I was very impressed with the entire facility. I was curious about security and was completely reassured by the "high tech" approach. I would definitely recommend the service to others.

I has a reservation that they didn't want to give me. I did get the 50 for not getting my reservation making ne spend more money on a day if a hotel because I was late. Yes they gave me the $50 for not giving me my reservation, but as far as being rude and laughing at me when I told them I had to pay 200 for another day in my hotel they just brushed it off. I was going to keep my storage but decides to go elsewhere because Dylan thinks it's OK to be rude and laugh at customers when I was already going through alot and did not have extra money topay fir another room. I feel I should have been compensate for him treating me the way he did but he just got away with it. I would not recommend and I feel Dylan should treat his customers that have did business 3+tines in less than a month and had a storage unit

RAYMOND GMy biggest complaint is the false advertising on the trucks. In big numbers it says “$19.95” for local use. No one EVER pays only $19.95. There are alway extra fees and/or mileage costs added. The big numbers are dishonest and deceiving.
Jason KI had two minor issues. First was that owner did not know how to use the trailer itself. He knew how to hook it up but could not answer any questions. Second was on return, I parked the trailer and then went and parked my truck and went into the office only to find the guy that was just in the parking lot in the office. He could have just said thank you and your good rather than making me go into the office to say the exact same thing. Other than these minor issues the rental process was great and easy. Met all my needs.

travis d | First ImpressionsU-Haul can!!! The place was great. I reserved a truck online and the order said pick-up in Whitewater (which I requested to pick-up and drop-off). The problem is, Whitewater doesn't have trucks and the person there was frustrated at U-Haul. You are not the first customer this happened to. Frustrating because we lost a lot of time moving! The U-Haul app wouldn't let us complete the drop off procedure. Spent over 30 minutes on it and finally left. U-Haul is a company that is hard to rent from. My friend just rented from PENESKE and had a great experience.
RANDY WI've rented a small box truck every week for the last 4 weeks from this location. The rental process has been great except for the U-Haul app - I was consistently kicked out of the app during the return process while submitting pictures of the truck. But Ethan was always helpful when this happened and I was able to return fairly quickly.

Rebecca CI expected to be able to move in without stopping by the desk. However, using 2 keypads to check in is not obvious and the signage was not helpful. Walking into a pile of junk (that people are giving away but most of it is trash) is not very welcoming and also it is in the way and the inside of the building smells like moth balls or some other chemical. Maybe this is to deal with the spiders I saw crawling around the free stuff? Lastly moving in and having to key in every time I want to open a door is inconvient, especially if the cart starts rolling down the entry ramp while trying to key in the sliding doors.

Everyone at the location was really helpful and easy to work with so I would actually prefer to work with them than the app next time.

The only downfalls I can say is that the bathroom at times were messy, the trash stored up front was never emptied during my course of time (end of December to mid February), and I had to ask multiple times for my free month for using a moving truck when it should’ve been easier to obtain that discount. The units were clean and easy to access. I thought the prices for the units were fair.

When we signed all our paperwork the staff helping us told us that we would have 24/7 access. Over the last few weeks we have been moving into our new home finally and wanted to empty the storage unit when we were informed the policy was changed and that if we were found to be in the facility after 10pm again we would be locked out. That was absolutely unacceptable behavior for me from a business whose own website says 24/7 access. I will not be a returning customer at any point in my life and will not recommend to family and friends. I’m very disappointed in this company.

The staff member on duty on October 18, 2023 around noon, was friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, my move in experience was top notch.

When I attempted to check in online it wouldn't let me without me paying for the first month. The gm had his phone number on the door and after over an hour on and off the phone with customer service, I called it. He seemed annoyed by my call and very matter of fact, just shy of abrasive. I explained I'd have no one to help me unload the truck if I couldn't get in that evening and this was of little concern to him. I was a little caught off guard considering the guy in Osage beach and everyone but two people I spoke to at go U-Haul was understanding and did what they could to be helpful. (I had required roadside twice in 24 hours and sat on roadside for extended period of time so I probably spoke to customer service, reservations, and roadside 15-20x in 36 hours) When I came in the following day he was at the counter helping someone else and a different employee helped me. As soon as I told the guy my name the gm left the counter out a side door and I never saw him again the entire time I was checking in or emptying the truck out. I would have thought he would have wanted to make sure I was taken care of or everything went smooth after the previous conversation, but he never introduced himself or anything. Disappointing. Even if he couldn't help the night before you'd think he'd want to make sure things were good that day or apologize, something. Especially when he knew what a struggle it had been getting there. When I returned the truck it was to the guy who checked me in. He was super nice and told me there was no need for me to sweep it out that he would take care of everything. Strawberry blonde haired guy, can't remember his name, very nice. He answered all my questions and was very professional.
