The box arrived at my home on time, but not in sync with the delivery app location tracker that was provided by UHaul for time of delivery. The driver mentioned that the tool never works and isn't reliable. UHaul showed up a day early to pick up an empty Ubox on a Sunday morning - very difficult to reach anyone by phone to stop the process. I raced home to meet the pickup driver as she was approaching the truck with an empty Ubox. The Ubox arrived safely in Boston, MA, but not without unnecessary challenges on the front end.

Be upfront about allotted time. Rep kept rushing me tto say how long it would be instead of saying that I could use the truck for 6hrs. I rushed and was stressed out trying to get the truck back within 3hrs when I could have used it for 6hrs. I also asked rep about the rental fees upon which he failed to go over. I paid 118.00 for 3hrs. That's crazy. I could have rented a truck for a whole day for $75.00.

Chris told me that he had to loan me a trailer that had rivets missing. Chains were brushing the ground. He didn’t inform me of how to lift the truck gate. This caused me to have to rely on roadside assistance to come out and fix the gate. Delayed my departure by a day.

My first experience with this location was great in 2004. However, in May 2026, there was a communication issue as the rep advised me to purchase gas, even though I told him the truck was empty when we got it. I have yet to have this issue resolved in terms of getting the difference refunded, as I purchased $70 worth, worried it would run out being a large unit. Communication needs to flow, as I spoke to the assistant manager the day after to no avail. It's an excellent location otherwise. Except for calling again today and being placed on hold told a customer is in store???

I have been a loyal customer for more than five years. Yet I was treated very poorly. I had three units for over five years and payed my bills in advance yearly. I paid for insurance and maintenance yet my stuff was infested with rats vermin's. Then being rented a vehicle to bring my stuff to New York I was given a truck that was not good for the journey. Very disappointed at U-Haul and the way I was handled. So no I won't be recommending you to anyone. Plus I was charged for a round trip when the vehicle was not able to make the trip. It was known in advance. Shame on U-Haul for deception.

My initial reservation was completed by an extremely rude woman. I was waiting for someone to come inside (the light were off) she came in with an attitude. I told her I had a reservation for the 26ft truck. During the the transaction, I explained I wanted to drop the truck off near Ronald Reagan in Snellville. She rudely said how did I make my reservation. I stated I may have reserved a one way, not sure. The transaction was completed. I was given my paper with no explanation or anything about gas, drop off, etc. So, I’m good to drop off in Snellville, right? Then she rudely said NO it will be $250. I asked her why she didn’t say anything like that when I told her I wanted to drop off in Snellville. She didn’t give me the dolly or blankets I rented either. She was very aggressive and told me I was ugly with that mole on my face. U-Haul please hire people with customer skills.

Great great people Injustice now have multiple warnings lights and audible warning sounds constantly going off. The side marker indicator lights in both side mirrors are always on. No warnings or audible alerts prior now will not clear or stop. This needs to be fixed asap but now I’m in Richmond, KY. Someone needs to make this right!

The trailer's lighting wasn't 100% functional and there was no one on site to be able to address the issues at the time that I was picking the trailer up. Either a mechanic should be on duty at all times the location is open for equipment pickup or the sales folks should be trained on how to make simple wiring/lighting repairs.

You guys have to be more transparent on your pricing. I was charged $166 for a truck that is advertised as $29. I was told it was a $100 deposit but then I was charged another $66 THE SAME DAY!!!…..this in not boldly advertised anywhere. There needs to be something. I was told that I would get my deposit back in a couple of days but who’s to say I can wait that long. Moving is very expensive already. There needs to be a change.

When I first actually made the appointment to pick up a U-Haul it was for a location on Old Dixie highway in Forest Park Georgia. When I got there I was told they did not have the key for the 15-in truck and then located me to the one on Thurman road. Once I got there and I had to enter all my information again even though I had a referral number. I was never told that the truck had to be returned within 24 hours that you initially get it I was told as long as I dropped it off on Monday March 9th at any time it would not be a issue. Then I start receiving calls and emails like I was not bringing the truck back to the designated location. I did not like that at all being that I was not told the exact process. I cannot use you all again based on this experience.

The facility is kept clean. However, the 2 units I was assigned are VERY OLD. It looks like a dungeon, very scary and creepy. The floors are gross inside the units. The locks are old and rusty and doesn't work on one of my units. I did not want to leave my items here but had no choice at the time because I reserved this place sight unseen due to moving from another state. Had I seen the units first, I would have requested 2 newer units or not left my belongings here at all. The staff are working on repairing the lock. It's also a pain to swipe in. I have to swipe multiple times between the 3 consoles after hours. Andrea has been very helpful. Her assistant is appreciated.

The facility is outdated. It should be told that the units are small. I’m 6 foot tall and I was hitting my head on the top of the roof. The units have no lights in it so it’s dark inside the unit. It’s a shame they have great customer service at this place and the facility is outdated. They were very helpful. I had a unit on the top floor. I had to go up steps and I’m a disabled bedroom. They accommodated me within five minutes and put me on the first floor Plenty of equipment to use the doors entering the facility should have a double door instead of a single door, it would help people not bumping all their furniture going in and out once again great customer service, but the facility is outdated.

My unit was unlawfully sold to a auction. I will be taking a law sue action against this specific storage facility. I was informed of the date of auction. I also paid off my storage in its entirety before the due date of the auction. This specific facility tried to cover their tracks after they were informed of this mishap. The only issue I have is when I called to boom my storage I didn't know the measurements so I asked for a 1 bedroom size and they gave me such a tiny closet space I couldn't even fit my bed in it. My late grandmother stored her life treasures here years before her passing in November 2022. The facility is very clean. The young guy Keynan (apologies if misspelled) was exceptionally pleasant. There was an older gentleman, Baldhead, with what I assumed was a managers shirt on because it was a completely different color than the rest of the staff. He was so rude, and sassy!! He was condescending and he only listened to respond, he didn't listen to understand. He walks around arrogantly and entitled as if the customers owe him something. I will never recommend this location to anyone. The company really needs to consider providing him with some kind of employment sensitivity training. He has an horrible attitude and is a bad example to the younger employees. He's too old to harbor such negative energy!

I opened my unit 2005, which the Manager at that time was extremely helpful was very understanding. but since then has changed several times. I had only (1) incident where someone tried to break in to my unit. Was called and unit was re-secured. After that no problems. I know sometimes customers can be rude and uncooperative, but it takes is a little corporation which this last Manager did not take the time to do until a few days before closing out my unit. I can say U-haul was convenient.
