It would be nice if this location notified customers in advance if they did not have all of the equipment that they paid for. And also it would be nice if they billed people correctly. I was charged for equipment I didn't receive and I had to go back to the location to speak with a manager. It took a long time to resolve.

I had to wait for one hour fifteen minutes just to get a already reserved vehicle. Return of the truck was equally horrible. This location needs newer staff and training. asap.

This will be the only u haul i recommend to my friends! i will be a forever customer. and a special shout out to the storage unit manager at the allegheny location. he went above and beyond to find me a store unit that was able to fit all of my belongings..this was extremely helpful since i was going through a stressful home transition. ALL EMPLOYEES THERE NEED A RAISE AND A BONUS ASAP FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Not pleased. This and the fact that I cannot access my unit beyond business hours.

Micheal W. | Overall ExperienceThey had rats and when I went to get my stuff out of there there was rat poop everywhere and on everything on my kids clothes, shoes, toys,valuable stuff to me was ruined and had to go in the trash and they didn't inform their customers and that's not fair I haven't used or been back to that unit since last year now y'all are charging me for a unit I haven't been to or used and it's to the rats being in my unit can't use none of that stuff my couches, my dishes were un there as well and many other things trash you can't save or use that stuff no more unsanitary and nasty. You had some decent workers at this site others didn't have no bed side manners at all.

So then they gave me a larger storage unit that I didnt need. I wasnt avout to carry those tire chains down there and no help was offered. I think this place was not the best option. Its cool wasnt much stuff in the storage unit.

Gregory M. | Overall ExperienceNo real issues. I left my stuff in a unit, my stuff stayed in that unit until I removed it. The only issue I had was getting stuck in the loading area between the outer and inner doors when I was retrieving my sruff. It took about 30 minutes to get a call up to the desk to get them to open the outer door for me so I could drive the truck out. It was probably during a busy period or a shift change because the person I gained entry with was not the same as the person that let me out.

halima h. | First ImpressionsStaff was unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed very unwilling to even answer the simplest of questions such as "What storage unit number am I in?" multiple rat traps were not cleaned and still had dead rats in them. Outside entry door propped open with mop bucket - so anyone could walk in and steal from any storage unit. If I didn't already schedule movers to unload my uhaul rental I would have driven away immediately and gone somewhere else. Will definitely be getting my furniture out of there at the earliest possible chance - I don't want it damaged by rats and becoming bug infested.
