Great value, informative, friendly and professional staff
Tiffany was excellent
Left my EZ Pass in the truck after I returned it. Susan found it for me and mailed it back while on her lunch break. This is true customer service.
The attendant and other personnel appeared to work together very well! This is a plus! Kudos from a very pleased customer!!!
I showed up on time for my truck reserved one week prior. The staff did not allow me to do the self check out and made me wait on line. When it was my turn. I was informed that there was no more trucks left. The clerk responded in a very rude way saying “Well, there's no more trucks so what you want me to do about it.â€
Keep up the good work and be safe.
I have always had good service at this location. Kudos to sister at counter. Very professional. Keep up the good service. Thanks. Nana Max
I reserved the trailer online and chose the location. The day before pick up I received an email and text that the location was changed which I assumed to be because the trailer was not available at the original location but was available at the new location. When I arrived at the new pick up location I was told there wasn't a trailer there and I would have to go to a different location. Why wasn't the location changed to the location where the trailer actually was? This was highly inconvenient and I lost a lot of time driving to different locations in Philly. I will be posting a social media review regarding this and probably will not be renting from U-Haul again.
Staff were very friendly.
Ordered a 26 ft truck. Had it ordered. Uhaul changed order called Uhaul and the guy assured me he had me in 26 ft truck. Went to get truck and order was canceled. It took forever to get truck needed. Had to drive over 75 miles to pick up truck. And Uhaul was terrible at trying to work out a deal with cause they messed up.
i was quoted a final cost but never recieved hte receipt. I was told i would be emailed the receipt. Still have not received it. when will I received the cost difference?
Everything was perfect
Improve customer service
Everything was fine but they charge me $25 cleaning fee for no reason
I see no need for improvement, this place is the best place to rent a u-haul. The manager and the workers are kind, polite.and they make sure you are satisfied with the service and how they treat you. I rate them with a 5 star.
The customer service was beyond awful. The manager was disrespectful and did not offer any help to me. The manager also did not open the doors until almost half and hour after the opening time. All of the employees were ignorant except for one female employee that cleans the trucks. She was very nice and provided great customer service. She is the only employee I had a good experience with, but I would not recommend ANY family or friends to this location. I have went to other locations and never had such a bad experience. I will not be coming back to this location.
It was very challenging using the online check in and getting everything ready. Staff were helpful, but directions were unclear upon arrival for how to check in. A poster or sign to walk people through online check in would be extremely helpful to ease the process in the future. Once I was able to get to where I needed to be online, the process went smoothly and we were done quickly.
You could start by firing the lady that accused me of stealing a dolley that I never received. I got accused of being a thief because of the incompetence of employees there. I was charged for items I wasn't given and charged additional fees for not returning items I never had. My drop off time for the truck was 6:30pm. Employees blocked off the entrance and exit to the facility rendering it IMPOSSIBLE for me to uphold my end of the contract. I arrived at 5:46 PM and literally parked across the street. I am appalled that you condone language like that from your employees. I will continue to call this location until that lady is no longer working with UHaul.
I have rented from Uhaul on several occasions. This is the one time that checking out was pleasant and checking back in I met Satin herself. I was not given the credit for the items I didn't take out of the store. Or the ones I didn't even use that were still bagged even though the man I checked out with said he would credit me for those because I would only need 2 and only took one bag was 6 of them and left the other there. She was informed of what I was told though she didn't apply the credit. Then she charged me overage and I did not go over the mileage not nearly! Also, I over filled the truck with gas and this selfish evil little person did not care. I gave them a chance even though I saw the ratings online thinking that they just had bad customers, but she doesn't know how to talk to people. She talks down like she thinks she is better and SHE IS NOT AT ALL! I will make sure I don't spend another dime there and will add that to the list of properties to boycott as well. Don't respect me or my money you will definitely not get the money from anyone I speak to. She is a hateful woman miserable person. May Allah have mercy on her soul!
The woman who took care of me was very rude.
Employees were very rude and poor attitudes and self service is a bad idea and employee had stressed the point that she was mot required to help me cause it was keeping her from doing her work that she should actually being doing and yard attendant even replied that if i didnt like it there i could go find another uhaul location
While loading furniture we had the ramp out for a while. When we had to lift the ramp over the little hinges so we could get it back in, we found the metal ramp was STEAMING hot. Had to get oven mitts to pick it up lol. So my thought for improving is to include little cloth things or something that will let someone pick the ramp up (close to the truck side, the end of the ramp does have straps) so if it's real hot out, someone can lift it up without burning their hand (-:
