I was charged on my card without knowledge when they removed the auto transport from my U-Haul. I had to find out in my credit card statement. I was overcharged almost $550 for a U-Haul that was leaking and damaged my television, clothes, and other items. (This was my second U-Haul, the fist one broke down in Texas. I moved from Oregon to Florida on my own with three animals) No one was able to help me file a claim, I had to call back to Oregon and speak to them to figure out how to do that. I needed to rent a trailer to get some of my stuff to my Airbnb that is located two hours away. I told Ashley I would be returning the trailer in Crystal River, I was charged almost $41 for a small trailer for one day. When I went to return the trailer I was charged an additional $12.72 for dropping the trailer off at the wrong location because Ashley indicated Tampa as the drop off location even though I had been clear I would be dropping off in Crystal River. She was nice enough but did not listen to me and clearly did not want to be at work. Had to speak with the manager, Kayla, to get this cleared up. She was very kind but it was too much chaos. My only problem is that when there is a need for customer service assistance you guys make customers jump through to many hoops to get help. i know we lived live in a technological word but many times it would take five seconds to deal with an issues by picking up a phone and talking the person. and you need to put more men on the job.Kevin G.

The associate that helped me name was Tameka she took 45 mins to give me my rental keys. She stopped in the middle of my transaction to have a conversation with a guy who walked in to deliver food exchanging phone number nothing to do with her job. She gave me a different truck than the truck she put on my contract. When I brought it up to her and showed her the mileage was different she said oh well just take a picture it happen all the time. She was rude and unprofessional. By far the worst experience I've ever had. She showed no customer service at all. Will never rent from uhaul again. And I was changed 746.00 for the truck rental and spent 215.00 in gas with no type of refund unbelievable!!!Stacey T.

The location and experience with the Uhual representatives was good. I just got a bad piece of equipment. I picked up the trailer for a one from Pennsylvania to Florida. By the time I got to the first stop I kept noticing that when I broke the trailer would just slam into the back of the truck. So I checked the brake fluid reservoir and it was completely empty. Almost like there was nothing ever put I n. I tried contacting the uhual hotline but I waited for over an hour and no one answered. I also called in the morning before I departed and no one answered for over an hour. I ruined my brakes on my truck and would like to be compensated for the rental and the cost of new brakes on my truck ($650).Yunus B.

Kayla Bailey saved our experience. In addition to renting a uhaul we had set an appointment to have a hitch installed. When we arrived the hitch had not arrived and as it turned out was back ordered beyond on our move date. Kayla called all over the place and even drove over an hour to get us the needed part! While in the end we were not able to get the hitch Kayla's efforts on our behalf are the reason we will continue to do business with uhaul! Placed reservation for 10ft tuck and dolly. When checked-in at location with crew member verified reservation but we never received dolly. Noticed this once I got home and immediately called company to report this. Spoke to AJ and advised of this and he stated he will make a note on my order that it was never received. Truck was pretty old and beat up, over 160,000 miles. Cabin smelled awful and rode pretty bad. Found a good size slice in one of the tires. Not well maintained or cleaned.Tom G.

Communicate better with your workers about lost and found. I left some stuff behind on a truck and not even a hour later I goes back to get it. A lady that worked there threw my stuff in the trash than she acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about. But walked me straight to it. Than tells me I should have checked the truck or that wouldn't have happened. (April 14 about 8:30-8:45a, white woman black hair and was wearing a grey polo). Located on north 56 street in Tampa fl.
