Even with doing the express check-in, it still seems like things could be sped up for the pickup process. Drop off was pretty easy. I had to wait probably 10 minutes to be helped because there was someone ahead of me renting like three 26’ trucks and it understandably took a lot of resources to get them out the door and on their way...but that kind of leads back to the pickup situation being faster could help. Maybe if larger locations had a dedicated “Returning Equipment” counter, that would be awesome and help move people along.

When I picked up the truck, instead of making a photocopy of my drivers license your employee took a photo of my license with what I'm pretty certain was her personal cell phone. I understand you may use technology that allows phone apps to directly feed photos into your system without being directly saved to the user's device. As a consumer, I have no assurance that the app is being used properly and that my information is not being shared, saved, stolen, or used in any way without my permission. I may be in the minority of the population with my opinion, but it's a very sensitive topic to me, having been the victim of identity theft on multiple occasions. I would strongly reccomend using only devices that are clearly designated as company provided, to record customers personal information. This would allow for more assurance to the consumer that their personal information is being protected as much as possible. With the perception that my personal information may have been saved to your employee's personal device, I would think twice before I used your services in the future.

As a small business owner, I rent A LOT of vehicles and have lots of prior experience with U Haul. My experience with Tameka Banks is by far my best ever. Her polite demeanor, sincere smile and competence despite the usual problems Uhaul employees everywhere endure with the online system should be a model for all UHaul employees.

Rental cost was too high. A three hour rental of a pickup truck, advertised at $19.95, turned out to be $55. Just a bit overpriced don't you think?

When I brought the truck back the lane to return was blocked off with cones and there were two trucks parked on the other side waiting to go out. It made it very hard because there was also a sign not to block the driveway Lane so it's a bit congested... Also had to park my car on the street overnight, not ideal. But the attendant came out and offered to get the truck from where it was and to email me my receipt so that helped to not have to continue to move the truck and/or wait to be processed out since my ride was waiting and couldn't park anywhere. So kudos to the customer service.

I had a problem. I rented this 6x12’ trailer with ramp to go pick up a farm utility vehicle. When I got there we couldn’t load it because ramp opening was 5’7”. Not 6’.

The drop box did not look like the picture. I had a hard time finding it in the dark and the rain. It was actually a slot in the bay doors of the garage. I would remedy this online.

i use this location a lot, Saturday 10/5/19 the morning people were excellent and very helpful. apon returning the trailer the afternoon people were rude. using profanity while waiting on me. most of the employees stood right outside the door blowing cigarette smoke in everyone's face as they walked in or hooked up. very rude

My Uhaul leaked from missing rivets in the roof, i told the location about the leak and how it got our couch soaked and a box of important documents got wet and are now ruined. They didn't seem to care and ignored me when i told them! Overall very unsatisfied!

I had excellent help at the Prospect Blvd location. The staff was helpful and able to get me the truck I reserved without any issues. The staff was having a hard day with lots of customers being near the first of the month, but from what I could tell they handled the rush with professionalism.
