This was the worst experience of my life. I had a reservation for a 15â€ truck. Upon arrival at the location we waited over 30 mins to find out the truck we rented was not even there and was rented to the person in front of us who had no reservation. The uhaul employee then took another 30 mins to try and find us another truck which was another 30 mins away from the location we were at. I took an Uber there and now have to pay to go to this other said location. The employee offered us a ride in his personal vehicle. Arrival at second location, the truck was not even ready and they just threw the equipment at us and told us to load it ourselves. This whole time I have paid movers through uhaul waiting on the truck and because of the amount of time This process took almost left and ended up Costing me more money. The entire move the truck had a leak through the drivers side window and soaked us for 4 hours. Also all of our belongings in the back were soaked too.Michael E.

Rented the truck and tried to get extended time by phone and was told the truck was due back with no availability of keeping the truck but once I returned the truck, I was told that I could keep it for an additional time. I was charged for mileage that I shouldn't have due to the incorrect information that was given to me over the phone. I rented the trailer and the you man hooked it up. On my way to NY, the lights on the trailer would not come on. The brake lights worked but not the lights around the the u-haul trailer. So we had to stop and spend the night in a state we did not want to. So our trip was delayed.JENNIFER J.

When I rented the uhaul, the back of the truck was closed. When we got to our location, the back had swung open and was stuck at the top. We couldn't get the back of the truck back down, so we had to drive all the way back to the uhaul location for them to fix the back. We used about 40 miles going back and forth, as well as gas, even though the back of the truck was broken. No discount or accommodation was offered to me.Heather J.

I had a real problem with renting a $20 truck for an hour and a half and being charged $90 it's just very misleading to me, no one ever explained it could go up that far!JACQUELINE G.
The female employee that refuse to rent me a car hauler was texting the entire time never made eye contact except when I questioned her on the reason she said my truck was to old it didn't weigh 4200lbs and the vehicle I wanted to transport weighed more than my truck I was pulling with. My 07 Gmc crew cab 5.3 engine weight is 5100lbs my receiver is 6500lb also installed by u-haul and my 2000 Toy RAV4 I needed to tow 32 miles away is one of the smallest vehicle on the road today , So finally first eye contact is made by her and she said I dont make the rules ,So I ask what are the rules no responce ofcourse, I left the building wated till another employee went in I was greated by him he rented me exactly what your female employee wouldn't rent me .thank you S Hill for renting to me and not wasting my time. Oh I have to mention the blk female in case you have more than one female employee was resting her head on he desk talking out the side of her mouth what a headache she has .and the next morning I returned the trailer ,her head on the desk again ,I asked around and sorry excuse of an employee has been there 7yrs , I hopefully will never use this U-HAUL Forest Park Ga Thurmond Rd againfrank H.

The younger guy who checked me out when I was first purchasing was awesome. Nice guy. Probably teens or early 20s dark skinned black guy. Nice and awesome attitude. The other guy, older and kinda grey haired. Lighter skinned. Can't remember his name. He didn't say hello or offer any help. Even after I said good morning to him. He still completely ignored me. When my wife and I dropped off the u haul he was sitting in his car and I asked him where I put the keys. He repeated what I asked and very rudely said " I don't know, I'm not on the clock can't you see were closed". He was in an old, busted down Buick that looked out of the late 80s. Dirty, dingy, unhappy and miserable. His car was broken down and I would have helped as I'm a technician but "I wasn't on the clock" I'll never come to this location again as long as that douche is on the property. Every time I think of u haul I'll think of some dick in a ratty buick. Thanks dipshit.ADAM N.

When I went to pick up the truck, the system was down. I was told that they didn't know when it would be up again but this added to my stress. I was told that i would get a text. I didn't. I got a call. I was able to pick up the truck and rent a space. The staff were helpful and calm. I appreciated that. Any issues and there were some, were handled with care.Helen G.

-I requested to pick up the van before the store opened, so U-Haul's website guided me to a lock box for the van key. There was no key in the box, so I had to wait until the store opened to use the van. -I also requested a dolly, which was not provided. -The associate was nice, and volunteered the refund for the dolly, but it would have been nice if things were the way they were supposed to be. -The van was new, and in great condition.Daniel I.

The customer service from the young lady, I believe here name is Tonia or Toyia was very unwelcoming. She was very short and condescending with her answer not only to be, but also to the customers ahead of me. When I returned the cargo van to the facility, I waited 15 minutes inside as the instructions posted on the signs indicated. No one ever came, so I walked into the facility where I found two associates sitting. I asked and informed them that I was here to return the van, and I asked the same young lady and she abruptly said â€œHe does thatâ€. It's not about what she said, but more of her town and body language that is off putting and not welcoming to customers. I don't think she should be interacting with customers with her attitude and lack of enthusiasm.Elliot G.

Location is difficult to check in on mobile. The power was out at the location so it was quite difficult to check in. Desk clerk didn't seem to care. Daryl/Darius was nice enough to suggest where to stand to attempt to get us checked in. He also kindly did a walkthrough. Gave great service to balance the technical issues. Much appreciated.
