The young lady that helped me on the phone was new and went over everything twice to make sure she had everything right. That is the person I would hire. The young man who helped me at the store was great. I am an older person and he brought the truck up to me and even put the radio on a station that I wanted to listen to. Please recognize these two. The truck smelled like cigarettes and wasn't very clean. I would recommend they deep clean these cabs.CINDY RENAE B.
When we opened the trailer, there was only 4 blankets (dirty) loosely tossed on the floor of the U-Box, the floor liner was torn and dirty, the box was dirty and there no chock sticks on the trailer. Flint was an alternate to Houghton Lake which totally reneged on contracted delivery dates. I called the night before for timing and was told delivery was moved from 9/13 to 9/16 with pick up on 9/25, well past apt. closeout date. No previous contact about the changed timing. Arrangements were then made to pick up a 10' box truck in Saginaw, drive to Flint to get U-Box and return to Midland. Whole trip showed a lack of coordination and communication between U-Haul entities. If you have a tight timetable, I would not recommend using a U-Box!robert L.

Had problem with very late moving help because of their vehicle breaking down & also an accident?? so I (I) had to suffer the consequences the NEXT day. So bad luck I guess OR College Pro Men moving co. (Lansing, MI) NEEDS much more 'reliable vehicles'. I deserve some type of compensation. Elijah Oubre went above and beyond to assist me!!! I was originally scheduled to pickup in Fenton, when my husband got there he was then told we had to go to Dixie Hwy & was finally sent to Miller Rd. I lost hours I could have used to start loading up. I was a bit frustrated being on hold with customer service my entire drive from work in Auburn Hills, (picking up my husband along the way so we didn't have to go back to Miller Rd. to pickup our car) to Flint, never getting a resolution to this messed up scheduling & I finally hung up once in the parking lot @ Miller Rd. Elijah was very understanding of the situation & took care of everything I needed, gave me a discount, some blankts & was so very professional! I would recommend anyone needing assistance with renting a u-haul to go see Elijah Oubre @ store # 3083 on Miller Rd. I couldn't thank Elijah enough, he turned an extremely frustrating situation around & showed me there are still really good people amongst us in this trying time! Read in a few places it was 24/7 self storage but it’s only accessible between 7am and 10pm which really isn’t an inconvenience unless you’re trying to work through the night to move out on a deadline but it isn’t 24/7. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with it. I would recommend uhaul storage to anyone. For the climate controlled storage and the ease of access it’s well worth it.Bryan E. | Online Move In
I was extremely disappointed when I was told that the location where I had reserved the UHaul trailer at did not have a trailer for me. Even though I had reserved it a month in advance. Truck didnt run good. Rpms where high the whole time. Mirror on passanger side is broke wasted hours and gas trying to see out the window so i didnt hit cars or trying to get over. Without GOOD PERSONAL SERVICE, turn off the lights, drop the sign AND throw away the keys!!! FOR REAL!!! Competition is commerce but true **PERSONAL SERVICE** is the **MAKER or BREAKER** I will travel for good service, I will follow workers for good service!!
