The sales associate (Susan Singh?) was fantastically helpful and got me in and out very quickly. She let me know I could leave my car where it was already parked, answered my questions about levels of insurance protection, and was VERY friendly for a 7:30am customer service position. Hats off to you, Susan!

Antoine was not giving a nice customer service, he was trying to be smart and make me feel like I was bothering at make him do his job, he is an awful customer service representative, I would rather get or deliver a van into a different location, unless this guy is no longer working there.

The truck was issued to us with 5/8 tank of gas. That is a bit difficult to replicate, and we filled the tank extra- and don't get anything in return. The employees were helpful and easy to work with.

Make sure the employees arrive on time for their shift one person waiting on 6 people at 7am in the morning n the other employee calling the employee on her phone telling them that they are late for work wow!! I WAS TOTALLY SHOCK NEVER AT THAT LOCATION AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM N THE EMPLOYEE NEVER CAME AT 8 AM WHEN I LEFT!!!

The woman at the counter with dyed blonde hair working st 7am a was very pushy and rude about purchasing the safemover insurance. She insinuated we were going to damage the truck before even picking it up and she discriminated against others for not having a cellphone and wouldn’t rent to them. She is losing your place money for sure. We will definitely try the other uhaul next time.

No areas for improvement. Customer service was excellent and the process went smooth. Uhaul have me as a loyal customer for life. Maybe other locations need to look at 747 W. Allegheny Ave. as a model.

I've gone here twice and it's been super easy both times. If you want a pickup truck, it might be best to call ahead of time and reserve.

I had never went through as much scrutiny at any of your location as I did there with Linda Singh. Also, the girl that worked with her that morning was very argumentative and actually got on her phone call people to deal with a problem that she created because my grievance was never with her in the first place. I fill that more professional management is needed at that location.

My online reservation was not in the system when I went to pick up my truck. I had to wait extra time, and the clerk was not particularly friendly. Also, the insurance I got charged was more than I had originally arranged for.

Change and update the policy. I was told that i could pay a cash deposit unless i have a passport or military ID. This is highly discriminatory as if my citizenship is in question. I provided a valid state identification card and was told that it wasnt sufficient. I am an american citizen but yet was treated as if my citizenship was questionable. This is highly discriminatory and offensive. The delay to find someone with a bank card with funds on it delayed my work for more than 3 hours which put set me behind and caused further expenses.

You need to put Lift Swing Back Trailer Jack with Dual Wheels on your trailers. As of now it is dangerous and uncomfortable to use your trailers. If there will be an alternative I would not rent from U Haul anymore.

Absolutely horrible experience on Saturday 2/23/2019! Our 17’ truck reservation was given away, so we were offered a 15’ truck with no discount or apology. When I was given the key, I went out to the truck and noticed the back was slightly opened so I happened to check it, and it looked liked someone had been living in there. There were tons of cigarette butts, a coat, blanket, soda bottles in there. When I went back to the office and told the gentleman, he came out with me to look as he did not believe what I had just told them. We walked out to the truck and he said “shit man, always something here!” And walked back to the office. He said I can give you another 15’ And it took him 10-15 mins to try to process it on the computer, he he couldn’t process a new truck, he said would it be okay to clean the truck that someone slept in and I said sure since i was already there for over 30 mins. He went out to clean the truck and said I was good to go. Again, no apologies for my huge inconvenience and waste of time. I went to get in the truck and the key would not open the door. I went back in and told the gentleman that the key did not work and he walked out and tried again. Of course it did not work, and we also noticed that someone was sleeping in the cabin as well as there was a blanket and soda bottles in there. We walked back into the office and he tried to find me a new truck for the 3rd time. Luckily someone just returned a truck and it was getting cleaned at the moment so he offered me that truck. Once that was cleaned, I was good to go. At this time, I’ve been here for over 45 mins, and given zero apologies. Would never come back here again!

I rated this facility below average because the staff was rude and unprofessional. Angel and Antwan (I think that's their names) cared more about their pizza than helping me. They were very rude.
