DONNA B | First ImpressionsHope every one aware of this Hurricane ; my renewal date was on 10/7 I tried to reach out the customer service via chat regarding the extension till 10/11. later from 10/9 the hurricane started and not able to access the unit till 10/14 morning. I was charged for current month as well and when I requested options to get even a partial refund there is no proper response from the office. Somehow i have vacated on 10/14 when the gate to access the unit started working. thanks for u-haul. May not come back due to this bad experience. I never had this when I was using extra storage space. they are more friendly and customer oriented business.

Dustin T | Overall ExperienceTo rate my experience right now would be unfair, as I could not enter the gate to unload. understand we are in the path of a hurricane, but to cut power to the gate where I need to store my belongings that survived the first hurricane was way more than inconvenient. Now I'm renting a storage space and a truck because I couldn't unload it and turn it in. There are other reasons this almost became tragic for me, but that's enough for now. Please chat me for resolution.
