There were too many scratches, and I had to use the car while startled because a brake message suddenly appeared accompanied by a warning sound while driving. I wish they had provided a better-maintained car. I requested a replacement when renting but was refused, and upon return, I saw the other vehicle parked there as well. This experience was not very happy.

My experience with U-haul yesterday was a good one. The moving van I rented was ready and my transaction was very smooth and effortless. The moving van performed flawlessly and I was very pleased all the features the moving van had. The return procedure also was flawless which was a perfect ending to a perfect rental experience. The equipment that I rented was not available during the time of pick up at this location. I like that the agent called to see if another local store had the equipment but that is an inconvenience to have to drive to another location. Staff worked with us completely even when our daughters move date changed. Got the storage unit and never had to use it, thankfully! Even so I was not pushed to figure out the insurance issue until I decided if we were really going to need or use it. This was great and U-Haul should hold there heads high as most would try to get that extra 12.00 up front. Thanks to all for being so helpful to a father just trying to move his daughter!

We felt so fortunate that Wendy was on duty as manager when we arrived with two truckloads of home items without a reservation about ten minutes before closing. She stayed late helping us secure two bins in close proximity to each other and the elevator, and took her time in showing us what to do and how UHAUL storage works. The facility was bright and clean, organized, and there were dollies to help us unload the home goods and get them to the lockers. Wendy NEVER showed any impatience and was sincerely interested in taking care of us. Thank you so much!

This particular facility has several serious issues. 1) the elevators are the size of passenger elevators and are not big enough (deep or tall) to fit large items like couches or large furniture items. This is a deal breaker when planning what storage facility to use. 2) the units I rented were presented as a single 10 x 15 x 8 unit, as other Uhaul storage locations have. Instead there was one 10 x 10 x 8 and 10 x 5 x 8 unit sold together. Again, not ideal and misleading to those renting. 3) the enclosed truck unloading area was nice, especially in the hot weather....until 5pm came (closing time for the front office) when we were told that the doors would no longer open and our truck would be trapped. We had to load the rest of the truck outdoors under the canopy, which was less than ideal. You spent the money on the building the enclosed the truck area. It should be available all hours the facility is available to customers, not just office hours. At the very least there should be obvious and clear signage indicating the hours limit. There is none now. 4) There should be opening instructions for the truck loading area clearly posted, with operating hours, BOTH inside and outside. I had to go to the office to find out how to open the truck area doors. I should never have to ask a staff member what can clearly be posted on a sign.

There is a huge flaw in the truck access system that caused me to have my rental charged unnecessary fees and the way management handled it was not professional at all. Once my truck is allowed into the bay and unloading starts, if the facility closes during my unloading time, the doors should not lock my truck in. My truck was locked in the facility and I had no time to return the truck, properly. This is an obvious flaw in the system that needs to be addressed. I mean if I walk into Publix to shop 10mins before closing, I won't be locked in then charged overnight fees. This was just a ridiculous experience related to a flaw in the system that U-Haul refused to take responsibility for and I found that to be quite unprofessional.

Wendy the manager is professional,
knowledgeable & friendly. Wendy went above and beyond, she worked with me & gave me a few extra days to ensure I was able to get all my belongings out of my storage unit before I was charged for another month.... I would Highly Recommend this U-Haul Storage Company and Wendy the Manager to all my friends & family if they ever are in need of Storage or hauling services....

Wendy and her staff are the best and the storage hours were very convenient. The price was good for the large unit I had and I didn't want to leave. The only reason I left because I had a unit open up closer to my home and didn't have to do the 20 minute commute to get it. Thank you Wendy and your team for a great experience! will recommend to others!

The owner made everything so easy for us! I called ahead to make sure they had a unit available before I stopped by to complete the paperwork. The location is just tucked behind everything, easy to find, and very clean.
