Great customer service
CLAUDETT HManager was rude and wanted to argue with me about the pickup time. I had an email that that said my pickup time was 11:30 but he stated the system said my pickup time was 9:30. When I showed him the email from UHAUL that confirmedy pickup was 11:30 he says "I don't know what that is, my system says 9:30 and we almost canceled your reservation". Not sure who pissed in his cheerios but I decided to just let it go because I needed the uhaul. It's not hard to just have basic customer service. I waa never rude with him and after he axted the way he acted, i just was quiet because he seemed to be the type who likes tonargue and try to flex what power he has in a situation. I'm glad i was able to get the uhaul this time, however, I won't use this location again in the future.

RICHARD JHad an awesome experience. I was able to upload my license and fill out my information on the app which made the process easier once I arrived at the location. I believe the guy who took my call and assisted me name was Sed. From the call he was extremely welcoming and funny. When I arrived he kept that same energy. His upbeat attitude and sense of humor totally brightened my stress-filled day. Thank you so much Sed. Great customer service is truly hard to come by these days.

The gas was not at the level on papers and then I was charged for gas in which I put back to where it was. The truck stalled out and cut off while driving as well. Very poor this location would make me goto another company if they are the only option that I have to do. I rather pay Penske first
Syreeta AI was very welcomed by the female in charge along with the other females. The gentleman who was there, wasn’t very impressionable. He wasn’t very knowledgeable in what was needed and didn’t seem interested in trying to assist and learn. The storage unit rented doesn’t have a fixed top/roof to it and I don’t trust if someone can climb in or not. The bathrooms were both inoperable and there was no willingness to assist to my concerns.

ANNETTE HAfter arriving to drop off the U-Haul the process was extremely long due to not having good service in the area so I had to wait until each page load slowly to take the pictures. Once that process was completed the instructions advised to drop the key in the drop box. The picture of the Dropbox appeared totally different than the actual Dropbox. It took almost an additional 10 mins just to find where it was actually located. If the picture matched the actual Dropbox it would have saved so much time.

I also paid off my storage in its entirety before the due date of the auction. This specific facility tried to cover their tracks after they were informed of this mishap. I have all contract and receipts of payments.

I was leaving town and didn't have the time for another space. Plus they didn't have anymore larger storage. That was a disappointment. But service was good!

The young guy Keynan (apologies if misspelled) was exceptionally pleasant. There was an older gentleman, Baldhead, with what I assumed was a managers shirt on because it was a completely different color than the rest of the staff. He was so rude, and sassy!! He was condescending and he only listened to respond, he didn't listen to understand. He walks around arrogantly and entitled as if the customers owe him something. I will never recommend this location to anyone. The company really needs to consider providing him with some kind of employment sensitivity training. He has an horrible attitude and is a bad example to the younger employees. He's too old to harbor such negative energy!

ROBERT R | Overall ExperienceI opened my unit 2005, which the Manager at that time was extremely helpful was very understanding. but since then has changed several times. I had only (1) incident where someone tried to break in to my unit. Was called and unit was re-secured. After that no problems. I know sometimes customers can be rude and uncooperative, but it takes is a little corporation which this last Manager did not take the time to do until a few days before closing out my unit. I can say U-haul was convenient.
