Would not recommend using Ubox to anyone else. Our box had arrived and we were not told until I reached out and called customer service to check on it-apparently it had arrived in town 3 days before I called. No call, no email, we just had to live without all of our things for 3 more days than we should have.

I called Old Monroe Road location to order a trailer. The girl said she couldn't talk and would return my call in 3 seconds.. NO return call 20 minutes. I called her back to get information about availability, cost, SIZE? She had no idea. I booked a 6x12 closed trailer. I told to pick up at 4:00.. My husband and I go there at 5:00 and gates were closed.. everyone gone! She NEVER said that they closed at 4:00 or we would have gone earlier! Now we call to find another location ( it's 5;00 traffic). Get there and the lady was not concerned about the issue that we had been through! The guy who checked in my truck rental was dishonest. He stated I drove 10 miles when I only used 7 miles. All the other employees at this location provided excellent customer service although I was charged $50 to cut the lock. I'm still disappointed that the guy checking in the trunk was dishonest. The agent that helped me was fantastic!! I had an issue with the wiring and he helped me determine that it was my car and not the trailer. Then he helped me diagnose the problem and fix it. Had it not beef for him, I would have had to reschedule a pickup and get my wiring figured out. So he saved me days and enable me to stay on track with the hauling I needed to do.MARC E.

The 1st order for a truck was at the uptown location for Saturday, March 25th. The uptown location let me know they would not have the truck I reserved days prior, and sent that reservation to the Albemarle location. The Albemarle location gave me a truck that unknowingly had a flat tire, so everything was delayed and I needed to reschedule at that point. Came in to Albemarle again on 4/2 and no one was at the front desk for a good while. I walked around searching for help, but someone finally came out from the back. He couldnt locate the keys to the truck (which I saw right in front of me). Then told me he wasnt messing with any part of the contract because it was confusing. I used a giftcard on this because the last experience I had was equally bad, and I was charged 2 more times afterwards. I will be calling for a refund and I am not sure I will ever be a return customer at this point.STACI M.
