I could mot get my truck gor 50mins because i had to wsit until the store to open. Because nobody leadt the keys to the truck. I di the anytime pick I lost a hour worth of time on this special day that was father's day. I was very upset then i got stuck in the rain.trying to beat the rain

Staff was friendly and the truck was clean. The only problem I had was trying to get into the truck! I'm too short! :)



I did not want to answer NO to the question of whether the equipment was clean & well maintained because the truck was VERY CLEAN. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the transmission on the truck I rented, desperately needed an overhaul, is why I had to answer NO. When accelerating, the truck I was given shifted from 1st to 2nd to 3rd & hung there the entire time. No reason for a truck to stay at 4 RPM's & never shift out of that range until you decelerate?? That caused me to waste more gas than I should've. The truck driving experience is the ONLY reason why I couldn't give this store an EXCELLENT rating. Customer service was above & beyond what I expected. Your GM & staff there were very professional, very courteous & funny. I would definitely use this location again. Hopefully, the company will allow this location the funds needed to get their trucks repaired.

Front seats had coffee splatter on them which I cleaned so I would not be assessed a cleaning charge at drop off location (one way rental). Need better cleaning. Truck itself was great and almost brand new!

Customer service was awful. I had to get a truck from this location bc they were the only ones with that size. I wanted a pick-up but had to settle for a 10 ft truck. The reservations office set it up & said I would pay pickup rates for it. When I went to get the truck, the person behind the counter was in her cell phone while telling me the computer system was too slow. She did not point out to me that she eas charging the mileage rate as 99 cents instead of 69 cents even though the reservation center had out a note in the reservation. When I returned the truck someone else was on the counter. He was apparently new. Customers were lined up out the door. When he tried to charge me the wrong rate I called the reservation center. He took an extremely long time to wait on a customer while I had this lady on hold. She wanted me to hang up & call her back; I had been forced to call the original center I wanted to use to get patched through to her in the first place bc no one would answer the phone when I called. The reservation center person told the young man how to fix the rate; he told her ok but then told me I would have to wait on his manager to show up to fix it bc he didn't understand what the other lady was talking about. I had to be somewhere so I told him it had better clear my account with the correct amount or I would call corporate & be back the next day to have a face to face with the manager. The manager called me about an hour later to tell me she had fixed it. On top of all that, the facility is nasty & has almost no parking spaces. Customers were double parked.

Make sure the gasoline tank area is set-up correctly to receive gas. The gas tank kept spitting up gas like it was full - but, when it was checked it was not full. Because of this, gas had to be pumped and checked about 10 times. It took about 20-25 minutes to put less than $20 worth of gas in the tank.

Well the 1st issue I had was I when I reserved u-haul I was asked for my contact info and email address. I wasnt sent confirmation due to the fact my email address was keyed incorrectly. Also, when I called the I because I didnt get confirmation they pulled reservation by phone number I asked was the pick up location on 1st ave in Avondale by Rallys. I went to that location and was told I was to pick up at the Eastlake location on 1st. 2nd issue there was not a ramp on U-haul to load the fridge and stove, stove and heavy equipment. Had to find ppl to lift it up due to no ramp. Very Terrible. All u-hauls have ramps to load heavy objects.

We went to to the place that was emailed to us which was not a U-Haul location. We went to another U-Haul location that was 1 mile up the road that we found on google maps. That uhaul location sent us to a THIRD location 6 miles back up the same road. I will never use U-Haul again!
