I recently rented a storage unit at this U-Haul location, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received, especially from the manager, Nairobi. From start to finish, Nairobi made the entire process seamless and stress-free. When I arrived, Nairobi greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my needs before recommending the perfect storage unit. They were incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through all the available options, explaining the sizes, pricing, and security features in detail. It was clear that Nairobi genuinely cared about ensuring I had the best experience possible. What stood out most was Nairobi’s attention to detail. They made sure I understood all the steps, from the rental agreement to how to properly access the unit and use the facility’s features. They even offered helpful tips on how to maximize the space in the unit, which made my move-in process much easier. The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it was Nairobi's exceptional customer service that truly made a difference. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor made a potentially stressful situation feel effortless. I highly recommend this U-Haul location for anyone in need of storage, and I can’t thank Nairobi enough for going above and beyond to make my experience such a positive one. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

theresa c | First ImpressionsSadly, I did not end my contract nor move out at will. You auctioned my unit. Numerous emails and voicemail messages were made to see if I could make some sort of arrangement since while I recoup from an 8 month long financial hardship which resulted in my unit being behind by 3 payments. My current work schedule prevents me from making it to Easton during your hours of operation and my commute is over 40 minutes away. I had no choice but to leave several voicemail messages requesting a call back to discuss paying a lesser amount. I would've cleared clear out of the unit myself to prevent undue access to my important paperwork etc. stored there; but no one provided me that courtesy or the dignity of a returned call. Instead of working with me, you sold my professional equipment supplies which was used as part of my main livelihood. You've also placed me in a position of having my personal information compromised and being at risk for identity theft and fraud. Needless to say, Im VERY disappointed with the outcome of a 3yr long professional contract with Uhaul and am pretty sure I will never store anything there again!
