Snow removal and preparedness is awful. No preparing was done prior to a storm and the Peking lot was disastrous and slippery. Ice every where and no rock salt used anywhere.
While the trailer was clean, it was painted with graffiti. I was also disappointed that while I had reserved a trailer for pickup in the Newark, NJ area, I was informed the day before my pickup date that I would have to travel to Pennsylvania to obtain a trailer. I do appreciate the $50 credit and the allowance to pickup a day early.
Offer smoke-free vehicles to non-smokers.
The people were friendly and professional. Only negative comment is the after hours key drop off location was misleading.
Staff was great very courteous and knowledgeable answered all my questions and installed the equipment very quickly and had me on my way.

Didn't get the dolly we ordered
The app to check in your vehicle at the end is shit. I was sitting on my phone for more than 30 minutes with the pamphlet trying to figure out how to check out. Couldn't. Sobi dropped the keys in the drop box, now I'm getting charged 20$ extra for an after hours fee. I'm very upset with this service. And I couldn't get anyone for assistance because no one answered the phone.

I was disappointed with the storage I reserved a 10x10 storage unit online but when I got there the storage was unavailable due to a leak and all they had was the largest storage unit available at $279 a month I was offered the choice of going to a different facility which I did not want to drive to they did give me the first month's rent free but I was still disappointed because I will have to come out my pockets double the amount I wanted to do. They could have at least give me a discount since they didn't contact me to tell me in advance I wasn't going to get my storage unit.

Jamie at the Nazareth Pike location was wonderful! After a reservation mix up she went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She was polite, professional and helpful and all ended well with me getting a workable solution to my needs. Thank you..

Hard to get ahold of someone at the facility. Have to be put on hold and then finally get someone from the help center and hope they relate the message to the facility. Other than that, everything is good and highly recommended for anyone I know.
WEAR YOUR MASK. Agent actually went in the back to get a mask after starting to help me, and then pulled it down to his chin. Nobody explained the overdrive button which was on the right side of the dash and not at the end of the shifter, so I spent a fortune in gas driving without OD for 1/2 the trip. ABS light was on the entire time. The app on Android is HORRIBLE. It didn't work to check me in and forced me to interact with the agent at the counter. The app then didn't work to allow me to return the truck - stuck at trying to "Add a photo" of the dash for fuel/mileage verification. Using uhaul.com/share, putting in my name and phone number, and it took me to the EXACT same return website as the app - but this time it worked. The agent on the 800 number was also not helpful and kind of nasty to me when I asked her to wait on the phone while I tried to finish the online rental return. Our house closing got delayed by a day, and I wasn't able to unload the truck and unfortunately got stuck keeping the truck a second day. I tried to call my Easton, PA location... 3 times during business hours and they wouldn't answer, and it forwarded to the 800 number. I went through the process of extending my rental with them... and it was fine. Only, nobody relayed this info to the return location, so they were expecting the truck back and it interfered with the next customers rental. Then they called me to ask for the truck, and gave me a hard time because YOUR agents didn't enter info into the system properly. Overall, this was not a good experience with Uhaul, and I'd avoid using you in the future if AT ALL possible.

I rented two times. Both times I had a young man check me out when I returned and both times he said I would get the final bill via e mail. Snd both times I did. And both times I got a follow up e mail saying I owed more money. U haul is just terrible. I refuse to pay
Quick check out, in and out in about 5 minutes
Truck had 140000 miles on it. The pollution was so bad coming out exhaust. Ramp was busted on it. Employees are excellent.
I can't really think of anything at this moment. The woman was fantastic and full of compassion. I may need a van to finish up tomorrow and hoping I don't, but if I do, sure hope one is available in a pinch w/ no extra same day fee or anything. The apartment was not as ready as it was suppose to be and people there holding up our progress , so my son and I were unable to get the maximum use of our rental and time. Thank you for everything :)
I reserved a 10 foot truck and a appliance dolly After spending 20 minutes on the paperwork she told me she did not have a dolly. I needed that to move the a refrigerator washer snd dryer. And I had help lined up at a certain time. I had to call at least 3 to 4 other places before I found a truck and an appliance dolly. By the time I got to where I needed to be my help was gone. I spent hours trying to find some help. Then I had to pay $50 to 2 guys to help me. Snd I only got half my move done ? What happened to your $50 reservation guarantee? Now I have to rent another truck for another day of moving And the rental will not be from u haul. Terrible experience

The mobile drop off did not work. I got an error message that location services may be disabled on my phone and I would need to enable them to continue. I tried 3 times on a Samsung phone and twice on an iPhone but could not complete the drop off. We did confirm location services were enabled and active on both of our devices.
Everything was great. Front desk person was profesional, quick, efficient and kind
If a reservation is made at a specific location then that is where equipment should be. After being told tow dolly would be at Easton, was then told to pick it up at Whitehall Pa. I had no way of getting to Whitehall.

Reserved a 15 ft vehicle days in advance but still received notification 5 minutes before pickup time that vehicle was not available and uncertain when a vehicle would be available. Very unprofessional; they did not offer any alternatives nor explore nearby locations for availability. I will avoid renting from this location in the future!
Fix your online system, and figure out how to tailor it to your independent vendors. The amount of headache your system caused me was too damn much. Fix it! It sucks
The inside of the trailer had some kind of dirt inside in the corner's. I felt that that should have been swept out before I picked up the trailer.

Made reservation for noon-6pm, received confirmation the day before saying my reservation was changed to 3-9pm, totally disrupting my moving schedule.
Better customer service at night I understand there lest people at customer service at night but wen you having problems trying to check out you don't have to wait half an hour 40 minute like I did and did not got it So they never answer

I would have rated the Nazareth facility much higher, but I feel the service, considering other places, was drastically over priced (only place available in the area at the time). Beyond that, upon move out, the unit, and several of my items, were covered with mice droppings (found a dead mouse in an item stored).

Nice facility. Surprised to know UHaul won’t prorate your last month if you move out early so essentially I paid for three weeks I’m not using. They will be able to turn around and rent those spaces now, essentially being double paid for them. Last, the employees never seemed to know how to work the computer and made lots of mistakes. Often times they were more interested in being on their phone then actually helping people.
I rented the unit from out of state for a friend in Easton,Pa. I was very satisfied with my "over the phone" & on-line service. My friend was very satisfied with unit and we both would recommend this facility.
Well maintained facility, hours are reasonable along with after hour card use!!

WE had to get two storage units in 1 week. This was our first encounter which went well. However 2 days later we got our second unit that purchase did not go well at all.
I’ve used several storage facilities over the years and Uhaul Moving and Storage of Easton is definitely the best.

My only comment I would make is at the entrance you have to use when the store is closed should have a ramp because it’s really hard if you have to geton one of the dollies up the step! Thanks!

We enjoyed having our things here at this unit for the past few years. It was very clean, convenient and everyone was always very friendly & helpful. The price is also not too bad. All in all. Good.
My unit was infested with mice . A lot of property damaged
The storage facility itself is good, but I think it is pricy compared to other sites. It is conveniently located.

Easy to store and access units. Carts are very helpful. Only suggestion would be somehow better navigation maps and/or directions to get there. Its a little tricky the first time.

I had my storage unit there for over 4yrs and honestly, there is only one complaint I have about it, and that is the monthly rate increased I think like 3-4x! It went from I think $126 to $155!
Everything about this facility was great. No problems. Was just what I needed for the time I needed.
They were very helpful and knowing about packing and storing my items to last a long time.

I was promised one month free storage when I signed up with a one way rental. Because U-Haul would not allow me to convert an local rental into a one way I lost free month despite paying same amount
I really appreciate the way my needs were met and it was done in a timely fashion.
Rep on phone said 1st month storage free cuz of renting truck, upon returning truck got told no you have to pay and then they tried charging me for 3 days for the truck...
