Bad day for me, I rented the truck and had a moving crew I paid by the hour. As I was driving to my new home, the truck lost power and cut off as I was driving on the highway. Scary stuff as we were almost hit by a few cars. I was able to make it to the median and tried calling 1-800-go uhual the voice recorded said to go to the website for help. Not really helpful if you don't have internet in the middle of the highway. My smart phone is not so smart. So while I was on hold, the movers left because they were not getting paid to sit a wait. I paid them on the side of the road and they left. I tried to start the truck and it started and rattled all the way to my house. I had to unloaded it myself, after that I brought it back to uhaul it cut off another time on the highway again. Just a bad day! I did get a refund but had to pay for fuel charges because I couldn't stop at a gas station due to the truck could break down again so I raced back to uhaul. I know these things happen it justade it rough because I couldn't finish my move and left half my storage full. I rented a second 15' truck as a back up and I'm glad I did. There wasn't any staff available. We waited more than an hour past pickup time to get the truck and we were on a tight timeline with our help in moving. Also, we were charged for gas when the tank was more full when we dropped it off than when we picked it up. We disputed the gas charge on the online site when we dropped the truck off on 10-31-21. We requested a dolly that was forgotten. The parking is not great the person dropping me off had to park on the street. The u-haul size we got didn't have a lift which made it very hard for us women to get furniture loaded and this crappy service still cost 50$!! I would never recommend this location!Heather S.

Make available for customers "first month free" promo to rent units under also the basis of number of time using Uhaul over 5 years and not after a long gistance. I have been using Uhaul for 5 years already. Each time was a long distance. But, and I did not know the rule to find the "first month free" promotion. I is only now I am aware of that, and I wanted so bad this promotion. Next month, I will be needed it. Besides that, my rating is 4 stars. It is good over all.DUCE S.

The woman working at this location on Saturdag morning were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure we got the truck we needed. There was some confusion with the reservation but the ladies worked hard and delivered just what we needed and we appreciate it so much! They need to service their vehicles properly. The first truck they gave us had the check engine light on. We had to exchange it. The next truck I had was a piece of crap. My husband was scared driving it. Then they never provided me with a detailed breakdown after I returned the truck. I was charged what I thought was the final price a few days after I returned it. Then 2 weeks later I was double charged $30. I called customer service and sat on hold for over 30 mins. The CSR Then tokd me that I had a balance due of $85 and the 2 $30 fees were NSF fee and late fee bc they had attempted to withdraw the $85 but was declined by my bank. I disputed those fees with the rep and asked for a detailed breakdown before I pay the remaining balance. Weeks later I never received the breakdown and was charged the $85 which put my account into the negatives. I called customer service AGAIN only to find out they had my email address incorrect. She did finally send me the breakdown and opened a dispute for me which will take 72 hours to complete. Companies can not go around charging peoples bank cards whenever the hell they feel like it. I want that money put back in my account and I will make arrangements to pay the outstanding balance when I actually have money in my account.ROBERTA O.

I waited 45 minutes inside of the uhaul in line to pick up the truck even though I had signed up for mobile pick up. No one would help me. Another CUSTOMER in line was trying to help me get the mobile pick up to work but it wouldn't go through all the steps. The girl behind the counter just loudly talked over me and said sorry she had to help other people and was trying to say it was my phone that wasn't working. She provided zero customer service at all and was rude. When I finally got to the front counter after 45 minutes the guy who helped me was polite and apologized for the wait AND told me their system was down and slow, and that that was the issue. Soooo no clue why I was told sorry your phone is the issue for 45 minutes and just keep trying it. I had movers waiting on me that entire time and this really messed up my moving day A LOT I had to pay the movers for the whole 45 minutes I was waiting inside there doing nothing. Mileage and gas meter were wrong too but I had no more time to go back into the office and wait anymore.Leigh C.

When I returned my UHaul, I was advised by the representative at the counter that I should leave the van in the designated area and that a receipt would be emailed to me. Upon reviewing my receipt, I found that I was overcharged for my U-Haul by almost double. When I called the branch to address the issue, my call was rerouted to the call center where an agent advised me that he would reach out to the branch. When the agent returned, he advised me that I would receive a refund. He could not confirm the amount or confirm that all of the incorrectly charged fees would be refunded. He could not provide a case or id number for the call. He advised that if I was not refunded the amount of money I was expecting in 3-5 days I should call back. I am dissapointed that this is the level of customer service I am receiving from U-Haul.CLAUDIA W.

Everything was great. The only thing I would complain about is the parking for uhual it’s very Cluttered and you can’t get through anywhere. They need a better System for customers parking there cars. The storage was kind hard to find even with explanation when getting my unit number the guy who was at the front desk never said that there was an inside and that is where I’ll find my unit number. I was told I could drop the truck off at the Uhal facility but then told I was charged 150 for leaving it there. Returned the truck to the correct facility.
