Have disinfectant wipes available for the customer to wipe down the steering wheel Door handles etc. for the customers peace of mind during COVID. Our truck was seemed clean but it was unsettling to get right in after someone else just brought it back.
All fees and charges need to be listed on the website and made know to the customer BEFORE they reserve truck. Remainder of deposit due back to customer shod not take forever to be put back on customers card. It didn't take forever for you all to charge it so it should not take forever for you to return it to customer.
The location employees are doing a good job with what they have but the layout of the parking lot is awkward and cramped. My rental was ready and very clean so I was grateful for that. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.
I tried to return the truck the night before the young lady that was there refused to take the truck did not even try to help me at all was very unhelpful she is not customer service material at all. She was more interested in being on her phone than helping me
Make sure the opening attendant is at work
It was confusing yo get emails directing me to so many pick up locations at the last minute. It was also confusing to have me drop in different locations.
I reserved my truck online. The constant pressuring to sign up for accident coverage as I registered online felt like scare tactic. It greatly lowered my opinion of Uhaul. It was apparent that Uhaul's online registration was using unreasonable tactics to pressure customers to sign up for and spend money on unnecessary coverage.
I use the truck less than 8 hour and went 50 miles and was charged 123.00 for the rental not what you advertise iwould like to know why I put the gas back in truck no damages or cleaning needed to be done so please tell me why
I placed my order through the app and my pick location was changed and equipment I requested was taken off. When I got there I asked for a dolly and the rep told me they didn't have any but they did. I am very I pleased with my order being changed and me not being asked first.
The location was fine and customer service was great. The age of the truck had over 95,000 miles on the truck. The steering may need some service because the steering was very loose and you needed to turn the steering wheel a lot to make a normal turn. All four back tires may need air as well. It seemed the truck has seen its better days.
I was having trouble with the mobile check-in process, so I went inside to ask for help. The associate (I wish I had gotten her name!) was friendly and knowledgeable. She assisted me with check-in, and explained clearly to check the vehicle mileage and the drop-off process. Her help was indispensable - highly recommend! About the equipment: the van displayed a "change engine oil" message as soon as I started it. It also felt like the tire alignment was off. Regardless of these issues, the van drove well overall, and it was very clean.
I am very upset and will never use Uhaul again. On top of being charged for something I didn't use, I was double charged. Only to be offered a freaking $5 gift certificate. Horrible
Do not wont pay for insurance drive er damages
Those working at this location are always very helpful. This is my "go to" location for renting equipment and installing hitches. I never have a need to question the safety of the equipment of any connections. This is a model U-Haul office for every U-Haul business.
I couldn't get the app to work to take pictures of the bad spots on my truck. The truck also smelled badly of cigarettes. Overall it was a fine experience. We got moved and the truck was exactly what we needed.

The mobile/smartphone renting feature was not functioning properly, and there was no one at the store to assist in renting the vehicle. Whoever was working the store that day taped a note to the door stating that they had gone to the bank and would be back later.
Online check in worked very well. Cut check out time in half. Spread the word!
Everything went well and seems to be good like it is
I am always pleased with the personnel at this Uhaul rental location. They are always very professional, fast, and pleasant. If they can't help me (which is rare) they help me locate what I need.
After verifying online that we could reserve a truck at a specific place and time, we were informed via text one hour before scheduled pick up that our place and time had been moved. This delayed several other services from happening on that day. The online check in did not work and the office staff was not helpful in resolving this until we were ready to cancel. We returned the truck on time and according to the office sign someone should have been there. Once again the online check in did not work. We had to call the 1-800 number to properly return the truck and it was marked as 20 minutes late on our receipt. We did everything within our power to hold to the agreement. U-haul did not and made this much more complicated than necessary. I don't believe this is a location specific problem. I feel that U- haul International Inc. needs to do a better job of it's operating procedures.
