Was billed for the next month, still haven't received my refund of 284.00 dollars . Contacted customer service was promised refund would be taken card of. Told clerk at facility to make sure to take out my card for automatic payments and it occurred anyway.

Picked up a truck rental. First five minutes I was in the store, both gentlemen behind the counter ignored me. No communication whatsoever. After I got my rental and drive to my destination, I realized there was no hand truck in the back. I had ordered a hand truck.

Just be be more accurate on the clearance with the trucks some trucks with a 9” clearance can easily clear a 8” overpass That’s all you guys are awesome

Those dodge 9" vans are not good for long distance they are too light when it rains there a potential danger iof the vehicle hydroplaning

everyone at the Uaul store in Farmingdale and customer service were excellent, It's storme that day and they allowed me to keep my car on the property and i kept the truck untie next day thanks for looking out for,, my safety

Personnel forgot to check in the trailer when it was returned and uhaul records showed that I still had it for almost a day after it was returned. Otherwise the rental experience was perfect.

I arrived there in the map they gave me of where my rental equipment was was nowhere near and we were searching and it was after 9 PM in New York Long Island. We searched research research research and right when we were giving up and we pulled up to the center part again by the Grace, we happen to see the number on the truck because the map they gave us said that you had to come out of the lot and to the third exit and that wasn’t the case

Trailer i rented had a strap that was entangled and unusable, leaving me only able to strap down one tire making it a dangerous situation. The ratchets where also not well maintained and had to use my foot to move the one that did work.

The vehicle itself was shaking going down the road about 45 miles an hour. One of the headlights was aimed to the ground and hard to see to drive it at night.

Was charged a cleaning fee when the truck i received was dirty to begin with. took the time to clean it myself before returning so i was not charged a fee but i was still charged one. i was then told by the manager that i should be taking pictures of my rentals before and after. that that is my job to be done. that is uhauls job to be done. was also told he received the truck to check back in but i checked out with a female employee. very rude and unprofessional.

I rented from Huntington two weeks ago why couldn’t I pick up there employees at both places were outstanding!!!! Also drop off florham park was two minutes from My house I had to go to orange unacceptable but I will be renting a van again in two weeks

Great location but it is busy here. On my return I couldn't drop off at the assigned spot because there was some much equipment returned that I made one up on my own. Would have been nice if there was a sign showing alternate locations to park the return. Other than that a good experience.

Was overcharged by $100 from the reservation price. I have a screen shot just before I picked up the truck as proof. I complained and was told a U-Haul rep would be in touch within 48 hours. It’s almost a week and I haven’t heard back.

For answers not given I didn't feel I should give a negative comment, but I still was not completely satisfied. The storage unit was a good size, but could have used a bit more lighting. I feel the price was very high and continued to go up with no changes made for customer's convenience.

I rate it poor because of the size of the unit. I was told and they advertise it as 10x10x6. It was and I did indeed measure, it was 9.5x9.4x6 and the floor was made of wood and my things were damaged. No elevators, but had the nerve to have a second floor. Whomever built this storage unit only had money in mind, not the consumer needs.

I moved from a 5 by 10 to a 10 by 10 and I'm paying virtually double for 5 more feet of storage. Besides that fact II think the $10 upcharge for 24 hr access should be waived on the biggest units.

The wait was too long even after reservation. When the truck was hired from a different location of U-Haul, waiting in line for a looooong time was difficult. Calling over the phone is so tiring that one may have to listen to music anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes, listening to the same advertisement stuff time and time again !!! Once it started moving, it was perfectly OK.

I wasn't able to catch their name but the employee working when we arrived was extremely helpful. As we had never rented before they took the time to walk us through how to get in, where to park and answered any questions that we had. While the facility itself was in good condition, our unit has 2 large holes. 1 in the side of the wall and 1 in the ceiling. For the price we pay per month I would've liked a unit that was fully secure without holes.

It was a terrible experience, the storage room was not available as confirm. There was a lock on the storage room it took two hours before someone was able to drill into the lock so could move my belongs in. This storage room was confirmed three weeks before I showed up 2/11/22. Extremely unprofessional staff. Non caring attitude. One staff member smelled like he had been smoking weed. Over all terrible experience

The staff at the Farmingdale location were very courteous and professional. They answered all the questions i had and was able to give great suggestions during my move. Moving can be very stressful and the team there went above and beyond to accommodate me. I rented a truck to move my belongings from my storage unit. The truck was ready as soon as i got there, checking out was a breeze. It was a pleasure to work with this manager and his team.

It’s extremely hot inside so these aren’t temp regulated units. Plus the gate can’t stay open so if you’re moving a lot in and out, that will be annoying as you have to keep swiping your access card. This particular location doesn’t do a great job parking the trucks that come in so there is always a truck blocking the entrance.

Great customer service in farmingdale, but when I arrive in plano to drop off a trailer for uhaul the female staff was very rude and the first thing to said was delivery hours are over and looked like she just wanted to leave I arrive at the plano tx facility at 430pm and they closed closed at 500pm I was dropping off a trailer for uhaul that I picked up in the bronx new york. Very bad experience at the plano facility

The manager disappeared and you had one girl who was inexperienced to help quite a few people. She said she couldn't give us a key to use the storage but when she finished with the line of people she would open it for us. Essentially we rented a storage area but couldn,t use it. Everone was complaining and talking about never using you again. I was furious . Where was MR Ryan Nedd. So many other problems occurred. I was furious and exhausted I want you to know I never complain because of many reasons. Worried about the potential damage it could cause Maybe I don't understand what was really happenning. But this experience from the moment I decided to use "U Haul" was so outrageous .
