The Manager was just great in reaching out to me when I was almost desperate !! I was avoiding phone call from U-Haul. I had already given up and was ready to let go my furniture and most importantly the memories of my family. She offered a payement arrangement and we were able to work out the details.

FLORA A | First Impressionsmy special offer included lock which I mentioned twice at check-in. The gentleman said there would be a lock inside the storage unit. Of course we looked elsewhere and there wasn’t one. So we called the office from where we were loading and they said come back to the office and we will get you one. I wish someone would have just brought it to us versus making us run back and forth.
