THOMAS KKay was an amazing store representative! She does it all and went above and beyond or me with any questions, concerns, a missing lock and switching storage units. Was a simple way to move in town in one day.

Michele WEverything was great. However, the associate who came out bellowing at the associate who was helping us about if she had her radio on probably needs a little reminder about customer service. Giving him the benefit of the doubt though and maybe he didn’t realize she was helping a customer….. we have rented from here before and it is always great. Will be back I am sure.

BRIAN WWilliam was extremely helpful when it came to needing to replace a blown fuse in my vehicle in order for the running lights to work. He opened the hood of my vehicle, located the blown fuse and told me what to purchase and gave me directions to the closest automotive store. I would definitely rent from this store again. It would be helpful if the UHaul store actually carried replacement fuses.

Debra MThe whole rental process went extremely well. Kay took the reservation by phone and did the check-in. It was really easy. She did an outstanding job. When I brought the trailer back I pulled into the yard and backed the trailer into a spot. As soon as I lined the trailer up a young guy was behind the trailer immediatly to give hand signals even though there were 3 or 4 other trucks and trailers being dropped off. He unhooked the trailer and registered the return on his mobile device and in just a couple minutes I was on my way. Very efficient, very friendly. My receipt email showed up almost immediately. The only issue I had was an attempt through the main website to make a reservation. Very glitchy, dumped me out several times to start over and would not let me complete the process. Very frustrating and that is when I called to reserve. Overall I am very happy with the experience, I have rented from UHaul on a number of occasions. A word of advice, don't ever go to a total online process or a centralized call system where you cannot even understand the agent. Keep your on site people, they make a huge difference. Thank you.

NATHAN EMy light connector wiring on my car was not working when the trailer was attached to the car. Instead of sending me away to get it fixed Kay had me pull my car to their garage and their mechanic rewired a new connector in about ten minutes! It would’ve put our schedule way behind if I had to take it to a shop. What amazing customer service! When I returned the trailer I requested a quote for a hitch and wiring for a different new car. Definitely doing my business here if this is the way they take care of people!

VICKI SYeah, we drove a total of three miles, according to the odometer. There is no way we used four gallons worth of gas. Your attendants need to do a better job checking in trucks and marking the gas levels properly rather than dumping those fuel charges off on others. Zero, absolutely zero chance we burned up four gallons going from end of the street to the other. Kind of ridiculous.
Andrew LThe staff were helpful and it was an overall good experience. The rear of the vehicle was actually a bit dirty, and there was actually a bit of water/ice in the corners of the interior, but I know it has to be tough to clean in the winter, so I'm not really too upset about that.
Andrew SPictures of the vehicle condition was confusing. I can see agreeing to the mileage and gas tank level but I had a hard time sending/saving the pictures. I am an old guy and not real tech savvy!
HOWARD HThe only issue I have is the location itself. It’s just a bad place to get in and out. They have a good system of directing where vehicles need to go but it’s on a very busy street corner and there’s one entrance/exit. Other than that, the staff and service was great and made sure my needs were met. I would have rated the location as excellent if it was in a more convenient location.

TODD BThe staff is very friendly! This was the second time I have used this location and they are extremely helpful and accommodating. I requested a small trailer and reserved the trailer but unfortunately it was unavailable so I was given a larger trailer for the same rate. I am going back to that location to rent a U-Haul truck to finish up cleaning out my dad's estate.
JOHNATHAN WThere is a sign where you drop the U-Haul off that says to not get out of your truck. I waited for a while then decided to go inside. If I stayed in my truck, my drop off would have taken forever. U-Haul should add to the survey a rating for U-Haul the company. You rent a specific vehicle from a specific location and you are not guaranteed that that vehicle will even be available and that your pick up is at the location you reserved it for. Also, the U-Haul app could never find my reservation so I could not easily make changes online. I had to call and be on hold until someone could help me.
