Helpful and very polite. They provided the wrong information for drop off site so it made returning the truck extremely challenging and frustrating. Not at all happy with that. Had to make numerous calls, one address location and a different location that went wit the phone number provided. Multiple calls and wait on hold. No one could help me. Uhaul needs to utilize a policy where the gas tank is full upon pick up and must be returned full upon pickup. Especially with gas prices so high. When we pick up with only 1/2 a tank and have to fill up the tank to make it to our destination safely, but only use 1/4 Uhaul gets free gas from the renter when we drop off. That's unfair.david B.

We were picking up a uhaul truck and we were in front if the truck doing the pick. We were rudely told to move by an employee and he ignored us when we told him we picking up the truck. He then parked another uhaul in front of it so we couldn't get it out then went inside. When we followed him to tell him, him and the other employee got super pissed off that they had to move the truck they just parked. Very rude employeesHolly G.

Was told no additional charges at drop off by the local Flagstaff Uhaul rep that received the drop off. Uhaul rep asked if I wanted the $0 receipt printed or emailed. I told him he could just email. When I got home I noticed the emailed receipt showed a $25 charge was added. Unable to get through on local Uhaul phone number and no email back from the Flagstaff Uhaul GM. So I called customer service yesterday. They stated it was because the blankets were not folded. Would have been ok with charge or folded them real quick if the drop off Uhaul rep would have let me know there would be a charge. In the future I wouldn't say looks great, no additional charges and tell me the receipt will show $0 if you are planning on charging customers credit cards any additional fee.Drew E.

Have a manager over this locations manager. I'm on hold calling to explain the abuse Kathy did to be with her words. I am probably going to file small claims. I have a voice mail we're she threatens to call the police on me for not bringing the truck instantly. It was under contract time. The young man said it was 287 and She charged a cleaning fee for the fun of it and said it was dirty. She and I went outside and she tried to blame me for something with the bed liner. Yes there is dirt and we had a flash flood alert at the time I was in there. She used emotional shame and on me when I called in to extend and she again was demanding I bring back immediately and then she extended. You have 3 trucks sitting on the front of the lot so she is probably lying. I signed up on line for 19.95 a day plus 1 day environmental fee. She changed the contract to 79 a day which brings in more money to company. She is flat crazy and if she picks on everyone like this you will get sued I a 63 yr old female with Addison. Which means I cannot handle stress I have had many rentals in the past and this is the craziest and meanest person I have ever encountered. Unit was described as 5' wide x 10' long, 6' high. Upon entering the unit, the fire suppression pipes running through the top of the unit effectively reduce the usable space to just over 5' tall. The storage facility hours should be extended at least to close at midnight each night. Barring a few little leaks in the roof, the overall storage facility was awesome. Caleb is a great representative of Uhaul, very friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and most of all professional. The manager was rude to me while I was unloading my stuff to give to Goodwill. It was hard enough donating my dead fiancee stuff . I didn't need her to come in and yell at me and my guest and tell me to hurry up by 7 pm even though the storage unit doesn't close till 10pm as per contract. Plus the added on late fee of 15.00 every few days was impossible.
