You people at your rental facilities are amazing. Andy at the Mobil Station in Ashland that I was sent to first and Jamal at your Southborough facility were awesome. The night manager who checked me in at the end of the rental was also exceptional. These are great people who represent Uhaul extremely well and very professionally. Your reservation management system is atrocious. My sons and I had a very tight schedule to move our things from the storage unit to our home in Rhode Island. We wasted over 2 hours because of your horrible reservation system. I called and made the reservation working with a very nice and professional Uhaul representative. I needed a 15’ truck for a one way rental, furniture pads and a hand truck. I received an email with instructions to pick up the truck at the Mobil gas station in Ashland. Andy was awesome and tried several times to help process the reservation. I went in line and repeatedly filled out my data including the photos of my license three times. After the third completion of the forms I received another itinerary to pick up my 15’ truck at your Southborough location. I wasted almost an hour, but I was hopeful we would get back on track since the Southborough facility is only 15 minutes away. We got to the Southborough facility and Jamal told me he had no 15’ trucks only 10’ for one way rentals. He said I could go to your Natick facility to get a 15’ truck. I already wasted too much time in Ashland so we said we would try a 10’. Turns out it was not tall enough and it had no ramp. Jamal said he could rent me a 20’ but it would have to be a return. That’s what we ended up doing. The truck was fine and was actually a pleasure to drive. The people and equipment are great but your reservation and asset management system SUCKS and caused us to waste over 2 hours we did not have to waste. FIX IT!!!!!!

I got to this location at 6:58am. I took an Uber to get there and was told, after my Uber had already left by one of the ladies who worked there that she was trying to get ahold of someone to let her into the building because the person who left the night before didn't put the key in the box. I was sitting outside in the cold for approximately 30 minutes when she finally approached me to let me know that she was going to have to now drive a total of an hour to go get the key. This all pushed my move out an hour and a half and didn't allow me to get to my location at the time I was supposed to meet up with people to assist me. I understand that this wasn't the employee who opened and that mistakes happen, just not a great experience. Thank you, Chris Leo

The truck we reserved for a one way move was not there. It caused a huge problem as we had to be out of our house that day. We were forced to take a two way rental which meant an additional inconvenient 4 hour drive. I will never use uhaul again.

The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating is because I was initially given a first floor unit, but when I went to put my things in the unit it already had someone else’s lock on the door. I had to take a third floor unit which is fine, but not nearly as convenient.

There are 2 elevators. I was told that the broken one would be fixed. I saw no indication of the elevator being fixed. It actually looks like it has not been used. Begs the question; how long has it been broken? Working elevator is loud and incredibly slow. Gets expensive paying movers when you have to wait forever for the elevator.

The truck was clean, new and operated perfectly. The rate for the truck was reasonable. My only complaint was misinformation from the website. It claimed I was to pay only $20.19 to pick up the truck. However, when I arrived, the agent said I had to estimate the mileage and then he charged me for that mileage. He did say that I'd be reimbursed for the mileage I did not use which did happen as promised.

I was directed to this location on October 11 because the location of my original reservation (834 Worcester Road, Natick, MA) did not have the promised vehicle that I had reserved. I am giving the service at 15 Pleasant St. Connector in Framingham, MA high marks, and am grateful that they were able to bail me out after the initial location failed me. This does not, however, excuse the shabby way that I was treated at the 834 Worcester Road location. I would never recommend that location to anyone and will never go there again.

Found out after move-in that there was a major water/flooding problem on the first floor. I have major damage to my leather sectional as well as another leather rocker recliner. Also damage to two antique bedside tables and a wood storage unit for the living room. Other damage to shoes. Pocketbooks and to now unknown other items in second storage unit. Passenger seat belt locked behind the seat,, very unsafe. 4 U-Hall employees busy with other couldn't perform truck inspections when return. I was unable to inform the person who it was paying for rental. I am very disappointed with reckless performance of the employees. Four people in front of me and none of them could perform final inspection and give the final rental price. They promise to email me final price and as of right now I don't have such email

Brand new track was nice. Experience getting truck was a nightmare. I reserved a 15 foot track one month in advance at a staffed 7am location to be able to not need the 24/7 access. Two days before pick up I was told my location would not have a 15 foot truck available and I could go to a slightly farther away location and do a 24/7 pick up. How this happens when I reserved the truck a month in advance is quite annoying. Morning of pick up 24/7 does not work. 10 minutes on hold later I am told my original location now does have the 15 foot truck. I get there when they are supposed to open at 7am and no one is there. This is a large storage and rental facility and not just a small business location. Another 10 minute hold on a phone call and the service line is then contacts the GM of the location. Finally someone arrives at 7:45am to open. All said and done, I was almost one hour behind schedule with completely unneeded stress and frustration.

I just got additional fees a month later. If you're going to continue to charge cards that late, you need to be notifying people or it will get flagged as fraud. I also never received a receipt for what these additional charges were for which seems very sketchy. Besides that, the overall facility and truck were good.

Arrived at this location, two employees were outside and ignored my arrival. One employee went zooming out of the driveway. Waited at this location in the truck as indicated on the sign of instructions. No one came outside so finally went into the office to leave the key. The employee asked if there were any problems with the truck, then I left. Leaving the key was easy.

Fuel tank reading on contract was incorrect so I had to drive immediately to fuel station so I didn't run empty. I did not receive the proper credit. I called an agent and she indicated the issue would be corrected however the final invoice did not reflect the proper credit. I have a picture of the fuel gauge when I picked up the vehicle that clearly shows the contract was incorrect.

We originally had scheduled to pick up our uhaul in Franklin, MA but the previous customer did not return it on time (not uhauls fault). We had to go to Framingham to get the truck and then go back to Framingham the following day to get the transport. The truck was very dirty. I had to lysol the floor and seats because they were sticky. Then the following day another customer did not return the transport and we had to go to another location to get that. Overall a very difficult and frustrating process for us.

You should tell customers that if they drop off truck after hours, that the customer needs to check out while on site at the UHaul store and take pictures of truck. This will avoid $20 fee. Woman at check in said don't worry about dash warning indicating low tire air pressure. Tire was half flat. Tried to check out 25 minutes before closing, but there was no one in store. An employee appeared to be sitting in a Uhaul van waiting for me to leave the premises. Truck was fine. There were pads a hand truck in the truck that I didn't order.

U-Haul changed my pickup location, making it far less convenient. It made a hard day harder. And it was never possible to talk to a human. U-Haul is definitely not a first choice. It's a horrible necessity.

While the location was very good, the overall uhaul online system is horrible. Why is that not surveyed? It added fees/services that I did not want. It did not give me my preferred location and then only told me after I made the reservation. I had ti call several times and put on hold for more than 1/2 hour each time ni would give it a 1.

The location and trailer were clean, but the door on the 5' x 8' trailer was dangerous. It would not reliably It would not reliably Stay in the raised position, and after I put in the first item and was stepping out of the trailer the door suddenly came down on the back of my neck. This is the kind of stuff lawsuits are made out of!

The truck had a flat tire and no way to fill it and after 1.5 they finally made arrangements for me to get another truck. The fact that the truck was not ready or checked out before I arrived is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing
