I came in to remove the last few things out my storage and the guy working up front (short AA male) was not friendly, or willing to help me at all. I told him I was trying to get into my storage unit and but it said I needed to check in. He was acting as if what I needed was so difficult. After finding out what to do by myself I said “that’s all he had to say” he then replied aggressively “I did say that” I told him I couldn’t clearly understand him because he was talking so low and mumbling. He began to shout “HAVE A GOOD DAY” over and over in a taunting manner. Idk if he wasn’t having a good day or simply doesn’t desire to be an employee anymore…but his attitude was very distasteful!!! I would never rent a storage unit again from here just based on his behavior.

I had no problem storing my belongings at this storage. It is ALWAYS clean and well lit. It is the perfect place if you're want your belongings to be safe and clean. It's temperature controlled so your furniture won't be damaged. It's worth it!! If I need it again in the future, I'll definitely use this place.
