderful. I used the website to reserve the van and it was so easy. When I arrived the General Manager was so kind and professional. She explained everything to me and was so patient. In today's world sometimes that is hard to find in some businesses, but not here. She had me ready to go in no time. The return was great also, he was equally nice and professional and again I was ready in no time. With today's rush, rush mentality I want to thank you for the employees you have at this location. It is wonderful to have friendly people help you. People go through so much in their daily lives, and sometimes a simple smile and kindness can make a world of difference.
