Not only was i unable to do after hour pick up...they charged me for three days when I only had the truck two...and free extension. They tried to charge me over a hundred...asked for a manager to call me multiple times and still haven't heard from.anyone

Customer service suck. The young lady had about five ppl waiting to reserve a truck meanwhile she outside cleaning a truck! To top it off my uhual truck the brakes were bad, the key kept getting stuck 🤦🏿‍♀️ in the ignition. It was overwhelming and overall not interested in that location ever again.

Upon returning the trailer - there was no one available to remove it from my truck despite being told they will be there to assist. As a result I injured my hand trying to return the trailer to the parking spot and was left to lift the entire weight of the trailer myself. Staff was rude and unhelpful (aside for the gentleman who helped me with the pick up.)

Rente un dia y me cobraron 2 por negligencia del local, hice el dropoff y entregue las llaves y no cancelaron el servicio, lo hicieron al dia siguiente y me cobraron otro dia. El servicio al cliente solo da excusas y no resuelven.

the truck we were given could not be unlocked from the drivers side so we needed to unlock the passenger door and reach across to unlock. the steering / alignment as off and pulled to the right. I raised the issues to the attendant and he agreed to refund half the cost, he told me i should have returned the truck. I am a hocye coach and very busy during the wekeend, my assistant coach drove it the first day so i wasnt aware of just how dangerous the vehicle was

The most disastrous experience of my life, I would never recommend using this company They charged me twice and I only used the charge for 2 hours and I didn't spend more than 10 dollars on gas and they charged me $168 in total No, very bad experience

Rented a 6by 12 trailer when I picked it up whole thing had snow in it. When I got to the move I shoveled it out to find out the whole bottom was covered in oil that got on everything I moved.

I was charged 372.46 for miles that I didn’t use I only went from market st in Paterson to north 5th then Belmont Ave did 2 trip's on Belmont and then took the rental back to market street they said I went 157 miles

The person I dealt with was rude and lacks customer service experience. I was able to talk with the president of the company and the manager and got things worked out but Yiery was by far the worst experience I have had at U-Haul.
