after paying, took45 minutes for employee to come out to hook up trailer,waited on other patrons that were on line after me. There was a reservation. Returning trailer told to drop in location it was in,no help unhitching, trailer very heavy causing me to hurt my back. For a normal person to use trailer needs trailer jack.

The 2 young men there were amazing. The place was busy, and they stayed calm and in control. I was in a rush but could not complain about the wait because they were working their asses off. They gave each costumer time they needed. You should applaud them and give them a raise or hire more people.

The transmission on this truck was slipping the whole time. Scary ride. This location is not compatible with mobile truck share pickup and return. They do not have a key locker so even though my pickup was at 7 I had to wait until they opened at 8. Despite calling the prior day to confirm I can pickup at 7. Also there is no barcode to scan to complete truck return and I was told they have never seen a barcode and to just drop the key in the box. The staff was immature and unprofessional.

I was not satisfied overall and will go to a different company next time. I was told $1.39 per mile by the employee and his manager next to him, and when I dropped the truck it was $1.89 per mile instead .. and they refused to adjust it.

Truck was overbooked so I was down sized and not told. Reservation was for 7:30am but no truck so had to wait til8:00 when they opened. Truck was not big enough for what I needed so made my day harder. Customer service was terrible we I returned the truck. None of the employees would check the truck back in so after waiting 15 mins I did it my self on the app( no one else in the store). I guess they had better things to do. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Computers were not working during pick up. Line was out the door, way too many people waiting to pick up their rentals. Sales associate was making phone calls to people who "had not picked up their rentals", except that they all had and it had not been recorded in the system.

The customer service at the location was terrible. The employee that helped me had no idea what he was doing. He had me waiting there for 20 mins for no reason. When I asked him what the hold up was , he said oh I'm sorry , your all set. Also I reserved online so I wouldn't have to wait inside. And I still ended up waiting for no apparent reason.

The truck, having over 145,000 miles was dirty in the cab, had wandering steering and the roll up door needed to be lubricated - it required too much force to roll up and down.

Was supposed to pick up truck 7 a.m. was told time was 6 p.m. Not happy because I had reserved truck about 5 weeks in advance. Fortunately last user returned truck early. Wasted almost an hour getting my rental. Not happy.

Very slow service. They rarely answer their phones. The entire staff seems confused and not concerned about any of the customers problems. Less than half the staff were wearing masks. They made moving very stressful at a time where it would have been very helpful to have less concerns and not more. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Computers weren't working properly. 40 mins to rent a trailer that was already reserved. The employee had to redo the reservation from his cell phone. Positive note employees were really nice and helpful.

I waked in with out a reservation of a truck and was told there were no trucks available I then went online to check if any of the other close by U-Hauls had any available trucks and turns out the store I just left had 1 available. Why do I need to jump through hopes if one was already available? Not sure if this was the stores fault or just the way the system is designed but that's just not right.

terrible customer service truck had a quarter of a tank of gas when i picked it up i was charged for a full tank workers were lethargic and not helpful at all- didnt even give the key after they took payment-had to come back and chase her down bad experience

I rented an auto transport from there. I Received the worst customer service and to top it off. They installed the trailer wrong way. They forgot to installed the safety chain and they installed everything wrong. I have pictures, when I told them they installed the auto transport wrong and asked for the picture that they always take. There told me they didn't have pictures

First they said they could not find my reservation for Saturday which I made the previous Tuesday. I made a subsequent reservation for Sunday. When I picked up the truck the truck was filthy. There was dirt on the passenger seat in the bed of the truck was full of trash. I pulled the truck back around and had the attendant sweep it out. The inside area was in disarray very messy. I asked for a 24 hour rental and they put me down for four hours. I got a call asking when I was going to return the truck. I told him I rented it for 24 hours. Then I got a $39 charge on my American Express for what reason I don't know. Plus I got charged $15 I assume was for insurance which I didn't ask for. A total bad experience.

The problem was not with this location. It was with your reservation system. I made a reservation and then went to the store (West Babylon) to pick it up only to find out it was not available. Had to wait approximately 15 minutes every time i called, just to get someone on the line. Thankfully I was able to get another one.

Shortage of staff It take 20 mins to get the truck keys and finish paperwork and another 25 minutes to takeout the truck because the truck parked before my truck need to be moved and they waste my 25 minutes to take out that truck. Need to hire new and trained staff that work more fast

Waited over an hour just to reserve trailer despite being the only person there for most of the time. Took my credit card information, told me I wouldn't be charged, check my checking account statement 5 mins later and see I was charged, and double the original quote. Took another 20 mins to issue refund.. And waited nearly an hour when I went to pick up the trailer because the employees forgot about me, instead they went to assist others who arrived after me. Understaffed and need more training clearly. Store manager was helpful and took care of me quickly after the others struggled for 45+ mins on the computer to enter my information.

Mostly there is not customer service at this location, they take you credit card you license the rest you on you own, the don't even tell you where is the truck but the aplicación on the phone excellent you can do everything w the phone.

I rent here quite often and the printer is always down when requesting a receipt. The van was not cleaned leaving food and a sticky steering wheel

The vehicles being very new is awesome but what is really awesome are the employees at this location. They are very very nice to the regular customers! They are very thoughtful and really seem to care about the customer and not the petty dumb stuff that bogs down other locations. And they still get it all done safely snd efficiently for the customer!!! Thank you!!!!

The cab of the truck was not clean. I used a white disinfectant wipe on the steering wheel Which quickly turned dark brown. The windshield had such a film on the inside of it I could barely see and had to stop to buy glass cleaner to proceed with my trip safely.

I reserved a one way trailer over a week before I would be picking it up. I did not get notified that there were no one way trailers available until 2 days before my reservation and was forced to pay for an additional day in order to complete my move.

Worst truck ever rented. Truck would have vibrations over 40 mile an hour. Check engine light was on. Ac didn't work. When I returned the truck early because of the problems uhaul rep said there is nothing can be dont about it. Also was not able to exchange truck because they didn't have anymore 17 foot trucks. Would never use them again

Got erroneous information from two reps. One over phone, one at an actual location. I was told there would be no problem having what I wanted transported to another uhaul facility if they didn't have it. That seems like a simple thing reps should know U-Haul doesn't do.

The manager disappeared and you had one girl who was inexperienced to help quite a few people. She said she couldn't give us a key to use the storage but when she finished with the line of people she would open it for us. Essentially we rented a storage area but couldn,t use it. Everone was complaining and talking about never using you again. I was furious . Where was MR Ryan Nedd. So many other problems occurred. I was furious and exhausted I want you to know I never complain because of many reasons. Worried about the potential damage it could cause Maybe I don't understand what was really happenning. But this experience from the moment I decided to use "U Haul" was so outrageous .

I think if you say 24 hour you should have that and only one axis door Is not feasible because suppose you have storage on the other side so you have to walk in to one door and get out another Danger
